WEHRDIENST, Lucifer's signature secondary weapon
An old-school military training pistol. A semi-auto variant existed for persons whose constitutions were too weak or "royal" to handle fully-automatic fire or rifle-caliber cartridges. This military-style full-auto version feels familiar in your warframe's hand, and brings a small smile to the corners of Cavalero's lips when he sees it. Wehrdienst has lower than normal fire rate for a full-auto pistol offset by higher than normal damage split evenly between impact, puncture, and slash. Perfectly normal 20% critical chance and status chance with a slightly above normal 2.2x critical multiplier. Generously sized magazine and ammo reserves at the cost of a slow reload. Projectiles fired by this weapon do have travel time but are quite fast and have high accuracy. Headshots with Wehrdienst charge up its incarnon mode. Incarnon mode causes this weapon to fire a spread of multiple pellets like a shotgun with every shot and also summons a boomerang-like glaive which is wielded in tandem with the pistol. Both gunfire and melee attacks in this mode deplete incarnon meter. The glaive's attack speed, damage, crit, and status for its attacks are based on (but not identical to) the pistol mode's including most mods. Detonating the glaive mid-flight applies a guaranteed slash status proc.
EVOLUTION 1: Score 100 headshots with this weapon. Perk: Unlocks Incarnon mode.
EVOLUTION 2: Activate this weapon's Incarnon mode three times in a single mission. Perk 1: HEAVY CALIBER: Increases base impact and puncture damage by 30%. Perk 2: HOLLOW POINT: Increases base slash damage by 50%. Perk 3: INCANRON EFFICIENCY: Headshots build +20% Incarnon Transmutation mode charge and Incarnon mode attacks consume 20% less incarnon meter.
EVOLUTION 3: Complete either 20 waves of defense or 20 minutes of survival with only this weapon equipped. Perk 1: ELEMENTAL OVERFLOW: Increases base status chance by 20% but decreases base critical chance by 10%. Perk 2: CRITICAL FLOOD: Increases base critical chance by 20% but decreases base status chance by 10%. Perk 3: PROPER DISCIPLINE: Increases base critical chance and status chance by 5%.
EVOLUTION 4: Kill a void angel without taking damage. Perk 1: BOTTOMLESS: This weapon no longer needs to be reloaded and instead draws directly from its ammo pool and adds 2.5 meters of punch-through. Perk 2: DEEP CRITICALITY: Increases base critical multiplier by +2x. Perk 3: ANTICIPATION: Every time this weapon fails to land a critical hit its critical multiplier is increased by +0.1 stacking up to 99 times. Stacks of Anticipation are lost upon scoring a critical hit or after 10 seconds without being refreshed.
EVOLUTION 5: Reach rank 30 and apply a forma to this weapon. Perk 1: STAR-CROSSED LOVERS: While in Incarnon mode glaive throw attack damage is increased by 100% and pistol damage increases by 50% while the glaive is in flight but the glaive can no longer be detonated mid-flight. Perk 2: INCARNON MASTERY: Headshots build +30% Incarnon Transmutation mode charge and Incarnon mode attacks consume 30% less incarnon meter. Perk 3: CONSUMING ATTRITION: 50% chance to deal +2000% damage on non-critical hits.

Another non fandom Oc! This time with actual lore
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Say hello to 01000! They're a funky little fella that likes to count... Well, that's what he think he is anyways.
A couple of decades ago, he was actually a regular human who came in contact with a really messed up computer that sucked him into what he used to call "A Digital Hellhole." (Before anyone asks, yes I got a tad bit inspired by TADC)
As the years went by, he started to slowly lose his sanity and memories of his old life and became 01000. They do have some vague memories of being humans, but if someone were to ever ask, they would either change the subject or get really pissed off at whoever was asking.
I mainly based 01000 off of the 2.2X.2X songs made by Axie, as shown in the picture on the right. I've always wanted to make a Oc based on a song(s) and I thought it'd be cool to base them of Axie's songs. (Seriously, they make some good music)

i do love the game of “how fast can i get the speed on this piece of media before it stops making sense”. i’ve watched shit on 2x speed since the mianite days (because that is the only way you were keeping up with that shit) and i watched cr on 2x when i was catching up so i didn’t really have trouble starting on 2x when i got back into it. i think because i’m so familiar with their voices and mannerisms now i can process it that quickly. i have this episode on 2.2x rn but the thing i watch fastest on the regular is probably petezahhutt’s stream vods on 2.7x lmfao

The All-New iPhone 13 Camera Features: Futuristic Experience
Cinematography has come a long way — from the Lumière brothers who created the first camera to the digital era we now live in. Phones are a huge part of the digital age.
Once cameras became a part of mobile phones, camera technology advanced at a rapid pace.  Features earlier limited to advanced cameras are now available in a pocket smartphone.
iPhone cameras have always been regarded as some of the best in the business, continually pushing limits and allowing you to shoot high-quality images with ease.
Let’s look at some of the features on the latest line of iPhones — the 13 series.
iPhone 13 and iPhone 13 Mini - Camera Specifications
The iPhone 13 and 13 mini continue with the superb dual-lens camera system. The Wide Lens has an impressive f/1.6 aperture, while the Ultra-Wide Lens pushes it further to f/2.4. The ultra-wide camera has been updated to offer better low-light performance with enhancements that let in up to 47% more light.
The ‘Sensor-shift’ optical image stabilization that worked to steady images and improves detail in the iPhone 12 pro models have now become a part of the iPhone 13 mini as well.
However, since these are the base models of the iPhone 13, the telephoto lens has been excluded from these models. The optical zoom and digital zoom have therefore been limited to 2x and 5x, respectively.
iPhone 13 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro Max - Camera Specifications
The iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max feature a three-lens camera system; an f/1.5 Wide lens (housing the largest sensor on an iPhone), an f/1.8 Ultra Wide Lens and an impressive f/2.8 Telephoto Lens.
These upgraded lenses boost performance in low light conditions, with the Wide lens letting in 2.2x more light than the iPhone 12 Pro, and the Ultra Wide promising to allow up to a whopping 92% more light.
With 3x optical zoom in on the 77mm Telephoto lens (0.5x more than the 12 Pro Max), the iPhone 13 Pros offers a collective 6x optical zoom and 15x digital zoom.
The futuristic LiDAR scanner continues to be exclusive to the Pro versions.
Super-wide and Macro Lens of New iPhone 13
The Super-Wide Lens features a new ‘Macro’ mode, which now lets you capture shots of subjects as close as two centimeters away — a delight for macro photography lovers.
It also lets you record videos, including slow-motion and time-lapse at this scale, which is a first for an iPhone. This gives rise to many different possibilities for both professional and non-professional users.
iPhone 13's New Night Mode Camera Feature
While the new iPhone 13 lineup features all-round improvements to the night mode, the ‘Pro’ variant goes further than the rest to shoot in night mode through all three of the device’s cameras.
This will allow for more flexibility and quality while taking pictures in dark environments. It is expected that Astrophotography and other low-light photography styles will also see an increase in detail and sharpness in their objects of focus.
The ‘improved night mode’ can also have versatile applications — for instance, using it in normal light environments can help accentuate the dynamic range and balance the contrast ratio to shoot realistic, professional images.
Cinematic Mode of iPhone 13: Future Ahead
You can now add a professional touch to your videos and films with Cinematic mode. This feature is made possible with the innovative ‘Rack Focus’.
With videos captured in Dolby Vision HDR, the Cinematic Mode enables the iPhone camera to track a subject and automatically shift focus to multiple points in real-time, even as the subject is moving through the scene.
The camera focus automatically shifts even as the person’s focus shifts away from the camera. Additionally, the iPhone 13 models continue to allow for manual changes in focus, both during and after capture.
Apple ProRes: New Feature For Video Editing
Apple now provides Pro users with an end-to-end workflow — shooting, editing and sharing (made possible with the camera hardware, A15 bionic and Final Cut Pro). Introducing a video codec called ProRes.
This advanced video codec allows you to shoot and share files in a professional-grade delivery format. The 10-bit offers high color fidelity and retains high quality after compression, which makes for better quality for editing. This format is frequently used in commercials and feature films, making this a first for an iPhone. If you don’t wish to shoot in ProRes, your video files can also be shared in Dolby Vision format.
Conclusion
To conclude, the new iPhone lineup is clearly packed with interesting new upgrades under the hood. It allows you to shoot professional-quality photos and videos with features like Macro and Cinematic modes, it captures better photos in low light, and it provides an end-to-end workflow that lets you deliver a high-quality piece of art.
You can never really go wrong with an iPhone.

I have done nothing but test miniguns for three months
You stayed alive longer that time as Heavy than your previous best!” Yeah, I know, I was testing.
Some of the more popular posts on this blog have been my graphs, one of which showed the (approximate) damage each minigun could do over time. However, I will concede that these were made using limited information about how miniguns worked, particularly in that window of time just after you spin up where they ramp up from half damage to full damage.
To that end: I believe I’ve figured out how the Heavy’s miniguns ramp up damage. I am the first person I know of to do this, as not even the wiki contains comprehensive data. In addition, I’ve gathered data on their firing speed which supports existing knowledge and supplements my conclusions. All that data, and my conclusions, will be posted below. But there’s also a TL;DR for those who trust me/don’t like reading.
TL;DR: If a minigun spins up faster than about 0.9 seconds, it will have a damage penalty lasting about 1.1 seconds from the time it is ready to fire. If it spins up slower than 0.9 seconds, the damage penalty will instead start to decrease at 0.9 seconds (even before the gun has started firing) and finish at about 2. This penalty will decrease linearly, starting at 50% damage and ending at 100%.
Minigun rampup All miniguns have a period of time, just after they’re ready to fire, in which they deal reduced damage. This is to prevent miniguns from being instantly fatal to the enemy and to promote defensive play by the Heavy.
The wiki consensus is that this penalty “starts [at 50%] when the gun is revved, decreasing linearly over the course of one second.” For one, this statement doesn’t make it clear whether the clock starts ticking when the fire button is pressed or when the gun is fully spun up. For two, more data is always good. So I tested it.
To do this, I used asherkin’s TF2Items plugin to modify the stats of the miniguns, giving them perfect accuracy and only one bullet (to allow myself to better count shots). Throughout testing, I used the same plugin to modify spinup time.
Anyway, what I did: I spun the gun(s) up from a dry start and fired at a bot, watching the damage numbers to see how they scaled up. I did this at point-blank range and with the server time scale set to 1/10 of normal, so I could count shots effectively. In a spreadsheet, I put the damage of each shot (first, second, third, etc.) to see how long each minigun took to reach its full damage. As a final caveat, I multiplied the damage by 10, allowing me to see the digits that would otherwise be rounded off. I’ll list the shots in order here (with damage divided by 10 to reflect base values).
(Oh, and I modified the Tomislav to fire at the normal rate, and removed damage alterations on the Brass Beast/Natascha, so the count would be equal. Additionally, I tested different miniguns with different spinup multipliers, ensuring that there was no difference between individual guns).
0x spinup time: 6.7, 6.7, 6.8, 7.7, 8.6, 9.5, 10.3, 11.2, 12.1, 13.0, 13.4 (11 shots to full damage)
0.5x spinup: 6.7, 6.7, 6.8, 7.7, 8.6, 9.5, 10.3, 11.2, 12.1, 13.0, 13.4 (11 shots to full damage)
0.8x spinup: 6.7, 6.7, 6.8, 7.7, 8.6, 9.5, 10.3, 11.2, 12.1, 13.0, 13.4 (11 shots to full damage)
0.9x spinup: 6.7, 6.7, 7.1, 7.9, 8.8, 9.7, 1.06, 1.15, 1.24 (11 shots to full damage)
1x spinup: 6.7, 6.8, 7.7, 8.6, 9.5, 10.3, 11.2, 12.1, 13.0, 13.4 (10 shots to full damage)
1.3x spinup: 7.8, 8.7, 9.6, 10.5, 11.3, 12.2, 13.1, 13.4 (8 shots to full damage)
1.5x spinup: 9.1, 10.0, 10.8, 11.7, 12.6, 13.4 (6 shots to full damage)
2x spinup: 12.2, 13.1, 13.4 (3 shots to full damage)
2.05x spinup: 12.6, 13.4 (2 shots to full damage)
2.15x spinup: 13.2, 13.4 (2 shots to full damage)
2.2x spinup: 13.4 (1 shot to full damage)
Well, if we were to start with the last value, we’d say that the spinup penalty starts when you start to spin the gun, and so it ends before the really slow gun even fires once. But look closer...
Notice how the values for the first few guns are exactly the same, no matter how fast they spin up. Those seem to indicate that the penalty starts when the gun is fully spun up. But as we’ve established, if that were the case, even the slowest guns would be taking the same penalty - and they aren’t.
That’s the little quirk that leads me to believe it isn’t just a single, flat penalty. I suggest that the penalty will wear off about one second after fully spinning up, or at a time equal to [default spinup time + about one second] - this latter time is represented by the very slowest miniguns in my list. This means the Tomislav (and stock minigun, almost) take the full duration of the penalty, but the Brass Beast and Natascha start counting down before they’re fully spun up. So they start firing with part of the penalty already elapsed; their first bullet is about 60-65% of the full damage, rather than 50%. And if we had a minigun that spun up in twice the default time, its bullets would start firing at about 90% damage, with most of the penalty already elapsed by the time of the first shot.
Spinup time and firing intervals To make sure everything was squared away, I decided to also test spinup time and firing intervals. The wiki lists these as 0.87 seconds and 0.105 seconds, respectively.
For spinup time, I set the server timescale to 1/10 again and timed how long it took between me clicking the mouse and the gun firing, then divided that figure by 10. Because of the limits of my timer (my wristwatch), I can’t give exact errors, but somewhere around 0.87-0.9 seems about right.
For firing speed, I started firing the minigun and timed how long it took to run through all 200 shots. The answer was almost uniformly 21 seconds, pointing to a fire interval of 0.105 seconds. And to make absolutely sure, I multiplied the minigun’s ammo by 5 and tested again. To expend 1000 shots, it took just about 105 seconds, giving the same value. The wiki is, for all intents and purposes, correct on firing time.
You sharp-eyed analysts may have noticed something. If the penalty takes 11 shots at most to decay, and each shot is 0.105 seconds apart, it can’t be a flat 1-second penalty. While I’d need to do a lot more strenuous testing to find exactly how long it is, I think it’s safe to say about 1.1 seconds now (accounting for the fact that the last shot is already pretty close to full damage, so it takes more like 10.5 shots to reach full).
Why should we care? Uhh... the sublime joy of discovery. Or if Heavy mains really want to optimize their damage. But for me, it’s the sublime joy of discovery.
Caveat I am human, and so I make errors. This is a given. To this end, I want you to critique my work. Run over the numbers over and over in your head and see if you can draw the same conclusions I did. I did this repeatedly - both in my own head and others’. The amount of work I’ve put in here makes me hope that I’m correct, but it is not a guarantee. I am absolutely happy to talk this over with you or do anything else which might get better data.
“You don’t use science to prove you’re right, you use science to become right.”

So #RestoreTheSynderVerse is now a thing that's trending. *Sigh*. Yes Warner Bros should definitely make amends with Ray FIsher for the crap Whedon put him through and that includes putting him back in the Flash film and firing all the execs who tried to silence him. But Snyder himself says he's not interested in doing a sequel or even anymore comic book movies. Like I said bad precedent.
I don’t even know what #RestoreTheSnyderVerse means in reality. IMO the only way it works is if they get Affleck and Cavill back and I don’t see that happening. Ray’s problem is another layer I don’t know how they fix, dude wants so many people fired for unexplained reasons (Whedon I get and he’s gone). Also let’s assume they can get Affleck and Cavill back, they would have to cancel the 2 new batman movies they have with Keaton and Pattinson and the Superman movie with Michael B Jordan.
I also don’t think ZS has proven his DCEU films are money makers in theaters. MoS made 2.6x budget, BvS made 2.9x budget, JL made 2.2x budget. Compare that to other DCEU movies such as SS made 4.3x budget, WW made 5.5x budget, Aquaman made 5.7x budget, Shazam made 3.7x budget, BOP made 2x budget.
It’s a fucking mess all around and there is no real way to fix it.
