Are we still doing this? No? Guess i'm always last to board the ship. 2012 wasn't that long ago for me (what,6years? Okay..maybe long ago) First year out of highschool,thrown into the grown up world. I spent that year pigging out (you know..junk food). I lived on junk food 24/7 to the point where I walked into my local takeaway shop and they asked "the usual?" Which was minimum chips and a couple of dim sims. I lived on the dole plus my mum's money and only went out with my mum and sibilings. Tried to hang out with friends,we meet up several times before breaking into our own lives. I discovered "New movie thursday" which was new cinema releases,that became my thing otherwise i'd stay in my room 24/7. Flash forward to 2017. I'm no longer another statstic on the dole!! Yay!! I hated jumping through hoops!! Which means I have a job and been there for several years. I use my own money (like an adult! Lol ) and if I do use my mum's money,i pay her back. A.S.A.P. I still take dressing room selfies! :D I balance my time between work,family and cosplay. I try and get out there more. No longer seeing the walls of my bedroom,now i'm playing tourist in my own town. I think since 2012,i have found myself. I embrace my quirks and awkward personality. I've taught myself so much and still learning those things (such as self-love,self-confidence and sewing) It's always interesting reflecting on the past cause you notice how much life has changed for the good and bad. I try not to reflect on my past too much,i'd rather look to the future.the future has endless possiblities while the past has limited possiblities. #nowandthen #throwback #2012vs2017 #personal #idontthinkivechangedthatmuch #notmuchphysicalchangemostlyemotionalandmental
