had a repeated 2h constant nightmare while tryna sleep last night. went to bed at 10 "woke up" at 12 cuz i kept getting kidnapped vividly like very close to my house over and over again. im not going on a run anytime soon 😭

there r pros n cons 2 not needing a lot of sleep 2 functioj best tbh. 3-5hrs is the sweet spot, more than 6/7 is Too Much sleep tht j makes us more tired. AND is bad 4 our back(mostly. sometimes other areas too. but also the back)

it's rllllly annoying 2 go 2 bed at like .. 12am j 2 wake up at 5am naturally but not NEED 2 be up tht eraly. so. going back 2 slwep bc fuck u i don't wanna b awake 4 no reasonnn

so we'll like. purposely stay up late. anywhere from luke. 2-5am. usually only 1-3am these days bc we share a bed w our partner n they need more sleep than us 2 function (they usually can't fall asleep till later@ night) but like us 2 b in bed@the same time

all this 2 say tht I'M BACK IN THE FUCKING BYILDING

got 3 hrs of sleepm i mean

I don't meed 2 b up for like. 2 or 3 more HOURSSS

(I've only had like 3hrs of rest, so i CAN go back 2sleep w/o major consequences tho)
