man i'm af nostalgic for the mexican revolution seminar where we roleplayed the mexican revolution... remember being sick as balls, skipping all my other classes, and dragging myself out of bed for the first time in days to go to a cabinet meeting and yell at my classmates about the mexican economy (after two negative covid tests and wearing a n95 of course)
i am of the opinion that the majority of seminars would be made better by incorporating larping alternate history. never gonna forget the moment where pancho villa got stabbed to death by an angry feminist who got lucky with the die roll
#dolores jiminez y muro did in fact win the game even tho she got exiled for killing pancho villa#she married otilio montaño to get the right to vote after my character (ernesto madero) convinced the cabinet to only let married women vot#i couldn't stop mexico from becoming the first country to give women the right to vote but did get to be silly#when ernesto fled the country after francisco madero's assassination i got to be carranza and yes i did become president#unfortunately i got assassinated in the second to last session... never figured out who did it either :((#my next character blamed the church and wrote an expose on how we should give the archbishop the death penalty#unfortunately we did not#extremely nostalgic for that. would 100/10 do it again

the more i learn about marku and walter's teammateship at lancia the more i want to cry
#like walter only having to do his favourite rallys while marku had to suffer#in corscia walter wanted to prove who was the boss after being told to stay in 2nd place behind marku by setting like a few fastest laps#THEY HAD TO LAND THE TEAM HELICOPTER IN FRONT OF WALTER'S CAR TO GET HIM TO STOP WHAT THE FUCKKKKKKKK#and then in san remo walter had to deal with the dust from markus car because he was trying to win again despite team orders to take it eas#so then chrstian my evil boo boo#after marku had gone and walter was about to take off christian would pretend he had a faulty seatbelt and told everyone to stop#and by the time he got it sorted the dust had miraculously gone. and then they managed to get like 10 seconds behind marku#AND THEN THE TEAM BOSS FOUND OUT ABOUT IT AND MADE SURE THEY GOT A TIME PENALTY !!! HIS OWN FUCKING TEAM !!!#so much drama. it could be a f1 show.
