MAC’s here. As I pulled in maybe 7:30pm from Slaveway shopping journey to buy food for Jarod’s diet——MAC’s dusty Ford Focus was in front of the house, MAC’s leg protruding out!

The trainer diet begins

Started Jared’s new diet today. Life changing event. Jack went supplement shopping with me at New Body Supplement store. Hot Mexican short muscle guy helped us. Nice guy. So, I cooked lunch for Jack and MAC and I. Ground chicken and asparagus. Shrimp and avocado for me later.  Drank water. 2% milk replaced by almond milk. Milk and crackers pre bed replaced by almond milk and 2 scoops of weigh powder.  The diet includes no fruit. No bread or nuts. No dairy anything. It’s pretty much lean meat and fish. 35 minute tread mill. I did use hand grips. Then 5 minutes on the rowing machine. Nice full body feeling to both of them. Baked chicken breasts for next few days. Need food containers.

As of today, March 16, 2023, I am still on what I call my “trainer diet.” After the first month or so I got on the scales. It showed I’d lost 25 pounds. I thought the scale was broken! It wasn’t. Since then, I’ve maintained the diet with variations. It no longer is a diet. It’s the way I live. I do have cheat meals now and then. But, I feel them afterwards. The body can’t handle the old diet anymore!

Jarod told me that if you use the hand rails while on the treadmill you might as well not treadmill. Now, I never use the handrails.
