Dziś piątek. Mija dwa tygodnie od ostatniego stawania na w@dze. Prawie o tym zapomniałam. Ale wstałam rano, zerwałam kartkę z kalendarza, a tam literka "W" no to sprawdziliśmy.

Wag.a sprzed dwóch tygodni i dziś (177)

Wygląda na to, że spadło mi to, co zjadłam na Majorce i znowu BMI 18.4 😐 (-0.8 kg). Z jednej strony mam takie - ok fajnie, a z drugiej takie meehh...właściwie mnie to nie dziwi. Wróciłam do jedzenia jak zawsze, więc żadna niespodzianka, ani święto. (Tradycyjnie aktualizacja w poście przypiętym i opisie bloga)

Dziś na lunch tortilla z łososiem wędzonym. Tip - tortille można przechowywać w zamrażarce nawet dość długo, byle nie za długo bo zaczyna się kruszyć. Placek odmarza w 5 min. (Ta była ostatnia i już się rozpadała). Na obiad drugi medalion z kurczaka z podobnym zestawem warzyw, a na kolację leczo takie jak wczoraj.

Byliśmy oglądać nasz klub. Wszystkim przypadło do gustu to, co obejrzeliśmy. Na prawdę, żałuję że nie cyknelam żadnych fotek. Ale mamy to zaklepane!

W następnym tygodniu podpisujemy umowę na lokal 😍. Uwielbiam jak pada inicjatywa i wszyscy działają na jej rzecz. A jeszcze fajniejsze jest jak to robisz z fajnymi ludźmi.

Wcześniej była tam pracownia protetyczna. W kibelku/kuchence w kącie do podłogi jest przybetonowany stalowy stołek WTF... 🙈. Jest też drugie pomieszczenie, które można przeznaczyć na składzik lub magazynek.

Dzisiejszy outfeet nazywa się : "Gdzie i kiedy indziej ja założę te żółte rajstopy?" 😆
