Today is the day! It's June 21st. The official first day of summer, Fathers' Day, AND the start of our #21DaysOfAdventure Challenge! Can you live adventurously for 21 days straight? Can you step outside of your comfort zone and try new things? Do you dare to conquer some fears? Do you have some bucket list items you'd like to check off? Then join the challenge! For 21 days (June 21 - July 11), we'll all strive to lead our most adventurous lives. Why 21 days? The beginning of summer? Research shows it takes AT LEAST 21 days of doing a behavior before it becomes a habit. 21 is just long enough to start changing habits, just short enough so that we can achieve our goals without being too overwhelmed (if you miss some days = NO PRESSURE!). And summer...because it's the best season for adventure! To participate: 1) Join the Facebook group if you haven't done so already (link 🔗 http://bit.ly/1MXiBTZ also in IG profile) and follow BA across our social media platforms; 2) Share your photos!
