The thing is, Wooster already knows about Klaus-in-Gil because of what happened in St. Szpac. He even tells Agatha that "it all looks rather similar to what has been done to you" (20150501). Gil might pull a stunt like this of his own accord, but would Klaus let Gil go after Albia herself? And either way, does Wooster dare even mention that he knows about Klaus in front of Bang, who already tried to kill him way back on 20070101 and is hinting very strongly that she hasn't forgotten that?

I had forgotten Wooster was in St Szpac when that happened! So he does have at least some context for what’s going on here.

I did realise Bang was threatening him but, while he finds that unnerving, he was happy enough to hit her in the face and make a snappy remark back then. I don’t think he’s anywhere near as scared of her as he is of Gil.

And Bang made her disapproval of what Klaus was doing very clear in St Szpac too, so it’s possible Wooster has the context to realise she might be trying to undo that, even if Tarvek’s still going to confuse him.

(20150501) Bibimbap in Taiwan! It’s funny, the previous time I went to Taiwan, which dates to the summer of 2014, I had my very first bibimbap. However, I’m not very fond of the meat served in bibimbaps, cause I don’t find them very tasty. Maybe in the future I will just order with more veggies instead of any meat.

There is an understanding that medical insistutions are held to a great deal of government scrutiny and universal expectations on how to uphold patient safety and civil rights and, we as patients trust that there is some level of integrity to the medical institutions so we trust doctors and nurses to have our best interest in mind when guiding our decision making. 

So far so good.

but there is (now) a huge grey area for the level of misrepresentation a none medical center can project. What do I mean?

National Institute of Family and Life Advocates v. Becerra 

In June the supreme court ruled that it was a violation of the 1st  amendment (free speech) for the state of California to compel religious based “crisis pregnancy centers” to “notify women that California provides free or low-cost [medical reproductive] services, including abortions.” AND that “Unlicensed clinics must notify women that California has not licensed the clinics to pro- vide medical services.” Which if you are having a hard time following means the supreme court gave religious based NON-MEDICAL pregnancy persuasion centers the right to impersonate medical offices and intentional misinform pregnant women on medical care and options. Which is FUCKED UP.

The supreme court truly failed women with this one. Which isn’t that surprising considering the 3 out of the 4 decinting voices were also the only three women on the supreme court bench. It begs the question, if the shoe was on the other foot and men were being lead into a pro-vasectomy trap every time they went in for a viagra refill would the outcome look a little different. 

Lets give this ruing the benefit of the doubt. There is some (weak and cruel) justification for directing women towards services that MAY include abortion is a violation of free speech, or religious freedom, or some horse shit like that…. But the fact that these clinics are not completed to divulge that they are not a licensed medical institution is criminal especially when they are empowered to preform

Clinics are even allowed to preform vaginal ultrasounds with out being a licensed radiologist, where instruments are inserted into the vaginal cavities. This means that the supreme court just gave a stranger permission to invade your vagina while impersonating a medical professional. To me that spells sexual assault.

And here is the thing, its easy fro some one sitting on the supreme court to say “just be better informed” but we know that isn’t as easy as it sounds. We have known for a long time that people in rural areas have problems accessing broadband internet (see attached link). We also have homeless populations and youth populations who have limited access to health services in urban areas, and we know that “Women without a high school degree had the highest unintended pregnancy rate among all educational levels” (also see guttmacher link below). the level of unintended pregnancies (no surprise) also is higher in lower income women. which means that were a leaving the most vulnerable members of our community, poor, undereducated, and accidentally pregnant with out the right to know who exactly is treating them. Having access to services isn’t a benefit if don’t know how to find them. We are essentially singling out these women as prey for fake medical treatment which could be dangerous!!

Allowing crisis clinics to impersonate medical facilities discredits the medical institution as a whole. In context with other ruling by the supreme court this session it is clear that we are more interested in protecting “christianity” than we are our citizens.

The opinion that free speech gives some one the right to lie their way into my vagina is only logical to someone that dose not have one.
