Man, opening Twitter and the first thing I see Is Mephistopheles discourse again... We are really going to do this everytime Mephisto appears??

Lucifer in S1... most of the cast. really...#There is no character in this work who hasn't had at least some type of prejudice against other species. justified or not#and most of the things Mephistopheles said were true. even if his anger at Lucifer is misplaced#Diavolo favors a lot of Lucifer and his brothers.. wich has been a problem since Beel almost destroyed the castle#is this Lucifer fault? not really. that's why I said Mephisto anger is misplaced. but I get where he's coming from#He was raised to protect Diavolo. of course he isn't going to question him#all he knows is that one day he was Diavolo right hand and the other day his bestie left him for the fallen angels#Diavolo is always right. no? then the problem must be the newcomers. they must be influencing him in some way#I don't dislike Lucifer or Lucifer stans but also dislike how there's always a nuanced reason on why Lucifer is being an asshole but#they don't offer the same benefit to other characters#(mostly Mephisto or Dia or Mammon... uhm...?)
