vegan chocolate cake

figured id share my fav recipe for a very simple & easy vegan chocolate cake, thats nice and moist and very quick to make:

recipe is in german, heres the translation:

ingredients:

250gr flour,

2-3 tsp baking poweder

3 tbsp cacao poweder

180gr sugar

1 tsp vanille extract (oh)

250ml water

100ml neutral oil

heat oven to 180°C upper and lower heat, or 160°C circulating air, grease a 20cm cake pan

mix flour, baking poweder and cacao

add the remaining ingredients

mix until u get a liquid batter

pour in pan, bake for 35min., check if its done with a knife or toothpick

personally i dump all ingredients in the bowl at once and start mixing cuz i dont wanna bother. the cake will be too low for a 30cm pan, so double the recipe if u got that
