We are SUPER excited to announce our next 2017 Monroe Comic-Con guest!! He is commonly known for his role of the badass mercenary Martin Meisner in NBC's hit TV show GRIMM. Welcome actor, all around badass and heck of a nice guy Damien Puckler Born in Germany, but raised internationally, Damien considers himself a true citizen of the world! After an unfortunate accident brought his professional career as an athlete to a halt, Damien was forced to reevaluate his life, ultimately choosing the path of a stuntman and fight choreographer. The reoccurring demand to actually deliver lines, made Damien finally apply at a drama school. It was there where his life was changed forever, falling deeply in love with the artistic and passionate side of it all. In an interview with Amazing Stories Magazine he described it in his own words: "…It [Acting] is a beautiful way to experience yourself in many different worlds!..." We feel truly blessed to have such talented friends ! The Amazing team from Artistic Apes are debuting something truly EPIC at our 2017 Monroe Comic-Con!! AN 11 FOOT TALL GROOT with ROCKET !!!! Groot and Rocket are going to be more of Rob Miller's own design, a little darker than the cutesy Disney style. Groot is going to be over 11ft tall and Rocket will be on his back hanging out. He is made from foam mats and fur bought at Jo Ann fabrics and Rob used raccoon taxidermy for the teeth and tongue. The gun was made by Rob Tierney and painted by Miller.
