NIA ने 11 नवंबर 2009 को केस दर्ज किया था।

अमेरिका में कानूनी प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद राणा को भारत लाया जाएगा।

माना जा रहा है कि उसे तिहाड़ जेल में रखा जाएगा और

उससे पूछताछ के दौरान पाक-प्रायोजित आतंकवाद की जड़ों तक पहुंचने की कोशिश की जाएगी।

For once, we are going to talk about the moose sized nazi's wife and not him.

Lina was the wife of Reinhard Heydrich, head of the Reich Security Main Office and a central figure in Nazi Germany. The daughter of a minor German aristocrat (he worked as a village schoolteacher), she joined the Nazi Party in 1929 and met Reinhard Heydrich in December 1930. The two wed on 26 December 1931 and had four children. She published a memoir in 1976. She defended the reputation of her first husband (Heydrich) until her death at age 74 in August 1985 in Fehmarn.

She was cleared during the de-Nazification proceedings after the war's end. She further won the right to receive a pension as the result of a series of court cases against the West German government in 1956 and 1959.

She was entitled to a substantial pension since her husband was a German police general killed in action. The government had previously declined to pay because of Heydrich's role in the Holocaust.

In Czechoslovakia, she was tried in absentia and sentenced to life imprisonment, which she evaded. West Germany chose not to extradite her.

She vehemently denied that her husband was involved in the Holocaust, and tries to redefine the 1942 Wannsee Conference, where the "Endlösung" (final solution) was decided, merely as resettling the Jews in the East:

"One day he [Heydrich] told me that a decision had been made in Hitlers Headquarters, to create a big reservation for the Jews in Russia, which could be developed into a Jewish State. Considered the great advances of the German troops in Russia, everything looked very positive. A resettlement of such a magnitude appeared possible." (translated from the original German)

Three illegal migrants with the vicious Venezuelan prison gang Tren de Aragua abducted a man and two kids in Texas — then executed the older victim and dumped his body on the side of the road, authorities say.

Carl Luis Zambrano-Bolivar, 26, Jhonata Nahin Toro Gonzalez, 22, and Ehiker Morales Mendoza, 38, were recently arrested for the murder of Nilzuly Enrique Arneaud-Petit, 33, who was found dead Aug. 24 with a single gunshot wound to the head in Farmers Branch just outside Dallas, DHS officials said.

While police were responding to a report of a body, they learned of two juveniles possibly related to the victim walking on a service road about 10 miles away, according to the Farmers Branch Police Department.

Investigators caught up with the minors and were told the kids and Arneaud-Petit had been “forcibly taken by several unknown suspects from an apartment complex” in Dallas earlier that night, police said.

The suspects drove Andreau-Petit and the juveniles to the location in Farmers Branch, where they fatally shot the 33-year-old man, police said. The kids told investigators the suspects then fled with them in a sedan before releasing them on the service road in nearby Lewisville. 

Andreau-Petit was an associate of the violent gangsters “and allegedly involved in a complex ATM theft operation targeting several locations nationwide,” police said.

He was accused of withholding money from other group members, which led to his kidnapping and execution, police said.

TdA members Zambrano-Bolivar and Toro Gonzalez were arrested in Aurora, Colo., in September by Denver’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Enforcement and Removal Operations team, DHS officials said.

A third member of the feared prison gang, Mendoza, was busted Oct. 11 in Las Cruces, NM.

All three were in the country illegally, authorities said.

A fourth man also wanted in the murder, 29-year-old Jhonny Jesus Martinez Serrano, remains at large.

The three men in custody are expected to be extradited to Texas to be prosecuted on charges of capital murder and aggravated kidnapping, according to Homeland Security Investigations.

“Violent criminal organizations and transnational gangs like Tren de Aragua are a plague upon our communities that rely on fear and violence to [rain] terror on hardworking and law-abiding residents,” said HSI Dallas acting Special Agent in Charge Travis Pickard.

 “We have sent a resounding message that we are united in our efforts to dismantle these violent criminal networks and put an end to the lawlessness that they spread,” he added.

The violent gang has been terrorizing cities across the US.

In August, the ruthless group made national headlines when frightening video capturing some of its gun-wielding members storming through an Aurora apartment complex went viral.

The Post was the first to report on TdA’s infiltration of Aurora, its takeover of several poorly maintained apartment complexes and its top leader, nicknamed “Cookie,” who was involved in at least two violent crimes.

TdA also has been blamed for a surge in violent crime in such tourist meccas as Times Square in Manhattan.

As India prepares to take custody of Tahawwur Rana, wanted in India for his alleged involvement in the 26/11 Mumbai militant attacks, high-security arrangements are being made in select prisons in Delhi and Mumbai.

These jails have been discreetly instructed to follow special protocols in accordance with guidelines issued by the U.S. judiciary concerning extradited individuals.

Following his arrival on Wednesday, Rana is expected to remain in the custody of the National Investigation Agency (NIA) for the initial weeks of interrogation. The entire operation is being coordinated under the close supervision of National Security Adviser Ajit Doval, along with top officials from the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Tahawwur Rana, who holds Pakistani and Canadian citizenship, is alleged to have facilitated travel documents for David Coleman Headley to carry out reconnaissance in India.

Earlier this year, in February, U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed Rana’s extradition, stating: “Rana is going back to India to face justice.”

On May 12, 2023, the U.S. Department of Justice announced that it had extradited from the United Kingdom, Michael Lynch, the former CEO of Autonomy Corporation, to stand trial in the Northern District Court of California, alongside the former Vice President of Finance at Autonomy, Stephen Chamberlain.

Among the numerous charges brought by the Justice Department were these:

“…between 2009 and 2011, Lynch and Chamberlain, and other co-conspirators, (1) artificially inflated Autonomy’s revenues by backdating written agreements to record revenue in prior periods; recorded revenue on contracts that were subject to side letters or other contingencies that impacted revenue recognition; and improperly recorded revenue for reciprocal or roundtrip transactions…”

As part of this alleged scheme to defraud, according to the Justice Department, “…Lynch and Chamberlain caused Autonomy to make materially false and misleading statements directly to HP [Hewlett-Packard] regarding Autonomy’s financial condition, performance, and business during the negotiations between HP and Autonomy leading up to the August 18, 2011, announcement by HP to acquire Autonomy for approximately $11 billion.”

It has been reported that Lynch made approximately $800 million on the sale of Autonomy to HP.

Both Lynch and Chamberlain were acquitted on all charges on June 7, following a jury trial that lasted three months.

Less than two months following the trial, on Saturday, August 17, Chamberlain was out running in Cambridgeshire, England and was hit by a car. Chamberlain died of his injuries after being hospitalized.

Two days later, on Monday, August 19, Mike Lynch, Chamberlain’s co-defendant in the Justice Department trial, died when his “unsinkable” 184-foot sailing yacht sunk to the bottom of the Mediterranean Sea off the coast of Sicily during a storm that failed to harm other nearby yachts.

Making these deaths all the more suspicious, two other individuals involved in the criminal trial died in the sinking of the yacht: the Chair of Morgan Stanley International, Jonathan Bloomer, who had been a witness for the defense; and the attorney for Mike Lynch during the trial, Chris Morvillo, of law firm Clifford Chance.

The statistical improbability of four people connected to one criminal case dying within 72 hours in two separate unusual events is raising eyebrows.

Equally suspect, there were 22 people on board the yacht with 15 people surviving, including 9 members of the 10-member crew, who made it to a life boat. Other survivors in the life boat included Lynch’s wife, Angela Bacares; the Managing Partner of Lynch’s venture capital firm, Invoke Capital, Charlotte Golunshi and her one-year old daughter; and Clifford Chance lawyer Ayla Ronald and her partner, Matthew Fletcher.

The seven deceased victims from the sinking of the yacht were Lynch; his 18-year old daughter, Hannah; Bloomer and his wife, Judy; Morvillo and his wife, Neda; and the yacht’s chef, Recaldo Thomas.

To put that more starkly, the crew had a 90 percent survival rate while the other passengers had a 58 percent survival rate.

Reuters is reporting this morning that Italian prosecutors have opened an investigation and have conducted multiple interviews with the Captain of the yacht, James Cutfield. Maritime law places the safety of the ship, crew and all passengers as the responsibility of the Captain.

For unknown reasons, the Captain was able to make it to the lifeboat while six of the seven who died were trapped below deck in cabins or hallways, where their bodies were eventually located by divers. The chef was reportedly found floating in the water.

Lynch’s life had been a living hell for the five years before the tragedy on the yacht. Prior to his acquittal in June, he had been living under house arrest for a year in a townhouse in San Francisco, with guards watching his every move.

On April 30, 2018, the former CFO of Autonomy, Sushovan Hussain, was separately tried and convicted by the U.S. Department of Justice in the same U.S. District Court that heard the case against Lynch and Chamberlain. Hussain was convicted of one count of conspiracy, fourteen counts of wire fraud and one count of securities fraud involving Autonomy’s sale to Hewlett-Packard. Hussain served five years in prison.

Another company in which Lynch’s venture capital firm had invested money following the sale of Autonomy to Hewlett-Packard was Darktrace, a cyber-security firm which was packed with people from the U.K.’s intelligence agency MI5 and the U.S. National Security Agency (NSA). In 2023, the short-seller, Quintessential Capital Management, published a lengthy report alleging claims against Darktrace that had a familiar ring to some of the charges brought by the Justice Department against Autonomy executives.

Quintessential Capital’s researchers wrote this about Darktrace:

“Our opinion is based primarily on numerous transactions we detected during the period leading to DT’s [Darktrace’s] IPO seemingly involving simulated or anticipated sales to phantom end-users through a network of willing resellers. Darktrace seems to have repeatedly used marketing activities to channel funds back into its partners as payment for apparently fictitious purchases. These alleged channel stuffing and round-tripping activities seem to have even involved shell companies in offshore jurisdictions….”

Hewlett-Packard is no boy scout either. The company was scandalized in 2006 when Newsweek broke the story that it had spied on its own Board of Directors and journalists, illegally obtaining their phone records in some cases to ascertain with whom they had been in contact.

The First Investigation, by Trudeau Family Friend and former Governor General, named as Special Rapporteur, who most likely is known to the Prime Minister as Uncle Dave - Johnston…spent months and millions of taxpayer dollars to produce a report that would only be suitable to line the bottom of a bird or hamster cage.

And in the most recent public investigation - the Hogue Inquiry…Justin Trudeau, with help of the RCMP threw in information to cast doubt on the majority of this foreign interference being from China, by shattering diplomatic relations with India, calling the India Government out for Murdering and Threatening, Canadian Citizens.

To be clear here…the only people who are seemingly threatened and have been murdered, are members of the Khalistan Movement…who just happen to be classified as a Terrorist Organization, who are also embroiled in a lot of terrible other crimes, while being on Canadian soil.

India knows this…and that’s why, for YEARS, they’ve requested extradition of these Terrorists, Back to India…there are some 26, terrorist on a list that Trudeau has had in his hot little hands for a fist full of years, doing absolutely nothing��not searching for these terrorists…and letting them roam free doing whatever the fuck they want.

• Israel has also violated the buffer zone of 1974 ceasefire agreement and has strayed further into Syria and has established about 10 military outposts which has largely been decried by UN. Israel has described this to be for its own protection and stability.

Gaza is now left with little to no medical aid and the blockade of Gaza is still in effect. Water supply lines have also been largely damaged by the war with civilians being now in a looming famine.
