Central Idea

As a child growing up, I had many positive experiences that caused me to really enjoy reading and also some negative experiences that caused me to be tentative when it came to reading, especially when reading in front of people. Ultimately these literacy experiences shaped me into who I am today. As social media became a bigger thing in my late middle school years and into high school, my enjoyment with reading declined because it always felt forced and reading began to feel more like homework.

GREENWICH — One signal of spring in Greenwich is the reopening of the Skate Park in Roger Sherman Baldwin Park downtown.

In March, the Skate Park is open solely on weekends from midday to 4 p.m., climate allowing. The payment is $10 per day or $30 per 30 days.

Staring on April 5, the park will likely be open seven days per week. The hours are 3:30 to 7 p.m. weekdays and 12:30 to 7 p.m. weekends.

Registration is now additionally open on-line for Spring Skateboard Clinics, which is able to start in Could. For extra data, go to https://www.greenwichct.gov/Facilities/Facility/Details/Skatepark-57.

I learned a lot from Thursday’s practice related film screening, which enabled me to rethink my personal project in deep level. It is a good chance to attain knowledge about art and design and even gain a guidance of my personal career. However,  it is difficult for me to follow the films and discussion without subtitles.  If the film is boring, I will be distracted. I was most impressed by the last film about Christoph Niemann( most interesting). I also read an interview of him from Sushi Magazine after session.
