2024 Yezdi Adventure Review: Price, Mileage, and Specifications
Yezdi has released a new Yezdi Adventure in India, focusing on rebuilt internals and cosmetic tweaks. The bike's design remains unchanged, with four new color options, a new bash plate, and a redesigned cage. The tank cug is now 3.5 kg lighter, and a rerouted exhaust saves another kilogram, bringing the total dry weight to 190.5 kg. However, the bike remains 6 kg heavier than the latest Himalayan, which has a larger frame and a higher-capacity engine. The engine retains a 0.7 horsepower decrease, but the improved fuel mapping and gear-based mapping system improve urban and off-road performance. The bike's ride quality has been improved with retuned suspension dampening, providing more stability at low speeds. Although not as off-road focused as the Himalayan or Xpulse, the Yezdi Adventure is still one of the most capable off-road bikes available for around Rs 3 lakh. The bike has potential for development in switchgear quality and engine refinement. Yezdi Adventure Specifications
Design and aesthetics At first sight, the Yezdi Adventure design appears to be untouched. A closer look reveals four new color possibilities, a new bash plate, and a redesigned cage on either side of the fuel tank. These modest alterations may not be immediately obvious, but they contribute to the bike's improved appearance. Notably, Yezdi states that the tank cug is now 3.5 kg lighter, playing a significant role in the bike's overall weight reduction.

Despite these efforts, the bike remains 6 kg heavier than the most recent Himalayan, which now has a larger frame and a higher-capacity engine. While the weight decrease is good, it falls short of resolving the bike's bulk, which has been a source of complaint since its inception. The trade-off is a more refined engine with better low-end performance. However, the engine retains a clunky feel at higher RPMs, and the bike occasionally struggles to start, particularly in difficult conditions. Despite these limitations, the improved fuel mapping and new gear-based mapping system improve the bike's urban and off-road performance. The first three ratios are optimized for low-end torque, making them suitable for both city and off-road riding. While the first two gears have a snappy feel, the third gear appears flat when contrasted to the second and fourth. This modification seeks to keep emissions under control, as the third gear is frequently used in city riding. The addition of a slip and assist clutch improves gear shifting, resulting in a more comfortable riding experience. Ride and handling The Yezdi Adventure's ride quality has been improved with retuned suspension dampening, which better absorbs road irregularities at low speeds while providing more stability at higher speeds. The bike feels more stable and less likely to brake dive, especially in mid-corner circumstances. However, it falls short of the new Himalayan 450 in terms of bump absorption efficiency.

Although we were unable to fully evaluate its touring skills due to a lack of highway riding during the launch event, the bike demonstrated potential for road touring. Yezdi Adventure Price
Yezdi Adventure Price In India The Yezdi Adventure is a more refined and slightly lighter motorcycle at a lower price. Unlike the previous generation of Himalayan, it has no direct competition, with prices ranging from Rs 2.10 lakh to Rs 2.20 lakh. However, there is always potential for development, particularly in switchgear quality and engine refinement. Notably, the tank cug is not included as a normal feature and must be purchased separately for Rs 3,500. Yezdi should think about integrating this equipment into the bike's pricing or making it optional for buyers. If you're looking for an ADV that can tackle dirt and asphalt, the Yezdi Adventure strikes a good balance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hb9s0TojP4Y&pp=ygUPeWV6ZGkgYWR2ZW50dXJl Also Read: Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG review – Mileage, running cost, performance Read the full article
