After being born in the Colombian slums, Cassedea moved at the age of 5 with her parents to Rhodes Island. It was both, an escape and a way of moving on. Her parents were extraordinary, having the ability to communicate with supernatural beings and being familiar with voodoo, cursed objects and exorcism. After a failed exorcism, the family felt the need to flee from the danger of the demon. Sadly, he followed them, killing both of her parents mysteriously. After being adopted and growing up, Cassedea found out that she had the same abilities like her parents. Therefore she tried to learn everything about them, getting help from her parents with whom she could communicate. At the age of 16 she brought the demon, who killed her parents, back to hell. Today she made a living out of exorcism and necromancy. When she’s not traveling through the country, she lives with her cousin and a basement full of dark secrets in New Orleans.

You know, the angst of a Spartan's partner dying is all well and good, but what about a Spartan's significant other almost dying? It's angsty but not too much so.

Even better, what if you almost died because of them before they ever admitted their feelings? Even better, what if the only reason you nearly died is because you took a wound for them instead? A wound that would have only hospitalized them for a week or so, but nearly kills you. So, they're left to watch you in intensive care fighting for your life.

The drama would be dramaing and I'm here for it. But let me hit you with another angsty thought, what if they accidentally hurt you? By some sort of miscalculation and you ended up hospitalized cause of them. Just thinking about how utterly shitty Fred-104 would feel and his thoughts are spiraling "because of him, because of him, because of hi-"

Or John-117 having a constant flashback to the ODSTs he killed right out of augmentation and he keeps thinking of it happening to you, of your blood being on his hands-

All the Spartans are seen in the medical wing of the ship off and on, some more than others. Linda-058 keeps in the shadows, so none of the staff can kick her out and she can stay as long as she wants.

No one dares to tell Kelly-087 to leave, sometimes she disappears and the staff isn't exactly sure when she came back. Some of them start second-guessing if she left at all.

Naomi-010 doesn't leave your side unless she's ordered on a mission but returns to the same spot as soon as she's done. It's not that she doesn't trust the staff, it's more so to protect you if something happens. It's what she keeps telling herself at least.

Riku: I guess so.

Reina: It's not like I enjoy being a leader, people just often say I'm very charismatic and I'm the best person to choose as one.

Q.02. "Tell us your parents' occupation."

Riku: Dad's an office worker and mom used to be a kindergarten teacher, but became a housewife when Hinode's health started to get worse and someone had to take care of him. They're not that interesting, but dad used to be in a band when he was my age.

Reina: Mom owns a flower shop. Dad is a lawyer. Dad actually wanted to become an actor when he was younger, but gave up.

Q.03. "Have you ever been called by a nickname?"

Riku: Yes, by my ex-girlfriend. She was.. not that good at coming up with those.

Reina: Some friends call me "Reirei" and one of them calls me "Nana-chan". It's kinda embarrassing.

Q.04. "Do you think killing your victim was the only option?"

Riku: Yes, no doubt about it.

Reina:  They didn't have to be so violent.

Q.05. "What is your favorite animal?"

Riku: Uhh, maybe dogs? 

Reina: Foxes and cats.

Q.06. "Is there anything you wish to know about Milgram?"

Riku: I just want this show to end already, it's getting boring.

Reina: Everything.

Q.07. "Are you the type to get jealous easily?"

Riku: If we're talking romance, nah, I don't think so. If it's about simply being jealous of other people's success or talent.. yeah.

Reina: I don't really see the point of getting jealous, so no, I don't think I am.

Q.08. "Would you say you're different from other people?"

Riku: I guess I could say I'm better than most of them.

Reina: Well, there's definitely something wrong with me.

Q.09. "Do you think your younger self would forgive you?"

Riku: I think he would thank me for finally doing it.

Reina: No.

Q.10. "Do you want to leave Milgram?"

Riku: It's like.. Yeah, but also I know that even though Yue is no longer here, my life will still be.. like that.

Reina: Yes, but not before I get all the answers I want.

Q.11. "What's your type?"

Riku: Someone who's like, really cute and nice and energetic. Just like me!

Reina: Someone who's too good for me.

Q.12. "What is more important: someone's personality or appearance?"

Riku: Both of them are important, no? 

Reina: Personality.

Q.13. "Do you prefer comforting lies or painful truth?"

Riku: My whole friendship with Yue was just a comforting lie we told everyone, including ourselves.

Reina: I was about to write "Truth", but I also did lie to my parents about my murder, so..

Q.14. "How did your parents choose your name?"

Riku: They wanted it to be similar to my brother's name in some way, but funnily enough, our names turned out to be the exact opposites. I kinda feel like his name having a kanji for "day" and mine having one for "evening" is fitting though.

Reina: I hate my name's meaning, honestly. If I had to take a guess, my father probably hoped that I would fulfill his dream or something. 

Q.15. "Do you still think it would be better if you died?"

Riku: I guess when I'm spending time with some other prisoners, I don't want to die that much.

Reina: Feel free to kill me after I find out the truth about this place.

i have so much muse for my twin!verse vader, it's actually irritating hilarious because this is not how i envisioned my inspiration manifesting for him.

for one, given that vader was raised by sidious in this verse, therefore does not have the same life experiences as anakin, he doesn't have much else to focus on, let alone think about. for years, his two main goals have been: 1) destroy sidious. 2) reunite with anakin.

that's it. that's all he ever thinks about.

Don't be sorry for asking questions about my AU, I love talking about it so any questions are welcomed! (also, glad you like the darker aspects of this AU! I was scared people wouldn't like it because it is a darker take on the game)

At first West feels extremely guilty and at fault for everything, mainly because he was already in an emotionally vulnerable state from Zuke disowning him as a brother. He felt like a shitty brother already and that just grew as he found out his brother almost died to 1010.

He was so full of guilt that he sold his house and land to move back to the city and take care of Zuke. And Mayday, but only because Zuke asked him to since the 3rd rap battle never happened so he had no reason to end up liking May (as a friend, not anything more).

Overtime though, that guilt turned to anger at NSR. It's one thing for NSR to come after him, but they went after his family and he is willing to do anything for his brother now to make things right.

As for NSR in 5 years, it really depends. I have been tossing the idea around of another revolution taking place (either with just Ex-Jay, or Kliff getting someone new, or Neon J being an insider for the revolution) so that would change things whether or not a new revolution takes place.

Either way, I would say that after the revolution failed, any story I tell with characters would be about 2-3 years later. So either NSR starting to collapse or a new revolution would take place then, and not directly after the failed revolution. That would mean, depending on what happens, 5 years after the failed revolution there are different outcomes.

If no new revolution takes place, NSR slowly crumbles from the inside with the current Megastars. DJ definitely gets fired, Eve might get demoted from second in command (in case Yinu/Mama would become second in command), and Neon would either have been fired and separated from 1010 or would be slowly drinking himself to death while 1010 stay the same in the public eye but get more dysfunctional behind closed doors. Sayu's crew would be the only ones who prosper because they would finally be old enough to get away from their families and live true to who they are (but still with a lot of trauma and unhealthy habits to unlearn). Tatiana keeps her control and power over NSR with no real change taking place. She just keeps replacing artists when she can hoping a new EDM artist would fix things but it never does.

If a new revolution does take place and succeeds, then NSR goes under a lot of internal reconstruction and fixes a lot of problems that were going on. Robotic fears and musical monopolies fade away. DJ, Neon J, and 1010 are able to quit and live their lives away from the public. Eve gets therapy and comes back better than ever after a small leave of absence. Yinu and Mama work through their problems with each other and take a long leave of absence (but Yinu probably come back around the 7 year mark with a new passion while Mama retires fully, just being there to support Yinu). Sayu's Crew get help earlier from their families which allows them to start healing sooner than if no revolution happened. There are also more charters, not just new ones to take the place of old charters, but also extra ones in each district (so like Dream Fever has Eve and like 2 other megastars that have different genres). Tatiana takes a small leave of absence while Mystery Man takes her spot, she works trough some stuff and comes back willing to change and hear people's complaints. She now actively works to make things better and tries her best to correct the wrongs she did in the past, to the city, the people, and her employees.

And if a new revolution occurs but it fails again, then NSR will probably be dead by the time the 5 year mark hits. The company would not be able to fully survive the reputation they now have as controlling and inefficient. Slowly a new company (or companies) would pop up and take over NSR's position. Or a whole new city would take the title of "Musical Capital of the World" leaving NSR old news. Yinu and Eve would probably go to one of these new companies (Yinu probably without her mother, she would get a new agent that could get her away from Mama). 1010 probably don't survive, either being destroyed or sold by NSR as a way to make a profit, which leads Neon to have nothing in life to fight for and he goes back to live with his parents or drinks himself to death. DJ tries had been fired for a while and tried to be there for Neon but just couldn't. He would try to get back into teaching but probably fail and live a miserable life with nothing to motivate him to actually work or get better.

Sayu's Crew are either forced to resign (before NSR dies) because their parents don't think their job is worth it considering revolutions seem to take place every few years (which makes it hard for the Crew to survive living under their parents rule with no outlet, and even makes adulthood hard because they all get kicked out with no warning once they are old enough), or they are forced to take a new job at one of the new companies so their families can still get money from them. If they go to another company they would have a better chance of surviving and will even cut contacts with all their families once they get old enough and can finally strive and make Sayu how they want with no repercussions. Tatiana would have tried to keep even stricter control on everything, letting her paranoia and pride get in the way of her judgement. She refuses to step down and ends up running NSR into the ground trying to keep order. After NSR officially dissolves she vanishes into the world, probably changing her name again and tries to start over somewhere new.

[Safe to say, a new revolution that succeeds is the best option for a happy ending to occur. Otherwise there is a lot more tragedy than happiness that happens.]

I think the most powerful gifts you can give a Spartan is one that reminds them of you for when you're aren't there. Sometimes they're off doing missions, and you're separated, and they really miss you. Having that little reminder always makes it better.

Like, say, for Naomi, her partner has an Ace of Spades playing card on the pauldron of their armor like their uncle did back when the Human-Covenant War began. Luck was important to him, so it was important to you. Naomi was just as important to you, so when you couldn't always be together on the same ship, you gave her two things: A copy of the card on your shoulder and a magic eight ball to keep in her room. You may or may not have replaced the die inside with things you would say, so it was like you were there in spirit when you couldn't be there in person.

Not when you're getting scouted for some big secret project led by a guy whose name you forget but a number that reminded you of hers.

First, I got chills reading this! Second, I gasped so loudly my dog came to check on me to make sure I was okay. Third, I was like ‘fuckin Musa! Naomi’s gonna murder you.’ Like I didn’t know how the Spartan IV program started. I lowkey went feral for this ask, you’re spoiling me and I adore it.

I love this so very much and this is canon in my head now. How cute is this!!! Spartans don’t have personal things but the item their partner gives them becomes their prized possession and they would break bones if someone tries to take it.

Like for Linda, she has pressed flowers that you gave her and kept on her dog tags at all times, when she’s thinking about her partner or missing you, she grasps the chain and feels a little closer to you. Or a small charm on Nornfang that you made for her that Linda never takes off. Whenever she takes down targets and sees the charm, she thinks to herself that she can’t wait to hear about the mission you’ve been sent on or just to see you in general.

There is a ring that your grandmother passed down that you always wear on your pointer finger and end up giving to Kelly because it fits on her pinkie/places it on her chain because you wouldn’t see her for a few months. When Kelly’s thinking about her partner/missing you, she subconsciously spins the ring, and later, ends up seeing her name/spartan tag engraved inside the band. Or give her one of your earrings that your father gave you, so she had half of something that was super important to you and feels very protective of the jewelry because she knows you adored your father.

For John, it’s the exchanged dog tags, one is his and the other is yours. Sometimes he takes it off and runs his finger across your name and service number, he doesn’t realize that his expression softens just a bit but Cortana and Blue team know he’s thinking about you.

Everyone on Blue team knows that Fred has a favorite combat knife that you gave him and if something happens to it, he is going to kill someone, and no, it’s not an exaggeration. Kelly witnessed him panic about losing it once and horde of brutes didn’t even have a chance to blink before they were dead. There are personalized words written on the inside of the knife from you and it will be over his dead body before someone tries to take it or use it.

But also! Luck is important to Naomi because it reminds her of John too and we see how worried she is for Chief in the books, this is very important to her! So you give her the card and tell her about it, she’s putting that on her armor in the same spot that you have it in. It makes her feel closer to her partner and her eyes soften anytime she glimpses it from the corner of her vision. Especially once she gets recruited for Kilo-Five and you get sent on a secret ‘mission’ that she can’t know about. Naomi knows there is something you’re not telling her but she won’t push because it’s classified, which kind of worries her.

When Serin tells her about the whole Halsey thing or finds out about her dad, she shakes the eight ball wishing you were there to talk with but quietly laughs to herself when she reads the message because it’s 100% something you would say. Naomi constantly starts asking BB if there were any messages sent to her, getting antsy when he tells her no every time to the point BB shares this with the captain.

Eventually, Naomi asks Serin if she could find any information about you, giving her your full name, service name, rank, and all the important things to find your file. If anyone could get into classified mission files, it would be BB and Serin.

It's BB saying, "Oh that's rather somber to find out." that has Naomi wanting to panic. Did something happen? Was her partner hurt? Were you hospitalized? Did you get killed? She knew she should've upgraded your armor with those last bits of data, what was she thinking?! Naomi's thoughts are spirling but nothing prepared her for what your file read,

"What does it mean by Spartan-IV?" Naomi had to ask, she had to know because all she recalled was her own augmentation, the pain, the recovery, the loss of her sisters and brothers in arms, something that she might've just lost her partner to.

Next gen/Future Act characters will probably be Mayday Parker, Quida's grandchild, the main 4 HS characters (possibly also the trolls), the main JJK cast, and possibly some of Neon J's grand niblings (possibly Yinu, Peni, Carna, and Maragold as well). Also perhaps Aria's child as well.

Oh! Maybe Billie will also be a part of the cast as well! She'd be probably around 8-9 after the timeskip.

More will probably be added, but for now this is the basics of who is going to be focused on in the next act, whenever I get to making it (still need to think of the plot for that act and how long the timeframe is, since like the Past Act is a few decades of content while the Revolutions Act is only at most a few years).

still waiting for this plant to call me back 'bout the interview and such since they're 'desperate for workers' 'n such but tbh i've already heard this sob-story before w/ other places and some of these places honestly don't seem like they want workers or the help- anyhoo, my weekly apology for the lack of activity. i don't wanna do/start anything here yet until i've got my whole situation figured out and hopefully solidified. mentally, just now in the writing mood and haven't been for months due to things that are/were out of my control.

i've seen too many posts online about boomers complaining that 'people don't want to work anymore because of covid', i haven't been handing out resumes daily for a year (even repeating places that i've even handed out to 2-3 times) just for some out of touch dinosaur to hand out some random false statement and call me lazy 'for not looking hard enough' or 'taking opportunities that bite'. i've got 13 years work experience and i'm just about done doing hard-labor for jobs that make me work 14 hour shifts for minimum wage :/ and still have management act like nothing was being done (doesn't help if you just sat in the office of the factory and watched netflix and complained about it being too cold [in a hot, 35-40c/95f plant btw] and not listen to the machine-operators about their warnings of the machine breaking down or gradually working lower than the standard it was made for THUS eventually breaking down after pieces of the expensive-ass machine finally and physically break due to poor, unprofessional maintenance and then blame the machine operators for and I quote 'not doing a single damn thing since the day we hired you')

ps: also if people are complaining about no one wanting to apply/reapply for your business, there's something wrong with you and your workplace, not the poor soul trying to recover financially :p
