Shares of NovoCure (NASDAQ:NVCR), which makes a device for treating cancerous solid tumors with electric fields, rocketed 31.6% higher in July, according to data from S&P Global Market Intelligence.

For context, the S&P 500 returned 1.4% last month.

apropos of nothing in particular, the solo fandoms make me so sad sometimes. i am so so glad that they have their own fandoms, but these very fandoms leaving no chance to make everything a ot5 vs solo fandom thing and there is way too much of hatred involved. even if the boys didn't acknowledge the idea of 1dee, i don't think any of them would ever support solo fans hating on it?? you've been in the fandom for a long time so i was wondering if you knew why this is? the solo vs ot5s thing?

i dont Know obviously but for a lot of people it seems to come down to disliking other members, and subsequently thinking their favorite is superior. i think u meant the boys didn't acknowledge the anniversary because like.. All Of Them have always made clear that they're grateful for the band, even if at times it wasn't their cup of tea. i think all fans at this point acknowledge that the band was very physically, emotionally, psychologically taxing for all of them at one point or another. but still at no point have the boys ever said that one direction was beneath them. i mean it made them who they are today. but a lot of solo fans have a tendency to think that their fave could've done it all without one direction—and done it better. so they proceed to look down their nose at others and spew vitriol. and frankly? it's a load of bullshit because not a single one of the boys would be who they are today had it not been for that band and what it did for them
