it is so fascinating to me how ratio's character stories are all told from an outsider‘s POV and never his own
#he's shrouded in so much mystery if you think about it especially concerning penacony#he didnt appear in the white night trailer#nor in black swans myriad celestial video#if you didnt watch the 1.6 livestream you wouldnt know ratio would make an appearance in penacony AT ALL#and we still dont know what his deal is with penacony. like hes the project manager but#1. he's not even part of the same department as aventurine#2. he somehow is able to open the case that can only be opened by IPC higher-ups#3. he literally only appears in the story regarding aventurine. and he keeps disappearing afterwards#4. the astral express has NO IDEA RATIO IS ON PENACONY. MARCH DOESNT KNOW WHO RATIO IS#THE ONLY TIME THE TB SEES RATIO IS AT THE BEGINNING DURING THAT DREAM SEQUENCE WITH THE MEMORIES#AND ITS NEVER BROUGHT UP AGAIN#5. he has no interest in the watchmaker‘s legacy#6. i don't see why HIM of all people would be tasked to oversee the penacony project#we basically know every guest's agenda except for ratio's.#what is your deal ratio. why are you here. i need to know more about you.#anominous rambling
