Depression

Dearest beautiful Lady,

Thanks for your message to me. I have read that you are very depressed and have encountered bad things in your life.  You are very courageous and I am certain that you are a very beautiful soul and a very beautiful lady.

I know it is easy to say (I myself being shy and harassed by female neighbours) but try to ignore evil remarks. Sometimes unkind people are very miserable and have low self worth. Due to diabetes type 2 I had doubled my weight (from 45 kg to 98 kg 1m58) and I avoided every mirror.  A small suggestion which helped me beside daily praying : try to do something which makes you happy : eating your favourite ice cream with fruits, walking in a park, talking to strangers you meet during these walks (dog people are good talkers by the way), watching your favorite TV or movie (even if it makes you cry) a.s.o. Sometimes you have to cry in order to make you feel better. 

I am convinced that your family is lost without you and that you have spoiled them. Seems to me that they try to reach out to you on a very (excuse me) clumsy way. Men are like that. They cannot help it. There must be activities that you as a family like doing. What about a simple daily group hug as a start?

Beautiful Lady, please contact me if you feel so. There are times that everybody needs words of kindness and encouragement in order to make a positive change no matter how small. And do not be too harsh for yourself. Remember you are a beautiful soul in a beautiful body. God loves you more than ever. Remember Skippy’s Footprints in the sand …

starting with my appearance, I have mid-long wavy hair that is naturally red, greenish-brown eyes, freckles, birthmarks, and (unfortunately) some s/h scars throughout my body. my height is something around 5'1 and 5'2 (1m58/1m60) and my body is an average hourglass. my style is dark academia, and I appreciate adding a lot of its aspects to my daily life.
