In 1978 Diole Camps were opened during The War of Power. These camps were to help humans find a way to overpower the Dioles.

- Prisoners are required to wear collars, ankle bands, and wrist bands.

- Wrist and ankle bands regularly dispense anti-power serum every 10 minutes

- If a Diole attempts to use their powers, their collars will dispense a large amount of serum, momentarily paralyzing them.

- Prisoners are usually collected at young ages and monitored throughout their life. Most are turned in by their families but if they’re running low they’ll take ‘freshly caught Dioles’

I had some colored pencils with me, so I decided to add some red accents! I didn’t really know what to do with his outfit, but I think it turned out well! Some things I’d like to point out are his hair clips that spell out “Dio”, the bracelets that I tried to make look like bats, and the bracelet with a silver bullet!
