surrogate au: how did minayeon introduce sana to the quadruplets as their mom
sorry this took a while!
“Nervous?” Sana couldn’t help the sigh from escaping her when Mina asked her that. She was so beyond nervous. She was meeting her daughters for the first time as their mother. Ever since Mina and Nayeon had asked if this was something she might want, Sana has been a nervous wreck. Momo and Jihyo had reassured her it would be fine- Saki already loved her and the other three never seemed to hate her. But that didn’t stop Sana’s mounting nerves. She was worried they wouldn’t want her because they already had moms, worried they would tell her she already had a daughter, worried they would be mad at her. Sana’s mind was working overtime to think about all of the anxieties rushing through her.
“A little.” Sana giggled, hands betraying her as they shook.
“Don’t be. I’m sure it will be fine.” Mina smiled, taking a sip of her tea.”They love you already.” “I’m just- what if they don’t want me? Or what if they think I replaced them with Nico? Or- what if they are mad because I was gone. What if they think-”
“Shh.” Mina put a finger on Sana’s lips to shush her and Sana could not help the blush that blossomed on her cheeks. “You’ll be great.” Sana relaxed at that. Mina was not the type to sugarcoat things. Nayeon was the same way. Sana thought that was maybe one of the reasons that drew the two together in the first place. “Thank you.” Sana sighed, her shoulders dropping. “Are- Is there anything I need to know?” “No, but I can introduce them all a little, if it will help you calm down a bit..” Mina shrugged. “You know Saki already. Sae is the most timid, so don’t be offended if she seems a bit more, apprehensive towards you at first. She’s pretty quiet overall, but she likes video games. Recently, she’s gotten into Minecraft. Nayeon calls her my mini me. She says we even look alike. Saya has a lot of energy, and she loves snacks and soccer. She struggles a little more than the others in school, but she’s been improving a lot. Sai is Nayeon’s little mini me. She has quite a bit of energy too, and she can encourage the others even if they aren’t doing the best thing. She loves dogs and she plays the piano, and she has a pension for getting into trouble with Saya and Saki. She’s actually really sweet, and will take care of the other kids when she thinks we aren't looking.” Sana smiled at all the information she was getting. She had heard most of it from Saki, but it was still nice to hear from Mina herself.
“Thank you.” Sana sighed.
“Course. Nayeon should be home any minute with them. In the meantime… Why don't you tell me about your little one?” Sana could tell Mina was just trying to use conversation to distract her from her nerves, but it was appreciated.
“Nico is so cute. She was born in October, and she just started crawling around. Momo and I have so much trouble keeping up with her when she decides she wants to go somewhere. We’ve recently had to put baby gates in like every room. Jihyo takes her three nights a week now, and Momo and I usually spend our nights off trying to clean a little.” Sana giggled at thought.
“I can imagine the chaos. Imagine that times four.” Mina smiled. “Sae was usually not very adventurous. Saya and Sai though… God and Saki would just follow them wherever they went. We gave up on going anywhere but home with them, they were a little too chaos to be anywhere at that age.” “I bet that was hard.” Sana smiled, even if thinking about it made her a little sad. She missed that part of the kids' lives. She missed the crawling, the teething, and everything after. “It was. But I bet with you here, it’s going to get easier.” Mina smiled. “It takes a village to raise kids, right?” “Right.” Sana took a deep breath, letting Mina’s naturally calming presence wash over her. Really, she had missed this, so much. Being able to think about Mina and not being angry was like a breath of fresh air. One Sana never knew how badly she needed it.
xx
“We’re home!” Sana tensed again when she heard one of the girls yell. “Ka-san! Where are you? You said there was a surprise.” “We’re in the kitchen Saya.” Mina answered, giggling at the expression on Sana’s face.
“Yay! Oh- hi.” Sana turned to see Saya standing in the entry to the kitchen. Her backpack was still on and she looked shocked to see Sana. “Miss Minatozaki!” Sana wasn’t given much other warning when Saki ran up to hug her. Sana smiled, and accepted the hug, putting a hand on Saki’s back. “What are you doing here? Wait- Am I in trouble?” “No no. You are not in trouble Saki.” Sana nodded. “I’m here to see all of you.” “Why?” Saki asked.
“Go get your others sisters and we will explain everything.” Mina told Saki.
“Ka-san!” Sana bounced over to Mina. “I’m hungry.” “I have some apple slices ready for you.” “I want chips.” Saya whined.
“You know the rules Saya, you can only have chips after school on Fridays.” Mina reminded, moving Saya’s hair back into its proper place. Sana couldn’t help but think that Saya looked a lot like Mina. She guessed she was probably her sire. She guessed Saki was Nayeon, as there were too many facial features she had in common with Nayeon. Sana knew they had been using both of their seed while doing IVF, but she was still a little shocked the kids had different sires. “Fine.” Saya whined. “Ka-san only lets us have potato chips on Fridays. Isn’t that so sad?” Saya turned to Sana once Mina had stood up to get her snack.
“I can hear you Saya.” Sana giggled at the interaction.
“Chips aren’t very good for you, even if they taste super yummy. Apples will make your body and your mind happier Saya.” Sana answered Saya. “You sound like Ka-san.” “Your ka-san is pretty smart.” Sana giggled.
“I got Sae and Sai!” Saki proudly declared as she came into the kitchen. Nayeon was behind her, holding multiple backpacks looking like they were used for sporting equipment.
“Hello.” Mina giggled as she grabbed some of the bags, gently putting them down next to the entry to the kitchen.
“Hi.” Nayeon giggled and leaned forward, kissing Mina quickly. Mina used to get a lot more tense when Nayeon showed affection around Sana, but it seemed that Mina still felt just as comfortable about it as she had towards the end of their time together before the quads were born. She looked perfectly relaxed as she reciprocated the kiss.
“They do this everyday.” Saya whined to Sana, sitting next to her at the table. “So gross.” “You won’t say the same thing when you have a person to kiss Saya.” Nayeon teased. “I don’t want to kiss anyone.” Saya stuck her tongue out.
“Kissing is gross.” Sai agreed. She and Saki were crowded around Sae, who was playing on her switch very intensely. Sana wondered if the three even knew she was in the room anymore. She was happy Saya was talking to her at least.
“You won’t say the same thing in ten years. We will have to keep you girls from kissing.” Nayeon teased. “Or maybe keep them from kissing you.” “Let’s not get into that right now love.” Mina reminded. “We do have a guest.” “Of right, sorry. Hey Sana.” Nayeon giggled. Sana could imagine this was how days usually went with them. She couldn’t help but think they were such a cute little family. A part of her was worried she would mess it all up. Mina and Nayeon seemed to think she would be okay though, and she was just going to believe it. “Girls, put the game down. We need to talk about something.”
“Can I beat this level?” Sae asked.
“After we talk, yes.” Sae whined, but put her switch down.
“Can I have a snack before we talk?” Saya asked.
“Oh yes yes. I’ll get some apples and water for all of you. Sana, do you want anything?” “No, I’m okay.” Sana nodded. “Thank you.” “Course. Give me one second.” Nayeon sat next to Sana at the dining table as Mina left to prepare everything. “Miss Minatozaki?” Saya got her attention.
“Yes Saya?” Sana asked.
“Why are you here? I thought teachers stayed at school.” “Well I don’t live at school.” Sana giggled. “But, I- there’s something we need to tell you guys.” “Did you bring Nico?” Saki asked excitedly.
“No, she’s at home with her mama.” Sana nodded, watching as Mina gave each of the girls a plate of apple slices and a cup of water. Once Mina was seated, she took a deep breath. “Okay, so this isn’t easy.” Sana started. “But, your Ka-san, mama, and I felt like this was the right time to tell you girls. You all know what a birth mother is right?” Sana waited until all the girls had nodded before she continued. She could feel her courage quickly fading as the girls stared at her. She felt her breath hitch before Nayeon took one of her hands, gently squeezing it. Sana was expecting the action to make her more worked up, but weirdly it calmed her. “Well… I’m your birth mother.”
“What?!” Sae seemed taken aback as she looked at Sana. “I knew it! You owe me five dollars Sai!”
“I do not!” “Do too!” “Girls please.” Nayeon interrupted Saki and Sai’s argument. “I’m sure you have a lot of questions for Miss Minatozaki, so let’s go one at a time. You can raise your hands, like in school.” All four of their hands immediately shot up. “Yes Saya?” “So if you're our birth mom, does that mean you had us in your tummy at some point? Like how Auntie Seoyeon had a baby in her tummy?” “Yes, I did.” Sana nodded. “Okay. Saki, what’s your question?” Nayeon asked.
“Does that mean Nico is my sister?” Saki asked. “Cause we would have the same mom.” “I mean-” Sana looked to both Mina and Nayeon for the answer. Mina and Nayeon both nodded at her, before Nayeon spoke up.
“That’s called having a half sister Saki. So Nico and you have the same biological mom, but different mamas. So your half sisters.” “So I’m not the youngest anymore?” Saki asked excitedly.
“I guess technically you aren’t.” Nayeon shrugged.
“Yes!” “Sae, what’s your question?” Mina asked, moving the conversation to Sae.
“Why did you leave?” Sae asked. “I mean if you're our mom, why were you gone?” Tears rushed to Sana’s eyes at the question.
“That’s… Kind of our fault Sae. The three of us got into a really bad argument. And we agreed it might be for the best for everyone if we were apart.” Nayeon explained.
“It had nothing to do with you. Any of you.” Tears threatened to spill over as Sana talked. “It’s just- adult things.” “Like what?” Sae asked.
“Miss Minatozaki was Mama and Ka-san’s surrogate.” Nayeon started. “Since Ka-san and I couldn’t have kids on our own because we are both alphas, we needed someone to carry our baby in their tummy before we could have them. Miss Minatozaki was nice enough to offer to carry you girls in her tummy so we could have you. But right after you were born, we had a huge argument about legal things. We all did bad things, but we are trying to make up for it now. And if you girls are okay with it, Miss Minatozaki would like it if she was in your life a little bit more. Besides being Saki’s teacher.” “It’s okay if you don’t want me to.” Sana added. “It’s completely up to you girls. I know it’s a lot to take in.” “You girls are welcome to take as much time as you need.” Nayeon continued. “We just want you girls to know that your birth mom is here, and she wants to form a relationship with you girls if you want.” “I have a question.” Sai waved her hand. “Yes Sai?” “Why are you telling us this now?” Sai asked. “I mean, you’ve been Saki’s teacher for like a year now, Miss Minatozaki. Why now?” “I- it took all of us- me, your Ka-san, your mama- some time to apologize and be comfortable with each other.” Sana felt Nayeon squeeze her hand as she continued. “I know I’m six years too late. And I’m really truly sorry I’ve been away. I love you girls, I always have. And it took all of the adults some time to not be stupid, but I’m just hoping I can begin to make ammeds for how this has effected the four of you if you will let me.” Sana answered. “I know this is a lot. I will let you girls process for a bit, and we can talk again some other time.” “No Miss Minatozaki stay.” Saki whined.
“Saki, what’s the magic word?” Mina reminded.
“Please stay.” Saki begged. “I want to talk more now.” Sana looked to the other three girls, who looked at her with the same expression as Saki.
“Is that something you three would want?” “I mean anyone who thinks chips are yummy is cool.” Saya shrugged. “And I want to ask some more questions.” Sai added.
“Sae, are you okay with it?” Sae nodded quickly, clutching tightly to her switch. “Okay then, I suppose I could stay for a bit.”
Sana did not mean to stay all the way past the girl's bed time. The girls just had a lot of questions and wanted to tell Sana so many things. But she was happy she heard them, and she tried her best to put all of it in her long term memory. Some of it was really sweet things like how they had always thought she was cool and how they had wanted their birth mom to be like her. And others were random things like how Saya didn’t like vegetables or how Sae got really sick when she ate nuts or that Saki’s favorite stuffed animal was her dinosaur. Towards the end of the night, the girls had give her a full tour of the penthouse, and Sana pretended like she hadn’t lived here for a couple months before the girls were born. It did look quite different though in their defense. Sana liked how it looked now, it looked so much more lived in. Even if it was messier and more chaotic, you could tell people lived here. A family lived here.
And Sana was just happy for the chance she was given to be a small part of that family.

Sana is wearing athletic clothes like yoga pants and sports bra and sweating and Minayeon walk in on her when she gets back
“Hey darling?” Nayeon hummed as she grabbed Mina’s hand. “Do you think Sana has been weird lately?”
“What do you mean?” Mina asked, tightening her grip on the grocery bag in her hand.
“I just, at first I could tell she was just trying to get comfortable and adjust to living with us, but lately she seems a bit withdrawn.” Nayeon explained.
“I’m sure you're just imagining it. She’s always the most vocal during dinner.” Mina squeezed Nayeon’s hand, watching as her wife pushed the button for the elevator.
“Yeah but all she talks about is the babies.” Nayeon sighed. “She didn’t used to just talk about them.”
“They are a pretty big part of our lives right now. They are the only reason Sana is here.” The two entered the elevator after the doors opened and Nayeon used her key to grant them access to their penthouse.
“I know, and I’m really excited about them coming in five months, it’s just Sana only talks about them. She doesn’t even talk about school or her friends anymore. She’s just stopped making conversation that doesn’t have to do with our four future princesses.” Nayeon sighed. “I just kind of miss her talking about herself.”
“Well why don’t you ask her about it then?” Mina smiled at her as the elevator opened. They stepped off and Nayeon opened their apartment for the two of them. They were expecting Kookeu to run up to them, but were a bit confused when their furry son didn’t come running.
They stepped further into the penthouse after taking their shoes off and found Sana in the living room with their dog.
Both of their mouths went dry at the sight. Sana was wearing a sports bra and a pair of tight leggings, her hair pulled back into a ponytail and her little baby bump. She was standing on a yoga mat, Kookeu standing on a smaller yoga mat next to her. Both of them gulped when they saw Sana was covered in sweat.
“Oh your back!” Sana smiled when she noticed them. “Did you bring my ice cream?”
“Uh yeah…” Mina held the bag out towards Sana.
“Thanks!” Sana smiled, taking the bag. “I’ll go put this in the freezer for me to eat later.”
“Uh what were you doing?” Nayeon asked as she watched Sana run off.
“Yoga! It can help make the delivery a bit easier and I figured with four I need all the help I can get.” Sana answered with a smile. “Kookeu-ah was helping me.”
“Come here boy.” Nayeon distracted herself with the dog to avoid overtly staring at Sana’s ass. Kookeu ran to her arms and she picked him up. Mina and Nayeon watched as Sana left the room, turning to each other when she was gone. “Am I the only one that thought that was hot?”
“Just a bit…” Mina sighed. “Just a little bit…”

sana complaining about how big her stomach is and how ugly she is while minayeon both think she’s actually really beautiful but are too scared to admit it
Sana had been told before her first appointment that she had a higher chance of multiples than normal omegas had. She had heard the stories of omegas having twins and triplets because of their choice to do the process artificially. Sana decided that was fine. One baby was fine. Two babies were fine. Hell even three babies were fine. She was sure Mina and Nayeon would be happy if they had multiple, then they wouldn’t have to have another hire another surrogate later if they wanted to have another child. Her only real worry was the baby’s health. She just cared if the baby or babies were healthy.
“So, how were your days?” Sana asked Mina and Nayeon. They were all sitting in the back of the car heading to the hospital for Sana’s first ultrasound appointment. Mina and Nayeon had both gone to work that morning, leaving Sana to finish up some schoolwork and unpacking at their apartment.
“It was fine.” Nayeon hummed, focused on something on her phone. “Mina?”
“It’s not over yet.” Mina hummed, her free hand entangled with Nayeon’s. They weren’t a very vocally affectionate couple, at least from what Sana had seen, but they seemed to be close. They would always do small things like hold hands or tangle their arms together. Sana had thought they looked good together since she met them. “But work was okay.”
“Oh I wanted to ask if it’s okay if I take Kookeu on a walk? He seems a bit bored in the house sometimes.”
“A walk where?” Nayeon looked up from her phone.
“To the park?” Sana asked, a bit confused by the question.
“Sorry about her, she’s very protective over Kookeu.” Mina apologized on behalf of her wife. “A walk is fine, but don’t take him out for too long, he’s a small dog so long walks exhaust him.”
“Of course” Sana nodded.
“And if it’s cold you better put his sweater on him, and make sure you use the blue leash and-”
“You can leave her written instructions for her on the fridge, like you do for the maids when we leave town.” Mina interrupted Nayeon.
“Sorry babe, you know Kookeu is my son.” Nayeon giggled, squeezing Mina’s hand. Sana was a bit taken aback, it was the first time she had heard Nayeon had called Mina anything besides just Mina.
“He’s our son.” Mina corrected. “And he’s going to be a big brother soon.”
“I’m sure he will be upset about that, he gets pouty when we don’t give him enough attention.” Nayeon noticed Sana watching closely with a smile. “What?”
“You guys really love Kookeu huh?” Sana giggled. If she didn’t know any better she may have thought they were talking about an actual little boy and not their dog. Which from the way Kookeu was spoiled some people might think that. That dog’s food for one day cost more than Sana’s yearly food budget and his clothes definitely cost more than her entire closet combined.
“He’s our dog.” Nayeon shrugged.
“It’s cute.” Sana smiled at the couple. “I’m sure you two will be great parents.”
“Thank you-”
“Mrs. Myoui-Im, we’re here.” The driver announced as he pulled the car to the front of the hospital.
“Oh, thank you.” Nayeon nodded. “Alright let’s go.” Mina and Nayeon got out first, leaving the door open for Sana. She thanked them and then they went into the hospital together. Sana checked herself in and they were immediately taken to the nicest hospital room Sana had ever seen.
“Hello Miss Minatozaki, I am Doctor Song, I will be your doctor until you give birth.” The doctor introduced. “I understand you’ve already had a blood test to confirm your pregnancy, so let’s start with the ultrasound. If you have any questions for me you can ask after.”
“Thank you.” Sana was led to a table in the middle of the room. Mina and Nayeon were sitting next to her, holding hands with each other.
“Let’s begin shall we?” Sana nodded and lifted her shirt up for the doctor to begin spreading the gel on her stomach. She winced a bit at how cold it was. “Alright so I can already see the fetus, it’s right here.” The doctor pointed to a blurry dot on the screen. “And wow there’s more than one.”
“So twins?” Nayeon asked.
“Nope.” The doctor laughed.
“Triplets?” Sana asked.
“Close. From what I can see there’s four.”
“Four?!” Nayeon asked. “H-How?!”
“Artificial insemination greatly increases the chances for multiples. From what I can tell two of them were identical. These two here.” The doctor pointed to two little dots on the screen. “So originally they were just triplets. The other two aren’t identical, but they are here and here.” Sana couldn’t say anything. “I’m going to emphasize proper rest and care. Generally when we see this kind of thing it’s rare for all four to make it to birth. They all look healthy right now, but I can’t guarantee that for very long.”
“Wow… four…” Nayeon just trailed off.
“I understand that is a shock. Currently you are five weeks pregnant, and I would say your due date is July 10th.” The doctor informed. “I will get you some prints of them. Congratulations.”
“Four babies…” Nayeon couldn’t say anything but that. “Mina we’re having four babies....”
“Well we may not…” Mina sighed. “But yeah… Four.... Sana how do you feel?”
“I’m a bit worried… I don’t know how I’m going to give birth to them.” Sana finally broke her silence. “But-but if I can do that, then that’s good right?”
“Yeah… You just have to get through the next eight months.”
XX
Sana never really got over the shock of having quadruplets. She hadn’t even been expecting twins. And there were four of them. She was worried if she was going to be able to keep them all safe and healthy at once all the way to the day she gave birth. She was so worried about their safety she ignored other parts of her pregnancy. She was scared she wasn’t going to be able to do it, but she just took it one day at a time. Once she was through the first trimester the doctor told them her chances of having all four were higher now, but they weren’t completely out of the woods yet.
She was worried, but she was still happy about having four babies. She was happy her body was able to do a good job for Mina and Nayeon. But there were some things she wasn’t so happy about.
“Ugh I’m so big!” Sana whined as she looked at her waist. With four she looked a lot bigger than most omegas did at four months along. Her tiny slim waist that she used to be proud of was long gone. “I’m so ugly. Right Kookeu-ah?” Sana addressed the dog, who was asleep in her lap.
Mina and Nayeon were both on the other couch, pretending like they weren’t listening to her. But they were. And they both wanted to tell Sana otherwise. She wasn’t ugly. Neither of them thought that. She was just pregnant and couldn’t see how pretty she actually was. They were just both afraid. Afriad of crossing a line and entering any kind of a relationship with Sana. She was going to be gone once the babies were born, they couldn’t possibly get attached.
Both of them stayed silent, but they both hated how quiet they were.

3na au: Sana slowly realizing that giving these babies up is not going to be simple. When it was just 1 theoretic baby it was so simple, but now they are four babies that are very much real and she feels their little movements and sees them grow ( "we're all growing a lot, aren't we?" She sighs, laughing sadly as she looks at her no longer slim frame in the mirror.) Every day she is more and more attached to these 4 babies of hers that aren't really hers and it hurts in ways she didnt expect. 🦄
Sana wouldn't say she regretted becoming a surrogate, it was just harder than she had ever imagined it would be. It was easy in theory, she would just not get attached to the baby. But it wasn’t easy. Not when the babies became real. At first she just didn’t think about it, she just focused on school and getting through the difficult symptoms of early pregnancy. Then the girls started shifting and moving and kicking. Then it got a lot harder. It was hard to deny that the babies were very much real, with how they would shift around and kick when Sana was trying to sleep.
She tried not to touch her stomach too much, it made it harder. She didn’t want to bond with these little girls at all. If she never bonded with them then she wouldn’t be hurt when they were taken away from her. But as her stomach got bigger, that got much harder. She found herself waking up with her hand on her stomach in the morning, and stoking it softly when the girls wouldn’t settle for the night, and when they would occasionally just randomly kick her she would put a gentle hand over the spot. It was easy to imagine living a peaceful happy life with these four little girls, but then reality always set in. They weren't hers. They were not her children.
She didn’t talk to them in front of Mina and Nayeon. She needed to maintain the appearance that she didn’t care about the babies, for them and for herself. But in the privacy of her room, most of the time at night, she would whisper and talk to the little girls. Mina and Nayeon had started talking to the babies already, Mina had read she was at a point where it was good for her to talk to her the girls, so Mina and Nayeon would talk to them a lot. Sana would pretend she wasn’t listening, feeling a bit like an outsider. She wasn’t really part of this family, Mina and Nayeon’s family. She was just their surrogate.
“We’re all growing a lot aren’t we?” Sana giggled as she smoothed one hand over her stomach. She used to be slim and skinny, but with four she had lost that a long time ago. “Your moms can’t wait to meet all of you, so grow well okay?” Sana did not expect to get this attached to the babies. It hurt, it hurt so much. It felt like every day she was getting more attached, but she couldn’t let herself. Even if she wanted to stay after they were born, she couldn’t. Her job was to bring them into this world. Then she was gone.
She never expected being a surrogate would be this hard.

3na surrogate au: What are some of the other difficulties Sana has in being a non-mated pregnant omega. She's in such a vulnerable state itll be fun to explore! 🦄
Sana never really saw her life going like this. Never in her wildest dreams did she ever think she would be a surrogate. She never thought that the first children she gave birth to wouldn’t be her own. She never even thought she was going to be an unmated pregnant omega. She was always strict about using both birth control and condoms for her partners if they were alphas. She was always very careful. It was crazy to her to think she put herself in that situation on purpose.
Being a surrogate was much easier for her in theory than it was in practice. She never realized how hard it would be to have to try and not get attached to her children, to constantly be thinking about how these babies she was going through so much for weren’t even going to be her own. It probably would have been easier with just one, but Sana wasn’t just having one baby. It hit her one night when she realized that she was going to give up the first four children she carried, she never even thought one day she would have more than three kids. And now she was giving birth to four. Sometimes she wondered if her conflicting feelings were a part of her hormones. She decided they definitely were after a while. She just needed to stay focused on her goal. She couldn’t get too attached.
Her hormones made her want more than just Mina and Nayeon’s scents. She wanted them near, she wanted them to hug her and reassure her and the babies everything was fine. Sana always hated when her brain went there, when she would be in the living room with Nayeon and her brain would just repeatedly tell her to sit in Nayeon’s lap or cuddle up to her. She wasn’t that close to them, she had to remind herself. She just felt so vulnerable, so incredibly vulnerable.
She also, according to her doctor, had worse morning sickness because she was unmated. Sana really cursed that fact, because she was always so hungry and then to throw it up an hour later was not a fun cycle. There were very few foods she could eat and keep down and unfortunately none of them were food she was supposed to be eating, for the babies health and all. Her two foods she could keep down was fried chicken and chocolate, neither of which she was supposed to be eating.
The doctor also warned her once the baby’s started kicking, they were going to be more active than most babies. She told her without the sire’s bond the babies would feel a bit more anxious than other babies and so they would thus be more active. She told her the only real way to calm them down would be to Mina and Nayeon scent mark her, and if not she would just have to wait until they calmed down. She was right, the babies kicked her non stop. It was really hard to fall asleep, not just because she wasn’t used to the extra weight on her stomach but also the fact the babies would not stop kicking. But asking Mina and Nayeon for their scents was awkward, so she tried not to do it unless it was absolutely necessary. When they started kicking Nayeon would always leave her scent on Sana before she left for class. It was a bit weird to Sana at first, but Nayeon told her it was a possessive alpha instinct that possessed her to do it, and it kept the babies quiet. She was right, so Sana got used to it. Plus it kept creeps away. When Nayeon was gone, Mina would fill in. At first Mina had seemed a bit apprehensive about it, but like most things it got more normal over time.
Sana just also felt empty more often. In both a sexual and non sexual way. Yes her sex drive had defintely increased because of the babies, but she also just felt empty in the way that she wanted to be held. To have someone wrap themself around her and hold her. She supposed that was the omega in her. To have this craving to feel taken care of and comforted. It didn’t make things easier when Nayeon would cling to her wife. Sana’s would always think “I’m carrying their kids, I want to be held like that too” but she never voiced it.
Overall it was a weird experience, being an unmated pregnant omega. And she wasn’t sure she liked it. Sana made a promise to herself the next time she got pregnant she would be mated, because she never wanted to go through anything like this again.

Nayeon sighed as she looked at their now empty guest room. They had picked their biggest spare room for the babies nursery, and hired someone to clear all the furniture out. Sana had been staying in the room across the hall so far, and when she thought Mina and Nayeon weren’t looking she would sneak glances of the room's progress. The only progress so far was the painted walls. They were painted a beautiful combination of white and pink, yellow stars being painted on the ceiling with glow in the dark paint. But other than that the room sat empty.
Nayeon had spent a lot of time online looking at baby clothes. She had been doing that since before they even met Sana. She had wanted a baby for a long time, and now she was getting four. She smiled a bit at the thought of the babies. But she never bought anything, and now she still hadn’t bought anything. She wanted to go shopping with someone. With Mina. And as much as she didn’t want to admit it she wanted Sana to come too. She could see how Sana was trying so hard to avoid getting attached to the babies, and how hard it was for her.
Nayeon had actually wanted to let their surrogate know the baby if they wanted. It was Mina who was so against it. Nayeon understood Mina was just worried that their surrogate would take the baby away or the baby wouldn’t accept one of them as their mother. She understood that, so she agreed to it. Of course Sana knew once the babies were born she was gone, and that they weren’t really hers in anything but genetics. And Nayeon and Mina knew Sana knew that. It didn’t make it any easier though. Nayeon entered the room and sat in the middle of the floor, laying on her back and looking at the ceiling.
“Will it be easier when you guys are here?” Nayeon asked no one.
“Nayeon unnie?” Nayeon sat up when she saw Mina standing in the doorway.
“Hey babe, come lay on the floor with me.” Nayeon pat the spot next to her. Mina shut the door behind her as she went into the room.
“So five more months?” Mina asked as the two stared at the ceiling together.
“Five more months…” Nayeon sighed, wrapping her arm around Mina’s waist. “Five more months and we’ll be moms.”
“To not just one baby too.” Mina giggled.
“Yup. And we will have four baby girls to chase boys away from too.” Nayeon giggled.
“Do you think we can do it?” Mina stopped laughing and her expression ebcame serious.
“Do what?”
“Have four babies at once?” Mina asked.
“Honestly, I don’t know, but I think we’ll be able to. So long as we love them, which we already do.” Nayeon leaned down and gave Mina a short kiss.
“I love you.” Mina whispered.
“I love you too.” Nayeon grinned at Mina. “Hey do you want to go baby shopping?”
“Huh?”
“Well we need to do it soon or the babies will be here and this room will still be empty. The doctor said she will probably give birth well before her due date because there are multiple.” Nayeon asked.
“That’s a good point. Yeah let’s go.”
“Wait I think we should bring Sana.” Nayeon stopped Mina. “I mean she’s not doing anything today and she could use something to do. And well, she may think of things we don’t.”
“I think that a great idea baby.”
XX
Sana was a bit apprehensive about going baby shopping with them, but she agreed to go anyway. Mina drove them in her Lamborghini, and Sana had never even seen a car that nice up close before. Sana had expected to go to a normal mall, but she kicked herself when they got there. Of course Mina and Nayeon would take her to the fancy part of town, the two leading her to the really fancy baby store Sana had seen once in a magazine about parenting Nayeon had left in the living room.
“Should we start with furniture?” Nayeon asked as they left the car.
“That sounds good.” Mina nodded. “I already order strollers.”
“You found one for four babies?” Nayeon tangled her hand with Mina’s.
“No, I just got two double ones. One for you to push and one for me to push.” Mina laughed. “They don’t make them for quadruplets.”
“Well I mean they aren’t all that common.” Nayeon rolled her eyes. She noticed Sana was being really quiet, entertaining herself with her phone. When they entered the store she decided to talk to Sana about her silence. “What’s wrong? Is it your hormone?”
“No… I’m just a bit confused why you brought me here.” Sana answered. “I mean shopping for baby stuff is such a personal part of the experience of having a baby, and I’m not actually going to be there when you use any of this stuff.”
“Well, I trust your taste.” Nayeon nodded. “With four of them there’s more than enough to get, so we could use the hands.”
“Oh… Thanks.” Sana smiled a bit. “So is it okay if I pick stuff out?”
“More than okay. We’ll tell you if we like it or not.” Mina eyed Sana. “So should we go?” Sana and Nayeon nodded and they went further into the store. Sana still seemed a bit hesitant about picking out what she liked, but once they got to the accessories she seemed a bit different. She excitedly picks out a couple stuffed animals, she picked out one for each.
“It’ll be the one thing I give them.” Sana explained as she put them in the cart. “You don’t have to say they are from me though.” She had picked out an otter, a lion, a dog, and a dinosaur. Mina and Nayeon knew they were going to give them to their daughters when they were born.
When they get to the clothing section Sana gets even more excited. She picks out lots of dresses and pink, white, and yellow clothing for the babies. Mina and Nayeon both were just happy to see Sana so excited, they didn’t even notice if they liked what she picked. But there was also a cloud that loomed over the entire trip.
They knew this wasn’t going to last.

Broke grad student Sana is wanting to be a teacher she finds out that the richest women in Asia are looking for a surrogate to carry their child. Sana takes the chance to make some money.
i’m just going to put this here well i finish up my june asks cause setting up this au has been really fun and i could wait anymore 😊
Sana groaned as she looked at her wallet. Between paying for school, her rent, and her bills, she barely had enough for food. She knew she was going to have to give up a lot to afford to go to graduate school, but she had wanted to be a preschool teacher since she was in middle school, she wasn’t going to let stuff like that stop her. She had a job at a coffee shop on campus to help her pay for the necessities, and her food budget was the thing that suffered the most. Her parents had wanted to pay for her schooling, but between her grandmother’s medical bill and their business being very inconsistent at their store Sana knew they couldn't afford it. And that was fine, it just meant she had to work really hard to keep with her tuition. And give a few things up.
But this month had been particularly bad. She had spent way too much time going out with friends and not paying attention to her wallet, and now she barely had enough to afford even the cheapest of meals. She was so tired of this, tired of constantly having to watch her wallet and barely having enough to eat. She just wanted to have enough money to be able to live comfortably without worrying constantly. Was that too much to ask?
Apparently yes. She had to put back the rest of the groceries and just get three packs of instant ramen. It was the best compromise she had, it was something for her to eat but it left her enough to pay her phone bill. She sighed as she left the store, she really need to find a way to get more money.
from momoring: bro look at this
Sana sighed as she looked at her phone. She paid so much for her phone bill, she may as well use it. Momo had sent her the link to an article. The richest women in Asia, married alphas Myoui Mina and Im Nayeon, are looking for a surrogate to carry their heir the article read.
from momoring: look how much they are paying! if you had this amount of money you would be able to pay your debt, and all your bills! with extra!
to momoring: your probably right but a surrogate? plus i bet getting an interview is super difficult
from momoring: it doesn’t seem too bad. you just have to carry and give birth to a baby and bam your set! you don’t even have to take care of the baby!
to momoring: don’t give me false hope, i doubt someone like me can even get an interview
from momoring: just shoot your shot with an application, you're young and healthy and get good grades, i bet you would make a great surrogate :)
Sana didn’t actually expect to get an interview. Momo always sent her random things to get some extra money, and they usually never worked out. But when she got contacted for an interview, she was in disbelief. She was asked to go to a health clinic across town, and she made Momo go with her because she was sure it was a scam.
“Miss Minatozaki? We will now begin the preliminary interview.” Sana shared a look with Momo before following a nurse to another room. Momo was with her, holding her hand the whole time. “Are you two together?” The nurse asked with a smile as she began taking Sana’s vitals.
“Oh no!” They both blushed, letting go of their hands.
“I uh, I’m dating someone else.” Momo nodded.
“Yeah and I’m single.” Sana explained.
“Well that’s better for your interview.” The nurse laughed. “That gets that question out of the way.”
“Is it better if I’m single?” Sana asked.
“It makes things much simpler.” The nurse nodded. “Anyway, your vitals all look good. How old are you?”
“I’m 25.” Sana explained.
“Any history of genetic diseases?”
“Nope.” Sana nodded.
“Any allergies?”
“I have a pollen allergy, but that’s it.”
“Have you ever gotten pregnant before?” Sana laughed at that question.
“No.”
“Are your periods consistent?”
“Yeah.” Sana nodded.
“When was your last period?” The nurse asked.
“Two weeks ago.”
“Great, I’ll pass this information along. You seem like a good candidate. You're young, healthy, and seem to be a nice person. You're the best candidate I’ve seen, I bet you will make it to the next round. Your next interview will be with Mrs.Myoui-Im.”
“Thank you.” Sana and Momo left together, neither really thinking Sana was going to make it further.
But the nurse was right. And the next thing Sana knew she was sitting in Nayeon Myoui-Im’s office. Her and her wife were sitting across from her, both of them were intimidating to Sana. They sat in silence, Sana not wanting to do anything to ruin this for her.
“Why do you want to be our surrogate?” Nayeon broke the silence. “You are still a student, correct?”
“Yes ma’am.” Sana nodded. “I’ll be completely honest, I need the money.”
“What for?” Nayeon asked.
“I want to be a preschool teacher, I’ve been studying on and off since I was eighteen but tuition is expensive. I just want to finally finish school and accomplish what I’ve been wanting since I was a little girl.”
“Why do you want to be a preschool teacher?”
“Because well, I love kids. They are so sweet. I think with proper care all kids can turn out to be good people one day, and I want to help them get there. I want to make kids smile and play with them and make them happy.” Sana explained.
“Thank you.” Nayeon nodded, taking one quick glance at Sana’s file in front of her. “Well, you seem to be the best candidate we’ve met with, we just have one more question.” Nayeon looked at her wife.
“Are you going to be able to give up the baby once they are born?” Mina asked.
“Of course. It won’t be my baby. It will be you guys baby. You're just using my body to bring it into this world.” Sana nodded. “I swear, once the baby is born I’ll be gone.”
“Okay then.” Mina and Nayeon both smiled at each other. “So miss Minatozaki, would you like to be our surrogate?” Sana couldn’t stop her smile. She would never have to worry about money again.

misatzu au
this is the main au on this blog. it’s an abo au with gp alpha mina and alpha tzuyu and their omega sana. sana is a model, mina is a neurosurgeon, and tzuyu is the ceo of her family’s company. they have five kids, two of which were sired by tzuyu and three of which were sired by mina. their oldest is sai (sai was a later addition to the au some older drabbles won’t have her) who is an alpha, and her sire is mina. their next kids are triplets (in age order) saya (alpha) sae (beta) and saki (alpha), saya and sae are indetical and were sired by mina, and saki was sired by tzuyu. their youngest is nico, who is an omega, was sired by tzuyu. the others ships in this au are dubchaeng, mohyo, and 2yeon. dahyun (omega) and chaeyoung (alpha) have three kids: their oldest kihyun (omega), their middle child daehyung (beta), and their youngest and only daughter haeun (alpha). momo (omega) and jihyo (alpha) have three daughters: their oldest ai (alpha), their middle child eunji (omega), and their youngest hina (alpha). nayeon (omega) and jeongyeon (alpha) are a few years older than the other couples and have three kids: their oldest seojun (alpha), their middle child hyunjun (alpha), and their youngest and only daughter yuna (omega). here are the family trees, a visual representation of the families.
sahyo au
sana is a student studying to be a teacher, who takes a job as a nanny for one of the richest families in seoul, the park family. jihyo is the ceo of her family’s architecture firm and has two rambunctious twin daughters (dahyun and chaeyoung) and a distant husband. sana doesn’t expect her summer job, which turns out to be longer than a summer job, to be the place she finds love. but she meets the distant and serious park jihyo, and everything changes.
alternative misatzu (au au)-
this is just an au inside the regular misatzu au. basically the change is that in this au instead of there being a six year age gap between nico and the triplets, there’s a fifteen year one. this is mostly inspired by good luck charlie lol. sai is nineteen years older than nico in this au as well. hina and haeun are still only one year older than nico like the regular au. sai was born while misatzu were still very young (tzuyu nineteen, mina twenty, and sana twenty one).
mafia au
basically the normal misatzu au but in a mafia setting. it is still abo. sai becomes a kpop idol in au au and in regular misatzu, but in this au she takes over her parents business.
2na queens au
if you look me up on ao3 or aff you’ll find i have a fic called re(quested) if you go over to the newest chapter i have a fic it’s about this au. but it’s basically a 2na fantasy au. they are queens and have four children: saya, sae, saki, and nico. the other ships in this au are 3mix, dahmo, and chaeyu. in this au mina, jeongyeon, and dahyun are gp. 3mix have five kids: hyunjun, sai, yuna, eunji, and hina. sai and hina are adopted. dahmo have three kids: seojun, kihyun, and ai. and chaeyu have two adopted kids: daehyung and haeun.
3na surrogate au
this is the newest au hehe. anyway minayeon are two mated and married alphas who are the richest women in korea. they are so happy and in love but there is only one issue, since they are both alphas they can’t have a heir. so they hire sana, a young omega struggling to put herself through graduate school, to be thier surrogate. sana has always dreamed of becoming a preschool teacher, the only issue is money. so becoming minayeon’s surrogate is the perfect opportunity for her. she finally has enough money to pay her student debts and minayeon get an heir. none of them expect to slowly fall for each other.
