In all honesty I sometimes forget that’s his actual name. 

Also something about the Tsubasa family all have one eye in shadow when they spot Evil Wolverine (except Fai’s is technically under an eye patch, but that counts! It's still visually matching!)

VERY much enjoying this prompting the personal stakes that both Kurogane and Fai have here. How Evil Wolverine ruined both their lives personally from the exact same portal, and drawing out such different expressions on them even now. Fai still showing the hurt from the murder and the seven levels of lies, betrayal, and manipulation, while Kurogane has skipped straight to gleeful murder and unsheathes his sword on sight.

And Lava Lamp has a motivation shot also!

In all three flashbacks Evil Wolverine portals in to kill someone dramatically to manipulate the survivor for the rest of their lives. 

And now they’re all back here to face him for it!

The narrative loops are all ready to be completed!
