I’ve been practicing sport more often, studying more and playing more music lately. however, my anxiety has been rising so I can confirm from personal experience that all that is a myth. but I’ve misnomered anxiety multiple times, so who knows if this is something else, which is most likely?
socially, I have also noticed that it is becoming harder for me to communicate with people. so many misunderstandings from both sides… I dont think that is bad though as I dont really like people anyway
talking to the void like I do here has quite the cathartic effect,

1152 16Nov21: Things are moving forward. Writing scripts and preparing. My retirement to the Philippines is looking better and better every day. Crazy to think I'll be retired before 39 years old. I've been working more with my film side of the house for the past few months and have a few more projects on the calendar.
In 2023 when I move home to the Philippines I will take a little time to get adjusted and then I will get the Production Company up and running. First few projects will be for little or no pay as it will all be coming out of my pockets. But once I make a name for the company and get a few crew members and some regular actors and actresses then we can venture into bigger projects.
I'm excited. Today during my walk and talk with a Navy brother I'll be discussing things to better my health and directions I will be heading.

The Islamic Republic requests that we stop referring to The Windy City as Chiraq
A 1-year-old boy was grazed in the head by a bullet and two adults were critically injured in a shooting Thursday afternoon, according to authorities.
Police said the shooting took place at around 1:25 p.m. outside of a Shell Gas station on the city's South Side.
Two men, 18 and 28, were shot while inside a car and were listed as being in critical condition, the Chicago Sun-Times reports . They were taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center for treatment.
The 1-year-old, in a separate vehicle , was taken to Comer Children’s Hospital in fair condition.
Police reportedly found some two-dozen shell casings at the scene.*** https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/1-year-old-grazed-by-bullet-and-two-others-in-critical-condition-after-brazen-chicago-shooting

Investigating the FBI
Internal Project Veritas documents reveal the lengths the conservative outlet went to try to avoid breaking federal laws while workers launched sting operations that involved government workers, a report said.
The organization was concerned it might break the federal Espionage Act in 2018 as workers launched an effort to expose anti-Donald Trump bias in the FBI and other agencies through secretly recordings, memos from the company’s attorney said, according to the New York Times.
Workers had asked the attorney questions about using the Tinder dating app to meet government employees who might have national security clearances, according to the Times, which obtained the memos.***
The FBI raided O’Keefe’s Mamaroneck home and the homes of two other Veritas operatives in New York earlier this month as part of the Ashley Biden diary probe.*** https://nypost.com/2021/11/11/project-veritas-legal-memos-show-strategy-of-avoiding-federal-law/

even liberals have a problem with raiding Project Veritas
*** A predawn FBI raid last weekend against Project Veritas founder James O’Keefe and similar raids on some of his associates are prompting alarm from some First Amendment advocates, who contend that prosecutors appear to have run roughshod over Justice Department media policies and a federal law protecting journalists.
Adding to the drama surrounding the brewing court showdown: It stems from a politically sensitive investigation into the alleged theft of the diary of President Joe Biden’s daughter Ashley.
That document made it into the hands of O’Keefe’s organization, Project Veritas, which never published anything on the subject and eventually turned the document over to police.***
“This is just beyond belief,” said University of Minnesota law professor Jane Kirtley, a former executive director of the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press. “I’m not a big fan of Project Veritas, but this is just over the top. I hope they get a serious reprimand from the court because I think this is just wrong.”***

Austin officials arrested an 18-year-old man suspected of setting a fire inside a local synagogue on Halloween.
The man, identified by the Austin Fire Department as Franklin Barrett Sechriest, was arrested Wednesday after officials responded to an Oct. 31 fire at reform Jewish temple Congregation Beth Israel that was "intentionally set and thus an act of arson," according to an arrest warrant reviewed by the Washington Examiner.***
Investigators reviewed surveillance footage of a young man approaching the synagogue with a five-gallon container of fuel, after which he left the site with the gas container in hand, driving away in a "dark-colored SUV," the affidavit continues. Officials then ran the vehicle's license plate and found it registered to Nicole Sechriest, who lives at the same address as Franklin Barrett Sechhreist, according to the document.*** https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/synagogue-fire-suspect-arrested-austin

I looked at Wisconsin cases on mistrials, and they're all very similar to federal standards. I didn't see about deferring ruling on a motion for mistrial. In federal courts, deferring ruling is common enough. United States v. Lomeli, 76 F.3d 146, 149 (7th Cir. 1996); United States v. Roy, 473 F.3d 1232, 1237 (D.C. Cir. 2007). I don't see why a state judge could not defer ruling on a defense motion for mistrial. +++
The judge presiding over Kyle Rittenhouse's homicide trial is receiving hundreds of emails threatening him and even his children.
The Kenosha County Courthouse received threatening emails, letters, postcards, and faxes accusing Wisconsin Judge Bruce Schroeder of racism and asking him to resign in addition to warnings about Rittenhouse's safety if he is acquitted by a jury. *** some of the thousands who sleep on San Francisco’s streets, the nation’s filthiest, are off their meds or on meth, or both, and are not always gentle. Also, Michael Shellenberger reports that between 2015 and 2018 the city replaced more than 300 lampposts “corroded by urine after one had collapsed and crushed a car.”***
In 2018, there were 20,933 calls to San Francisco’s government complaining about human feces. In 2019, the city spent $100 million cleaning streets (four times more than Chicago, which has 3.5 times more people and is 4.5 times larger) because the city has more than 5,000 unsheltered homeless — a 95 percent increase in 15 years. In those years, in clement Miami, the unsheltered population declined 50 percent.
Last year in San Francisco, there were 6,275 registered complaints about used hypodermic needles in public places. In 2001, the city gave between $320 and $395 cash per month to the homeless while Oakland, across the Bay, gave $24. Guess which city had more homeless addicts.***
Shellenberger says, “drug overdoses are the leading cause of death for non-elderly San Franciscans, accounting for 29 percent of deaths of residents under sixty-five in 2019.” Last year, about one-third as many San Franciscans died of covid-19 as died of drug overdoses.
An “advocate” says: “We can’t end overdoses until we end poverty, until we end racism.” So, in 2020, the city put up two billboards promoting the safe use of hard drugs (heroin, fentanyl): “Change it up. Injecting drugs has the highest risk of overdose, so consider snorting or smoking instead.” “Try not to use alone. Do it with friends. Use with people and take turns.” Last year, however, San Francisco did ban smoking in apartments.*** https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/2021/11/12/progressives-ruined-san-francisco-least-advocacy-is-thriving/

CHICAGO - Anjanette Young, who is suing the city over a botched 2019 police raid at her home, says she is mourning the loss of Chicago Police Officer Ella French — the only officer who showed her "dignity or respect" that night.
Twelve officers, executing a search warrant, burst into Young’s home at 164 N. Hermitage. Young was forced to stand naked and handcuffed as an all-male team of officers stood by for 40 minutes, according to bodycam video first broadcast by CBS-2 Chicago.
In a statement Wednesday, Young said French showed up at her house after the raid and "assisted Ms. Young and allowed her to get dressed, in the privacy of her bedroom."***

Nome Park sounds like a dangerous place
AURORA, Colo. (KDVR) – Six teenagers were taken to the hospital after a drive-by shooting at Nome Park on Monday afternoon, the Aurora Police Department said.
The victims are between the ages of 14 and 18. Aurora Central High School, which is located at 11700 E. 11th Ave., had the perimeter of the school secured by police after the shooting. All the victims are students at the high school.***
Wilson said there are multiple suspects at-large and no longer at the scene. The perimeter was expanded as police investigated the area.
One witness described hearing 30 to 50 gunshots, then kids scattering.***

WESTMINSTER, Colo. (KDVR) — Rodney Williams is devastated after the sudden loss of his 21-year-old daughter, Annika Grace.
“In total shock. In disbelief. Our lives are just shattered,” Williams said.
Annika was set to graduate from University of Colorado Boulder in May.***
Annika was killed when one of two drivers street-racing in Westminster crashed into her car.***
Annika’s car was hit as she made a left from northbound Sheridan Boulevard onto West 105th Avenue.
Shimpson Huynh, 30, and Adrian Lau, 20, stayed on scene are being charged with vehicular homicide. Police said Huynh’s vehicle struck Annika’s.
The suspects are part of a widespread problem on colorado roadways — so much so that this summer, agencies across the state joined forces to target street racing, resulting in hundreds of citations.***
From Jan. 1 to Nov. 15, Westminster dispatch received 213 calls associated with street racing. The website formed to allow citizens to report street racing, reportstreetracing.com, received 113 reports in Westminster. The teenager at the center of two sex crime cases in Loudoun County, Virginia, reached a plea deal in the second case after being convicted of rape last month.
The 15-year-old male pleaded no contest to charges of abduction and sexual battery for what a prosecutor said was him forcing a female student into an empty classroom and then touching her breast. The no-contest plea means the teenager conceded that there is enough evidence for a conviction but does not admit guilt, according to the Washington Post .***
The maximum sentence the teenager faces is to be held in a juvenile prison until he turns 21, according to Loudoun County Commonwealth Attorney Buta Biberaj.
“My son is young and has a lot to learn. I hope he is given the opportunity to be better," the suspect's mother told ABC7.*** https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/loudoun-county-teenager-convicted-of-bathroom-rape-pleads-no-contest-in-second-sex-crime-case

If you want to defund your police, who's stopping you?
Seattle leaders are battling over a dramatic proposed cut to the city’s police department as residents face rising crime and other cities reverse the cuts they imposed on law enforcement in the wake of activist demands last year.
Seattle City Council members proposed roughly $10 million in cuts to the police department last week. This comes after Mayor Jenny Durkan floated a budget in late September that would have added money to hire more officers and fund hiring incentives to recruit more.***
The staffing shortages have led to severe delays in response times to 911 calls, with some lasting longer than an hour for certain kinds of crimes.
Crime in Seattle has climbed steadily as the city has seen an exodus of law enforcement officers. Police leaders in late August reported a 40% increase in 911 calls for shots fired compared to the same time last year, as well as 150 more shootings so far in 2021 than in 2019.*** https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/news/crime/seattle-spars-over-budget-cuts-amid-last-gasps-of-defund-the-police

How about shameful dirtbag who should be burned at the stake?
An assistant professor at a Virginia university is taking heat for saying it isn’t necessarily immoral for adults to be sexually attracted to children — prompting college officials to put out a statement clarifying the claim.
Allyn Walker, who teaches sociology and criminal justice at Old Dominion University, made the controversial comment while discussing “minor-attracted persons” and pedophiles during a Nov. 8 interview with the Prostasia Foundation, a San Francisco-based child protection organization.
Walker was discussing their book, “A Long Dark Shadow: Minor-Attracted People and Their Pursuit of Dignity,” when he insisted it’s important to use that terminology instead of “pedophile” because it’s less stigmatizing.*** https://nypost.com/2021/11/15/allyn-walker-says-attraction-to-children-isnt-immoral/

Louis Tomlinson (UK) sold 160,000 tickets worldwide for his ‘Live from London’ charity concert, which was livestreamed on Veeps from an unknown venue in the UK’s capital city on 12 December 2020. The event raised more than $1 million (£755,000) for four charities – Crew Nation, FareShare, Stagehand and the Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice (based in Sheffield, UK) – with Tomlinson’s own touring crew also receiving a portion of the proceeds after being out of work since March 2020 owing to the COVID-19 pandemic. Tomlinson’s 18-song set featured tracks from his debut solo album Walls (2020), three One Direction covers and the live debut of “Copy of a Copy of a Copy”.‘
Live from London’ was the third-biggest livestreamed concert of 2020 in terms of ticket sales, after BTS (756,000) and Dua Lipa (284,000), as the music industry moved away from traditional gigs with fans in attendance in light of restrictions brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic. Veeps, co-founded by Good Charlotte’s Joel and Benji Madden in 2017, had been a leading player in the shift towards bringing music into fans’ homes in 2020, billing itself as “the livestream concert platform for the music industry”. In January 2021, events promoter Live Nation bought a majority stake in Veeps in a bid to offset a dramatic decline in revenue caused by the cessation of live concerts and touring. In 2020, Veeps reportedly made more than $10 million in sales for the decimated touring sector.‘
Live from London setlist: “Just Hold On”; “We Made It”; “Don’t Let It Break Your Heart”; “Drag Me Down”; “Two of Us”; “Habit”; “Too Young”; “Perfect Now”; “Through the Dark”; “Fearless”; “Copy of a Copy of a Copy”; “Defenceless”; “Beautiful War”; “Always You”; “Little Black Dress”; “Walls”; “Only the Brave”; “Kill My Mind”.
