[043 runs in at full tilt, nearly wiping out on the tile as they round the corner looking panicked.]

What the hell is going on?! I just passed Phoenix in the hall, and they looked like they were about to pass out or something! Should I call Greaves?!

[They're shaking quite badly. Not surprising, considering the events of the past couple weeks- they still didn't have full use of their arm.]

hi~! pls read this before reading!

it's my first time mtling a novel seriously, and the reason? simply because i want to understand and enjoy reading it since i used to read the raw mtl novel and it's frustrating to read with all those errors. i honestly just did this to satisfy myself and i decided to share it with you. i fixed the grammar as much as i can. also, i got lazy refining and making it super perfect but you can still understand it compared to the raw mtl.

i'm honestly confused about the pov of this novel. it's like a mix of first-person, second-person, and third-person. i don't know what to use when there's an 'i' 'you' or 'me' so i'll just italicize the sentences that aren't originally internal dialogues (which are those that have single quotation marks) because there are sentences that have first-person/second-person pronouns tho they don't have the single quotation marks.

to make it clear: • italicized = internal dialogues that don't have single quotation marks/emphasis • single quotation marks = internal dialogues that the author originally intended • single quotation marks & italicized sentences = flashbacks

I will try to keep this post updated, but under cut here is all Tododeku moments.

I added everything from manga, spin off mangas, novels, extra hero fest skits and movies. Drama cds and the ovas are still missing.

I am also posting all screenshots of these moments here!

018: At JTS, Izuku is happy to see Bakugou, Kirishima and Todoroki jump in against the villains

020: All Might is fighting the Nomu, everyone is moving away, only Deku remains to mutter under his breath and Shouto notices, calling for him

023: At the tournament, Todoroki walks up to Deku announcing that he will beat him, and giving him his declaration of war. Deku responds that he is not going to fall behind

026: In the race, Izuku manages to surpass Todoroki who glares at him. When Deku is declared the winner, Todoroki looks at him, without a word

029: During the cavalry battle, Todoroki analyzes Deku's moves, noticing how Deku has actually a strategy to fight against him and lure him into a trap

030: Todoroki ends up using his left side, something he had never done before because it is exactly what his dad wants, and only because of Deku's determination

031: Surprised by what he felt from Todoroki, thinking it was similar to All Might's spirit (similar pressure), Todoroki calls Deku aside and reveals him the secret of his family and why he never wanted to use his fire side. Izuku is unsure what to answer, so he declares that he also wants to beat Todoroki

034: During Todoroki vs Sero, Todoroki exaggerates with his ice, annoyed, and Deku looks worried

037: When Endeavor stops Deku in the corridor, Deku tells him that Todoroki isn't him

038: During Deku vs Todoroki, Deku is determined and wants Todoroki to give his all. Shouto is confused by Deku does reminds him of All Might and the videos he watches as a child. Deku tells him that his power is his own, and not his father's, and that is him who decides who he wants to become. Todoroki remembers feeling the same as a child, wanting to actually be a hero too

039: All Might comments that Deku is trying to save Todoroki

040: Todoroki is finally feeling determined, seeing that he has to give his all against Deku. He uses his fire and finally win. When he meets Endeavor later, he reveals that he actually forgot about him

041: Deku thinks about everyone is so strong and giving their all, thinking about Shinsou, Todoroki and Uraraka

043: Todoroki reveals to Bakugou that Deku went out of his way to destroy what was holding him back, and he asks him if Midoriya has always been like that

043: Later, during his fight with Bakugou, it looks like Todoroki has lost his drive, clearly his issues are not completely solved yet. He says that since he has fought Deku he is not sure anymore if what he is doing is right. Deku yells from the audience to "not lose" and that seems to give Todoroki a moment of determination, before he actually loses

044: All Might asks Todoroki why he held back and Todoroki reveals that after his match with Midoriya he lost his way

044: Later on Todoroki visits his mother, deciding to save her even if she never asked, basically like Deku saved him

053: Izuku sends his location to the group chat and Todoroki knows him enough to realize that just a meaningless message like that had to mean something more. So he jumps in to help against Stain

053 Todoroki saves Deku with his ice, and Izuku finally breaks free of Stain hold when Todoroki is in danger. Todoroki then saves him once more, before both reach the same conclusion about how Stain's quirk works. Todoroki then declares that him and Deku will protect the heroes

054: Using Deku's words, Todoroki knows yells to Iida to never forget who he wants to become

055: In a flashback we see Todoroki simply leaving Endeavor with only "My friends are in trouble"

056: The police is reprimanding him, Iida and Deku for what they did with Stain and Todoroki steps up to say that they acted to save people. Deku tries to make him sit down again or calm down

057: Still at the hospital with Deku and Iida, Todoroki is shocked that he could be the hand crusher. Deku starts laughing and Iida thinks it is a joke

058: Todoroki lies about what happened with Stain and Deku tries to agree with him

060: A panel that shows that Todoroki is an usual guest now at Iida, Uraraka and Deku's table for lunch

068: Deku invites Todoroki to the mall but he refuses (he doesn't say, but he visits his mother)

073: Seeing Deku trying to help Kota, Todoroki tells him that actions need to be there to back up words and to be careful because it is a delicate situation, a probable reference to what Deku did for him at the tournament

077: Deku is thinking that he needs to protect his friends and he imagines Bakugou, Uraraka, Todoroki and Iida

083: Todoroki is the one who immediately speaks up about Bakugou's absence, after he is kidnapped, reminding Deku that he is not there.

084: Todoroki defends Deku's need to save Bakugou to Iida, explaining that they have a plan that does not involve fighting

085: On the train, Todoroki comments to Deku that what they are going to do might not be welcomed by Bakugou

087: Deku climbing on Shouto's shoulders to see over the wall

090: Iida wnats to leave, now that AFO is there, but Todoroki wants to hear and follow Deku's plan

092: After Bakugou is out and they end up separated, Todoroki calls Midoriya to ask him if they are okay

099: Todoroki wants to leave the cake and room contest and Izuku suggests to wait until it is all over

102: Izuku notices something between Todoroki and Inasa and he wonders if Inasa is even better than Todoroki

103: Izuku calls after Todoroki when his friend decide to face the first challenge of the license exam alone

109: After the first challenge, Todoroki is shocked by Inasa's words about how he has his father's eyes, and Midoriya notices his gloomy mood and calls after him before being distracted by Camie (Toga)

111-113: Deku sees that Todoroki is getting distracted because of Inasa and he calls them out on it. Todoroki realizes that it is always Midoriya the one who is there, putting him on the right path, and he finally starts working with Inasa

113: Waiting for the results, Midoriya looks at Todoroki, worried

114: Noticing that Todoroki didn't pass, Izuku looks worried to Todoroki. When he finds out that there is still a chance he immediately runs up to him. Smiling a bit, Shouto says that he will catch up soon

137: Shouto notices that Izuku had been looking a bit depressed and now he is not eating. Even Iida had not noticed. Izuku starts crying and apologizes about it, but Todoroki tells him that even heroes cry when they need to

177: Todoroki wonders where Midoriya is (at the festival preparations), and mentions that he is taking a long time

188: Todoroki watches Endeavor's fight on tv and Izuku is worried about him. Later on (190), when Endeavor is okay, Izuku quickly runs up to him

202: During Class A vs B, we see Izuku looking at Iida and Todoroki about to start their match

205: Aftet hesitating in the fight, Todoroki remembers Izuku and his words ("Your power is your own") and he reveals his new move, using his fire

217: After Black WHip, Todoroki approaches Izuku to asks him about his quirk. He says that he is a bit shocked and then apologizes for doubting him when Izuku explains. Izuku compliments his quirk, and Shouto admits that he has a long way to go still, just like Deku

241: Izuku looks in shock at the disaster that is Shouto and Bakugou in their interview

241: Todoroki thinks about Endeavor and how he is not at his level, and Izuku smiles remembering seeing Todoroki texting with Endeavor

241: Izuku asks Todoroki how he can stay so calm during interviews

242: Todoroki asks Izuku and Bakugou to do the internship with him at Endeavor's

243: We find out that Endeavor accepted them just because Shouto asked

244: Todoroki and Deku agree that they won't stay back and watch, but will follow Endeavor

247: Todoroki admits that competing with Deku and Bakugou has really opened his eyes

249: Todoroki invites them for dinner. The dinner is a bit tense because of Natsuo and Endeavor. Deku and Bakugou notice, and later Deku reveals that he knows Todoroki looks read to get himself able to forgive Endeavor

250: Fuyumi thanks Deku for being Shouto's friend

250: In the car, Deku asks Todoroki to help him out with English

252: They fight together to stop the villain that targeted Natsuo

272: Todoroki notices that Midoriya is acting weird, at the beginning of the war, as he just heard the villains are after OFA

274: Todoroki calls after Deku when Deku jumps away to find Shigaraki

282: Shouto finally arrives on the scene where Deku and Bakugou are fighting. Shigaraki comments that he has seen him with the location quirk, he was the one following them, and we see the three stars

285: Todoroki and Bakugou follow Bakugou's plan to save Midoriya

286: After Bakugou's injuries, Midoriya is fighting Shigaraki with no regard for himself and Todoroki yells in horror when Shigaraki touches him

289: Todoroki asks Iida to get Midoriya and the others out of the battlefield

292: After the Touya reveal, Shouto is fighting him, and Midoriya pushes himself to stand up against the pain, because Todoroki is suffering

293: Midoriya intervenes because, he says, this is also his business as Todoroki is his friend

295: After blacking out, Izuku wakes up and immediately looks for Todoroki

302: At the hospital, Todoroki is thinking about Dabi and his mother calls him the family's hero. He thinks back of when Izuku told him that he was the one who decided who he wanted to be

319: Todoroki and Bakugou have a guess of where Izuku could be now that he left the school, they later proceed to confront both Nezu and Endeavor until his dad reveals where Deku is

320: While trying to get Deku back, Shouto uses a move to stop him and tells Deku that he cannot even cry, and that it seems like he has a burden that he should share with the rest of them

322: Todoroki watches, saddened, Deku exhausted fall into Bakugou's arms

327: After the bath, Todoroki suggests Deku to sleep as he must be exhaisted. They talk a bit, and Deku reveals that he is feeling guilty about what he said to All Might, when Todoroki asks him why he can't sleep.

327: When Deku finally falls asleep, Todoroki covers him with a blanket

335: A scene of Deku, Midoriya, Bakugou and Todoroki chatting

336: While training, Deku notices that Todoroki is trying a new move

339: After the reveal of Aoyama as the traitor, Todoroki reassures Deku that Aoyama will be okay, with a hand on his shoulder

351: Todoroki is fighting Dabi and thinking of how he turned flash-fire into something more. In his memories we have his fight with Deku, his internship with Deku and Bakugou and when he used his fire with Tetsutetsu

352: In some more flashbacks we have Midoriya worried about the fact that Todoroki will be the one facing Dabi. Todoroki reassures him, and says that he cannot run from Dabi. To face him he has a special move and he shows it to Deku, it is a from of flashfire fist. Todoroki smiles at him and thanks him, saying "Midoriya, yes, this is my power". That is the move he uses to defeat Dabi

Movie 01: Two Heroes

Deku is amazed at the great score Todoroki got in the expo's trial

During the hostage crisis, Momo and Iida want to hide like All Might said. After Todoroki's speech about being heroes, Deku says that he wants to help, and save everyone.

Deku says that he will follow Melissa's plan, Todoroki is the first one to say that he will go with him

When Deku is in danger, Todoroki has an immediate plan which involves using his flames. He saves Deku and Deku is surprised that his friend used the flames for him

When All Might is in trouble, Deku calls for him as he cannot do anything but Bakugou and Todoroki jump in to save them. Deku is relieved and looks at them and the other of his friends with a smile

Todoroki and Bakugou are the ones stopping the robot strings to help Deku and All Might

Todoroki and Bakugou cheer for Deku to destroy the villain

After Deku's victory, Todoroki looks up at him and All Might, smiling

Two Heroes - extra chapter in the novel

At the barbecue, Todoroki is the firt to notice that Midoriya is absent (he is with All Might)

Movie 02: Heroes Rising

Todoroki agrees with Bakugou and Deku's determination about keeping the fight up/protecting the people

Todoroki and Deku comment on the city they are stationed in

While Deku works on the case's mysterious compartment, Todoroki tries to give suggestions and Bakugou waits impatient

Deku tells Rody to let them go alone, and Todoroki and Bakugou agree

While fighting, Todoroki catches Deku in his arms to carry him with his ice

When the ice is broken by guns, Todoroki tells Deku to go ahead and he will stop the incoming villains

While fighting, Todoroki thinks of Midoriya, cheering him up so that he can stop the bombs/villains

Todoroki smiles while looking at Deku saying goodbye to Todoroki

Movie 3 WHM - OVA

Todoroki reassures a nervous Deku that he will be fine in their mission, as long as he knows English

Todoroki refuses to sit on the plane nearby Endeavor and wants to sit with his friends. At the end, he ends up sitting near Deku

Deku comments that Todoroki really is the youngest child because of the way he replies to Endeavor

OVAS

Season 5 ONA: Laugh! As if you are in hell

Todoroki and Deku are seriously thinking about how to capture Mr Smiley and conversing with each others, Bakugou finds it quite annoying

Todoroki and Deku start talking about the best way to stop Mr Smiley, which gives Deku the idea to use a robot

Todoroki and Deku look at Smiley's art, trying to understand it and getting to the conclusion that… they have no idea if it is good art

While cornering Mr Smiley, Todoroki defers to Deku for their next move

Todoroki uses his ice to protect Deku

ANIME FILLERS/EXTRA

In season 3 (pool episode) Kaminari and Mineta invite Deku to the pool for training, Deku decides to invite most of their class, so Todoroki is also training with them

During the swimming competition, Todoroki looks at Deku winning and has a whole flashback about his conversations with him and the sport festival

When Bakugou and Todoroki get their licenses in season 5, Deku and the other celebrates their return with a cake

In the second ED of season 6, Deku is seen remembering treasured memories, one of them being Todoroki at the Sport Festival

In the last episode of season 6, Deku woke from a nightmare and is talking about their future to the other students, and Deku is thinking about being surrounded by friends. He senses Todoroki walking towards him and he looks at Todoroki and Bakugou, his expression immediately changing into a determined smile

SCHOOL BRIEFS

Novel 01

Ch2: Iida receives tickets for an amusement park because of the Stain ordeal, as thanks. Izuku says that he would like to go with him and Todoroki, but seems shy about expressing it. Todoroki agrees with Iida that Midoriya has incredible strenght but hardly acts like it

Ch2: Izuku feels a bit guilty about asking Todoroki who is coming for the Parents' day visit. When later Iida asks Todoroki why he doesn't call Endeavor dad, Izuku is quick to defend Todoroki's choice

Ch2: When visiting his mom, Todoroki feels compelled to tell her about Midoriya, of what happened during the sport festival, saying that "He is something special". Rei smiles and almost tears up

Ch6: The day of the Parents' visit, Izuku is worried and Shouto sees him sighing. He notices the change in mood and asks about what is wrong. Todoroki is a bit short with his answers (just the usual!) and Midoriya smiles at his usual curt answers

Ch6: Todoroki is the first who gets Midoriya's strategy

Novel 02

Ch2: On the bus, Todoroki listens to Iida and Midoriya's converation

Ch2: Todoroki is sitting in an extra seat, to leave more space for Aoyama. Midoriya offers twice to exchange seats as he is smaller. Deku and Iida talk back and forth about who will take Todoroki's place, until Todoroki puts a hand on their shoulders to say that it is fine

Ch2: Todoroki is about to use a pressure point on Aoyama when he says that he shouldn't as he is the hand crusher. Deku and Iida laugh

Ch2: Doing the letter games, Deku has the K and says Kamui. Todoroki comments that he really loves heroes

Ch5: Todoroki tells Midoriya to think later, act now, after taking a pillow destined for him (during the pillow fight)

Novel 03

Ch2: Todoroki has some difficulties with one of Hatsume's babies. He thinks what would Iida would do, and then he thinks what would Momo do. Then he remembers that Deku would never give up and how Deku had come up with a plan at Kamino.

Ch3: Todoroki notices that Deku is staring intently at a picture and tells him that he will hurt his eyes

Ch3: Deku is surprised Todoroki has a weird game given to him by Hatsume

Ch4: Todoroki comments that Izuku and Iida are still working hard

Ch4: During the whole ghosts-scare, Todoroki is quite terrified but reassured to know Midoriya is there and he asks him what they should do

Ch5: Deku and Todoroki try to invent an excuse for why they stood up so late (it is a surprise for Iida)

Ch5: Deku and Todoroki (with Iida) chat about Lunch Rush and hero name changes. Todoroki is so distracted by his soba that he almost reveals that they prepared a party for Iida's birthday, and Midoriya immediately stops him with a word. The two are very conspirational

Ch5: The group decides that Todoroki and Midoriya together should have one of the important tasks at the birthday festivities

Ch7: (fantasy AU) Deku, Iida and Ochako meet Todoroki and Deku immediately invites him into the party

Ch7: Deku is always ready to ask questions, Shouto reminds him that when there is danger he should act first and ask questions later

Novel 04

Ch5: Uraraka joins Todoroki, Iida and the rest. Todoroki immediately asks where Deku is. He then suggests to track him with GPS as he worries Deku ended up in some weird trouble

Ch5: Later, Todoroki and Iida find him making apples for Eri. Todoroki reminds him to not trip and fall when Deku runs out to give the apples

Novel 05

Ch1: The class is cleaning and Todoroki comes to bring Deku an All Might pen Deku left in his room when they were studying English together

Ch1: Todoroki comments that he would like an All Might decoration for his room and Deku immediately and enthusiastically takes a limited edition All Might merchandise for him. Todoroki wants to refuse because it is a rare figure, and Deku assures that he has two of them. Todoroki still feels hesitant but he promises to come look at it in Deku's room. Deku's smile softens Todoroki's expression

Ch3: Natsuo and Shouto are having an awkward but earnest conversation and Natsuo asks him if he has friends at school. Shouto replies Iida and Midoriya, and how he would have liked to be closer to Bakugou

Ch4: Todoroki asks Deku about the book (Hawks' book) and the internship, then about Endeavor

Ch4: Todoroki asks about Bakugou and Midoriya's friendship, he then says that himself and Deku are friends and Midoriya replies with "Aw, Todoroki" and joy in his eyes

Ch5: Todoroki asks what a yaminabe is, and Deku explains

Ch5: Deku leaves the sauna and Bakugou throws a bath pail on his private parts. Todoroki makes some ice and says "Here, for Midoriya's scrotum"

Novel 06

Ch1: Bakugou has to make friends with Eri, Todoroki immediately suggests to follow Midoriya's example as Midoriya clearly knows how to make friends

Ch1: In an attempt to convince Eri that Bakugou is a good guy, the team starts saying what they admire about him. Todoroki says that he admires his ability to learn quick. And the fact that he was friends with Deku.

Ch2: Todoroki comes back from the store with two friends-chocolate to give to Deku and Iida for San Valentine. He says that he heard that Momo told him this festivity is for giving chocolate to your friends. Deku and Iida are "shaken to their core" by this display of friendship, which clearly they find cute, and Deku decides to go buy some chocolate to Todoroki too.

Ch3: Iida comments that he is happy he can go camping with Todoroki and Midoriya, and Todoroki agrees

Ch3: Kaminari compliments Todoroki's fire quirk for their camping trip, and Midoriya immediately enthusiastically starts talking about all the ways Todoroki's dual quirk is amazing and can help them in the wild/camping and for first aid in general, even if he was alone. Todoroki comments that he still would like to go camping with them, not alone, and Midoriya agrees.

Ch3: Todoroki worries about Midoriya fighting the yeti alone

Ch3: In the fight that happens against the yeti, they both try to protect each other and call their names

Volume 4

Todoroki and the class are worried about Izuku not eating (after he came back to U.A., post Dark Deku) and he suggests some soba that is good for digestion

Uraraka, Deku, Bakugou, Iida and Todoroki talk about what the class is doing at U.A. now that they saved Midoriya, and Deku suggests he can partecipate in the jobs too, but Todoroki and the other vehemently disagrees.

Iida reprimands Deku telling him they were worried about him, and when Deku apologizes Todoroki replies that he wishes he had relied on them

Todoroki adds that no matter what road Deku might take, they will take it with him

Todoroki, Bakugou, Iida and Uraraka are talking with Deku and Todoroki immediately notices Deku is getting tired

Deku still wants to help the kids, so they all agree to do it together. Still, both Todoroki and Deku agrees that it is surprisingly hard to find something good

When Bakugou suggests Hero Chips, Midoriya starts muttering about them and Todoroki comments that this really feels like Midoriya (because he is muttering)

The group starts talking about what they liked to do as kids and Todoroki says he had fun watching All Might videos, and Deku immediately agrees, saying that the videos give you courage

Bakugou comments that Todoroki and Deku spend time chit chatting so much that they have flowers in their brains. He starts calling them “Flower Field Bastard No.1” and Midoriya “Flower Field Bastard No.2”

Go wild, kid.

The flood of agents eventually die down, but only because it's migrating over to another base. One you thought was a secret, the underground base treated as if it was a bunker. The agents wreak havoc, digging through defenses like moles, adrenaline and determination fueling several alternate dimension Agent Phoenix's, along with a few other agents you are familiar with, and some you aren't. The fight is even bigger this time, a dust cloud appearing on the surface as agents scrap with all their teeth swords, lighters, some wielding grenades, others waving guns around like party streamers ready for bloodshed. The operatives are well trained, but there's at least a dozen adrenaline fueled agents swarming the place. And considering it usually only takes one to destroy whole factories and schemes, they do some serious damage.

Amongst the chaos, two agents slip through the entrance, blending into the shadows, barely a blip on the radar. They sneak through the levels of the base, and eventually manage to hack into the holding cells. No attempt to divert attention to the moles inside base work, as most operatives have had their earpieces smashed to bits in the fight. And not too many minutes later, an override appears on the computer, and a swarm starts to pour out from the bottom layer of the base, slowly rising upwards as the battle above ground raged on.

[Another instance of Roz’s voice rings across the intercom.]

“Ah, Agents, how unexpected! And by unexpected, I mean COMPLETELY EXPECTED! You may not be susceptible to moles, but did you prepare for… ACTUAL MOLES?!”

[Roz laughs maniacally, and the ground beneath the agents’ feet rumbles as giant mind-controlled battle-moles tear up the ground and begin their attack, making any attempt at fighting back difficult.]
