Change isn’t easy but it’s worth it! I’ve been at this a really long time, but I never saw the results. Mostly because I didn’t understand my body and I was trying to follow the “rules” I discovered #dietsaredumb #rulesareforfules and that my body has all the answers. I had to adjust my relationship with food. I had to deal with my emotions and find a better way to cope and celebrate. I had to learn exercise was a reward rather than punishment for a bad diet.(I once exercised 2-3hrs a day...now it’s more like 3-4hrs a week!) I started putting myself first. I created habits and rules of my own, based on me and my needs, goals and priorities. And I got results! I followed the #131method and I got #131results I’m proud of myself, but this isn’t the finish line. I’m also intrigued...how much further can I go on this journey now that I have clear directions. Working out makes me a better me...for the next 107 days, I have my workout plan. My journey to my best life is gaining momentum, the next phase is about to begin... And I don’t want l go it alone... Sooo.... this past week, I finished the final week of the Phase 3. A 4 day fast. I hope you can see the effects of inflammation. Yes I lost dbl digits. 😳 Yes, it’s mostly water, but it’s also Fat & reduced inflammation! By fasting I have my digestive system an opportunity to rest & repair. ✅ What’s next? 🎉🎉🎉 I start over. The past 90 days I have learned a lot. I have some new information that will help round 2 be even more successful. You see, I lost & gained & lost 10lbs. I had some struggles, which lead me to some new more accurate answers! With this new found info, I will begin Phase one. #131results Renew fast results... #notadiet #lifestyleguide #lessonslearned
