#Repost @crossfitblackpool • • • • • 📢📣 24Hr AMRAP CHALLENGE 📣📢 Our team entered in the 24hr AMRAP Challenge is poised and ready for action! 💪🏻 The challenge starts at 12pm on Saturday 7th July running through to 12pm Sunday 8th July. In true crossfit style we would love a bit of community support for the guys and gals taking part by way of a BBQ after the regular Saturday morning wods and a dock-off dose of encouragement. @jamiehilton6261 is very kindly loaning us his bbq, so bring some meat, grab a beer and join in the grilling at the 24hr AMRAP drink 'n stink 🍺🍔🎊 The team will be in action through the night and into the morning, so if you're passing, please drop in and give them a boost, some sugar, a lot of caffeine ...... And maybe a hug.....
