Não espere desempenho como dos dois rivais anteriores, mas a marca japonesa promete autonomia de 1.000 km com o SUV, que já aumentou de preço três vezes desde que foi lançado, há um ano (junho de 2019).

Além disso, é um típico SUV para o público estadunidense, com acerto macio da suspensão – até demais -, direção leve e uma infinidade de porta-trecos.

O Equinox 1.5 turbo com 172 cv pena um pouco em baixas rotações para mover o bichão, mas o 2.0 de 262 cv (do Camaro), com câmbio automático de nove marchas (em vez de seis) é um monstro.

5. Jeep Compass

Preços: de R$ 121.990 a R$ 205.990

Legal: equipamentos, conjunto mecânico diesel e posição de dirigir

Ruim: espaço traseiro e acerto do motor flex

O Compass é o SUV médio mais vendido do país (geralmente, fica à frente de muito compacto que custa quase a metade) não ostenta esse posto a toa. O modelo tem na posição de dirigir e no rodar mais suave e confortável as suas armas.

A despeito do espaço ruim no banco traseiro e do porta-malas acanhado para o segmento, o Compass tem acabamento caprichado, com muitos materiais emborrachados e revestimentos com couro. O motor 2.0 flex de até 166 cv é apenas ok, mas o turbodiesel de 170 cv dá outra vida ao modelo feito em Goiana (PE).

6.  Kia Sportage

Preços: de R$ 123.990 a R$ 148.990

Legal: acabamento interno, ergonomia e equipamentos

Ruim: desempenho e isolamento acústico

O Sportage se destaca nesta lista pelo custo-benefício. Oferece boa gama de equipamentos – especialmente a topo de linha – e nível de acabamento bastante caprichado. O design externo e interno também são fatores de compra do SUV sul-coreano, mas não espere muito do motor.

É o conhecido 2.0 16V, que nesta geração do utilitário (de 2016) teve a potência reduzida para 167 cv. Mas o rodar é confortável e a caixa automática de seis marchas faz mudanças suaves.

7. Caoa Chery Tiggo 7

Preço: R$ 117.990

Legal: nível de equipamentos, conforto e acabamento interno

Ruim: turbo lag e espaço no banco traseiro

Vendido em versão única, o Tiggo 7 é a prova de que os carros chineses evoluíram – a ponto de a marca, hoje parceira do Grupo Caoa, ter um dos melhores SUVs médios do mercado. O modelo se destaca por uma posição de dirigir agradável e acabamento caprichado, que em nada lembra os antigos modelos do fabricante – superior a muito utilitário de marca tradicional por aí.

Produzido em Anápolis (GO), o Tiggo 7 também aposta na lista de equipamentos para atrair a clientela, enquanto seu conjunto mecânico é bem pacato. O 1.5 de 150/147 tem um turbolag que incomoda, apesar de o câmbio de dupla embreagem – e caixa seca – fazer as mudanças de forma ágil.

Legal: isolamento acústico, acerto do câmbio e conforto

Ruim: custo/benefício e comportamento dinâmico

Outro que também é vendido em versão única, o New Tucson chama a atenção logo de cara pelo seu conforto no rodar. O nível de vibração da cabine é baixo e o isolamento acústico mantém motorista e passageiros livres de ruídos de rodagem ou vento.

Aliado a isso está o câmbio automatizado de dupla embreagem e sete marchas, que faz mudanças suaves, mas também confere desempenho surpreendente aliado ao motor a gasolina 1.6 turbo de 177 cv.

9. Honda CR-V

Preço: R$ 204.900

Legal: conforto, acerto da suspensão e porta-malas

Ruim: comportamento do CVT e custo/benefício

O CR-V já foi o SUV médio mais vendido do país, quando era importado do México e custava abaixo dos R$ 100 mil. Mas isso é passado. Hoje o utilitário está mais refinado e só vem em uma versão (bem cara) dos Estados Unidos, com motor turbo e tração integral. A boa vida a bordo continua como um dos destaques do CR-V.

A posição de dirigir é ótima, a ergonomia é funcional e o rodar suave faz parecer que você está no Civic. O desempenho do motor 1.5 turbo de 190 cv só é meio anestesiado pelo CVT e seu comportamento linear.

10. Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross

Preços: de R$ 136.990 a R$ 168.900

Legal: posição de dirigir, desempenho e acerto da suspensão

Ruim: calibragem da direção e comportamento do CVT

O Eclipse Cross começou a ser feito em Catalão (GO) no fim de 2019, o que possibilitou a chegada de novas versões de entrada mais baratas. O SUV de design bastante exótico tem um acerto de suspensão e posição de dirigir surpreendentes para um Mitsubishi, cujos crossovers tradicionalmente são robustos, mas desconfortáveis.

Destaque ainda para o motor 1.5 turbo de 165 cv,com boas respostas em baixas rotações – mas que também poderia ser mais esperto não fosse o pacato CVT.

Toyota Fortuner 2021 bản nâng cấp lần đầu lộ diện

Thái LanBản nâng cấp giữa vòng đời với một số thay đổi ở ngoại thất, động cơ được cho vẫn giữ nguyên loại cũ. 

Fortuner mới với lớp áo ngụy trang chạy thử trên đường phố, có thể ra mắt thị trường vào cuối 2020. Mẫu xe không có những thay đổi đột phá ở thiết kế ngoại thất nhưng một vài chi tiết tinh chỉnh nhẹ. Thế hệ hiện tại của Fortuner lần đầu tiên trình làng hồi 2015.

Theo Autocarindia, Toyota Fortuner bản nâng cấp giữa vòng đời nhiều khả năng có lưới tản nhiệt mới. Kết hợp với cản trước thay đổi, xe có nhận diện phần đầu thể thao, nam tính hơn, tương tự mẫu xe gầm cao hạng C, Toyota RAV4 bán chạy hàng đầu tại Mỹ. 

Phần đèn pha và đèn hậu của Fortuner mới có một số điều chỉnh nhẹ nhưng tổng thể không thay đổi nhiều bản cũ. Chưa có hình ảnh nào về nội thất mẫu xe chạy thử nghiệm.

Động cơ của Toyota Fortuner mới nhiều khả năng không có thay đổi nào. Tùy từng thị trường, Fortuner có những lựa chọn như xăng 2,7 lít, 4 lít hay diesel 2,4 lít, 2,8 lít và 3 lít. Tại Việt Nam, Toyota Fortuner hiện cung cấp ba cấu hình 2,4 lít, 2,8 lít máy dầu và 2,7 lít máy xăng. 

Từ giữa 2019, Toyota bắt đầu lắp ráp một số phiên bản của Fortuner tại Việt Nam thay vì thuần nhập khẩu như trước đó. Mẫu xe gầm cao của Toyota giá 1,033-1,354 tỷ đồng, dẫn đầu doanh số phân khúc SUV trong nhiều năm qua. Kết thúc 2019, Toyota Fortuner tiêu thụ 12.667 xe, xếp sau là Hyundai SantaFe 9.228 và Ford Everest 7.852 xe.
