okay uh- I like to think Boxten got akumatized because of a really bad nightmare he had, I know this AU is kinda set in the cartoon and maybe he didn’t have any then but maybe Astro had a little slip-up or was busy with something else and didn’t realize Boxten was having one- idk

Lullaby is able to basically trap himself in his own little bubble shield, which finally gives the poor guy some peace

The arms coming out of his head (which is based off of his twisted design btw) constantly cover the sides of his head, which makes him not able to hear anything else but the music that’s playing in his head

The music plays out of his head as well, and makes his now golden wind-up key spin. The music is your usual music box lullaby melody, it’s very peaceful-

Lullaby usually just wants to be left alone, trying to calm his thoughts and forget about his horrible dream

The eyes on his sleeping mask are real, he can open them if he wants to. He also has eyes underneath his mask, but they’re completely black

The clouds coming out of Lullaby’s head and his cloud tail are very soft and puffy, perfect to rest on

He always has his blanket with him

He can usually be found quietly crying to himself

Lullaby doesn’t really get aggressive at all, if you get in his circle, you could probably calm him down pretty easily

ANYWHO, YES I CAN!!! For now, I'll give some more basic ones because a couple others are MUUUCH longer and will. Likely take up a lot of space if I were to try putting them all together. I'll talk about how I view a relationship for 'em working out in another post because that'll also be LOOONG. LET'S GO. I WILL TALK ABOUT A SENTIENT BALLOON ANIMAL AND MUSIC BOX 🫵🫵🫵🫵🫵🫵

[ 1 ] Considering Cosmo is teaching Boxten how to bake, I wouldn't doubt Boxten tries practicing the recipes he's taught whenever he has some free time. With that in mind, Looey ends up finding this out, most likely by looking for Boxten and finding him in the kitchen and he is SURPRISED and CURIOUS. He did NOT know Boxten was learning how to bake. He quickly asked if he could taste test his baking and Boxten saw no reason NOT to say yes. He needed a second opinion anyways. Upon Looey taking a bite, he liked it A LOT and. Quickly went to grab more, much to Boxten's surprise and shock. Seeing as Looey likes his baking a lot, Boxten decided that he'd go to Looey whenever he bakes a recipe as practice. So Looey is Boxten's unofficial taste tester for anything he attempts to make, and whenever Looey is called to try something out, he goes running because who wouldn't want free sweets and treats? He Also Doesn't Have To Share, so more for him. (Have a small doodle comic with it. )

MOVING ON!

[ 2 ] Half of this headcanon, I got from a moot, but Looey and Boxten have respective, subconscious reactions to being around the other, one more subtle than the other. Looey's is pretty typical; his tail starts wagging! And I don't mean swaying, no, it's an actual blur and looks like a big fan of yellow. If he had bones, he'd end up with a sprain sooner or later like what happened with a dog who sprained THEIR tail from excessive wagging. Boxten, on the other hand, the key on the back of his head spins a lot when talking to Looey. This part is the one I got from a moot. Since Boxten's key spins when he's focused on something, it does so when he's even just LISTENING to Looey. I do believe that Looey is the talker between the two, so he's just yapping to Boxten and the nervous aah music box is just. Sitting politely. Listening closely because he likes listening to Looey. 𝔅𝔢𝔠��𝔲𝔰𝔢 𝔥𝔢'𝔰 𝔔 𝔘 𝔈 𝔈 ℜ

[3] Looey's compliments to Boxten are Not. Normal. And by that I mean, he will never give Boxten an actually decent compliment. And this is purely based on their interaction in the game. "You look nice today"? "You're really cute"? "That bandana looks nice on you"? No. None of that.

"Ｉ ｌｉｋｅ ｔｈｅ ｓｈａｄｅ ｏｆ ｐｕｒｐｌｅ ｙｏｕ ａｒｅ"? "Ｙｏｕ ｓｔａｎｄｉｎｇ ｔｈｅｒｅ ｍａｋｅｓ ｍｅ ｈａｐｐｙ"? "Ｉ ｌｉｋｅ ｔｈａｔ ｙｏｕｒ ｈｅａｄ ｉｓ ａ ｓｑｕａｒｅ"? Yes. That's what he'll say. And then he internally high-fives himself and goes "Nailed it!", as if that didn't just confuse the hell outta Boxten. But hey! It's the thought that counts! (Do Better, Looey.)

[4] These two. Are HELLA awkward when it comes to BIG physical contact/affection at all times. Of course, the usual side hug or leaning on the other is fine, but anything else? Time to go through 20 mental loops, a spiraling slide, and a rollercoaster with 25 drops to try figuring out if it's a good idea or not and if it'll make the other uncomfortable or if they'll miserably fail at physical contact, Boxten moreso than Looey, but Looey likely overthinks it occasionally, depending on what he's thinking of doing. What if they do something wrong and weird the other out? Or discomfort them? Or cross a boundary? What if they ruin everything with one single action? What i-(None of that will happen. They're Fine.)

[5] Related to the last headcanon, if you ask me, it'll take these fools at least a few months before they ACTUALLY kiss. At all. For the same reasons as the last one. Doesn't mean they don't think about it occasionally, but actually DOING IT? Out of the question, no way. It'll go horribly wrong and the other will laugh at them and call them weird or they'll embarrass themself. (They're overthinking again.) Give these idiots(/pos) some time. Both are new to this whole romance thing and they're LOSERS!!!!! (also /pos) In the meantime, they'll just settle with the occasional hug or lean-on. (I Am Laughing At Them.)

So I e realized that so far from all of Boxten’s fanchildren, none of them are from Dandy yet. So a made one :D

Meet Daniel the flowerbed and upcoming star of Gardenview! Just like his dad Dandy, Daniel lovesss being the center of attention and helping his dad with scripting episodes or gardening with him. Of course he also loves hearing Boxten’s lullabies and would sometimes dabble in music making himself. It is surprisingly easy to get this guy flustered, a few affectionate hugs and kisses does the trick.

Daniel got the scarf from Boxten as well as the pants/stocking things. While Daniel mostly takes after Dandy in personality and plant theme, his favorite parent is Boxten (even if he never admits it). Daniel absolutely loves his parents and he better not catch you talking ill of them or he’ll have a few choice words to share with you. Fun Fact: Daniel refers to most of the toons as Mr or Miss. The few exceptions are his parents obviously, Astro which he calls uncle and Pebbles cause he’s a dog.

Razzle And Dazzle: Razzle is often the cg and cares for little Dazzle! Dazzle can get very sensitive, more than usual when little and Razzle helps calm her down. [ Razzle: (3-4) ] [ Dazzle: (0-1) ]

Rodger: He watches over Shrimpo, Glisten, Boxten, and a few other regressors that he likes. He often plays some classical games with them like chess.

Shrimpo: He gets angry easily when he's regressed and has many tantrums. The only way to calm him down is by him taking a nap. (0-2)

Finn: He enjoys taking care of Shrimpo and Gigi by playing mini fishing games that he owns and teaching them how to fish.

Astro: When he's regressed, he just sleeps most of the time and when he's being a caregiver he just gives them good dreams. (1-4)

Poppy: Due to some trauma, she's a flip but who's also a padded regressor. She wear diapers due to comfort and also due to frequent accidents. When she's a caregiver, she helps little toons with doing basic tasks and plays games with them. (3-6)

Vee: When regressed, she wears diapers due to not being potty trained in her little state. She loves playing with Shelly and watching TV shows with her. (2-7)

Gigi: She wears diapers when regressed because she cant take care of herself in her little space. She loves old flash games and LOVES watching Pokemon when she's little. Her main CG is Finn or Poppy, whom she calls "Popz." (1-10)

Dandy: He often just re-watches his old tapes when regressed to remind him of the good times, and when he's caring for a little toon he gives them toys and plays tapes of them when they were younger. (0-3)

Shelly: When she's regressed she looks up to Vee and watches shows about dinosaurs, whilst blabbering about dinosaur facts to Vee. She takes care of Vee when shes regressed and gives her some snacks and dinosaur facts to cheer her up. (3-8)

Scraps: When regressed, she plays with those things for cats like yarn balls and enjoys sleeping on pillows. When she's big, she cares for Poppy and lets her paint her nails. (5-7)

Brightney: She loves taking care of Poppy and Gigi, telling spooky stories and giving them little toys when they're sad.

Sprout: He cares for Cosmo when he's little and bakes up snacks and loves to play patty cake with him.

Teagan: Even though I've listen that she's a CG, she has regressed once. When she was little she just listens to classical music and clings to Rodger. When she's caring for littles she gives them cute clothes to wear and does little fashion shows with Glisten. (3-6)

Tisha: When she's little she plays little cleaning games and cleans the house. When she's big she teaches little how to clean up for themselves and cares for them. (3-4)
