last year on new year's eve I wrote down this goal for 2024:

"start learning how to draw (basic stuff)".

I didn't expect to learn so much so quickly and looking at my progress now after 8 months makes me emotional.

this year was all about getting started.

2025 is gonna be about getting good.

Honestly, I am so proud of my artistic journey this year. I went from drawing absolutely nothing for years, to now not only drawing regularly every month, but consistently making pieces I am proud of. I'm so happy to have my creative juices flowing again. I hope you can take that as inspiration to not give up on yourself, even if it takes time.

Happy New Year!!! 2024 has been a really varied year for me art wise! I couldn't actually find any illustrations for January, just a very fun plush I'd made for a friend. On the other hand, these last few months were really hard to pick a single piece for, because I'd made so many I love!
