The Pink Kawaiian

Okay, so I am a HUGE pink lover and all things Kawaii. The pink and white aesthetic is my favorite look. Absolutely no custom content! CC Free. This house took me a LONG time to build and EVERYTHING is customized to fit the look I was going for. I’m using it for a pastel lolita Sim, but you can use it for any Sim you like! The driveway has a few silly kawaii faces that you can see even in map view! And cute little ribbons on each corner of the driveway. For me, my homes that I play in always are extremely detailed, keep the aesthetic, and are realistic (to a degree, at least). Every room has a purpose, and has things for your Sim to do in them. There are no rooms that are purely decorational. And given that this home is completely decked out in furnishing and details, it is very very very expensive. I’ve made sure to test everything in the house with a Sim to make sure it all works and it does, so there shouldn’t be any problems like that. I’m also a huge pet person so I’ve set up a place for your Pets in every room (except the basement) so your Pets will never feel left out. You will always see a Pet bed, a scratching post, toys, or cat trees. There are 2 pet bowls in the kitchen for your hungry cats or dogs. On the second floor, there are terrariums for a rodent, lizard, snake, or turtle! The first floor also has a bird cage in the living room so you can always have a lovable lively bird to play with and talk to as well. - First floor has a living room with a large television, huge spacious kitchen with 2 bars, a pretty dining room, a music room, and a back hallway that leads to outside. The porch has places to sit, paint, and even harvest honey from bees! - Second floor has 3 bedrooms and a nursery, 3 bathrooms (1 master bathroom and 2 small bathrooms for 2 bedrooms), a sitting area for Sims to listen to music or just hang out, a reading area, and 2 balconies (one on the left, one on the right.) I think of the extra bedroom as a room for the grandparents or parent’s siblings/cousins, and it has a trophy area where the family member can show off their younger family members’s hard work and dedication to their school clubs. The teen room has a large fun TV and 2 silly bean bag chairs! One of the balconies is for the teens/kids, and includes a fun skateboard seat, bubble blower, and snowcone machine. The other balcony is for the adults and has 2 lounge chairs and harvestable plants (all Supernatural based). - Third floor is for building skills! 2 easels,a chess table, a big reading area with lots of comfy places to sit, a couple of bookcases, and a large working space for computers or for children and teens to do their homework. The easels are placed in fountains but they both work and all seats work. I’ve also placed down a chemistry table for your Sims to learn how to make potions. - The garage has 2 cars, 2 brooms, and 2 bikes (for kids), and it also has a ladder leading to the top area above it. - The pool area has a large (obviously) pink pool, places to lounge, a stereo to listen to music or dance to! There’s a place to cook out and eat, a place for your cats to play, and a dart board. Right outside the garage, there is a fire pit for your Sims to roast marshmallows at! - Above the garage, your Sim can go to the top and enjoy the nice big fountain. They can sit on the fountain edges and read, or sit on the bench with a leafy shade, play chess or even stargaze! The fountain also has extra water jets to make the water look even more interesting. - The basement level has many uses! First, there are loads of arcade machines for your Sims to have fun. Then they can go to the gym area and have a nice workout, then refresh themselves with a juice from the gym bar. There is a bathroom and a shower room for your Sim, so they don’t have to go all the way inside the house to smell good again or to use the toilet. - There are 2 surprises with the basement level. Two doorways hidden behind bookshelves lead to two rooms. There’s an alchemy room, for your Sim to research and prepare magic and potions (and become a wizard/witch!) Then there’s the vampire room. If you have a vampire Sim, they can sleep down here for a peaceful and restful slumber away from the rest of the world. I hope you enjoy!
