Why you do this to me??? lol. Okay. Okay. I guess it's positive that I try very hard to keep my canon characters as in-character as I can. And that I don't let others sway me from following how I view them. I know there are people out there who don't agree with the way I see things, but they've never made me feel bad for it. I love that about my partners.

Leah's death couldn't have come fast enough. I wasn't intrigued by her, and I felt she was an unnecessary addition as Pope and his group of followers were just a mix of Negan's Saviors and the Whisperers. They weren't needed to put the story in a forward motion. Too much wash, rinse, and repeat in my opinion. As for Leah as a character on her own, I didn't feel she brought anything to Daryl. She didn't understand him at all. She wanted him to give up his family for her and that's unfair. I guess it's fair on her end because she didn't know about his family and his attachment as he wasn't open with her about all that. Not like he should have been. I think the story would have progressed fine without her being included and being attached to Daryl. They could have still used her as one of Pope's followers, but we didn't need the personal shit between Daryl and her. Especially since Daryl letting her go after she got people killed almost resulted in Maggie's death. I'm glad he shot her in the end to save Maggie.

🗣 Magna

I wasn't a huge fan of Magna when she first showed up. She was harsh and didn't play by any rules but her own. I get that she had to survive and that's how she did it, but I didn't like it at all. Then I realized that her harshness came from hiding a huge part of herself from her wife (Yumiko) about her truly being guilty of killing the man that raped her cousin. She was living a lie and when that lie was exposed and they broke up, you see a shift in Magna. It's a shift that shows her growth and development and it was that shift that made me see the two of them as individual characters. I started to like both of them when that shift happened. So I was so happy when they reunited by the end of the series. Magna is how I see a lot of people coping with something like a walker apocalypse. And it's safe to say that she came straight out of prison into this world so it was like she never really got out of prison. So that shift is like her being reborn into this world, and it just worked so well for her development.

I actually took a stab at playing Enid several years ago. It didn't really stick so I dropped her. So it is safe to say that I adored her. She was so broken and barely surviving when we met her. If it wasn't for Carl, I don't think she would have started living again. Then when Maggie and Glenn basically took her under their wing, I loved that for her. So it was sad to me when Maggie basically left her behind (when Lauren left the series for a bit). Enid dying and being put on a pike broke my heart. I hate that scene with a passion. She deserved better. So much better.

Yes. She absolutely does. She didn't always believe this way, but she does now. Some people are just evil and don't deserve to live.

Absolutely. Before the Outbreak, he felt it wasn't his place to give that kind of justice. Now that there are no laws, keeping others safe is his place.

Absolutely. Some people don't deserve to draw breath.

The muse that needs the hug the most would probably be a tie between Carol, Daryl, and Shane. The muse that wants a hug the most is probably a tie between Charley, Rick, and Sophia.

Honeysuckle when I can find it. But currently, I am obsessed with Butterfly from Bath & Body Works.

24. What is your muse’s favorite animal? Have they ever gotten to see one in person?

Daryl's favorite animals are wolves. He's never had the pleasure of seeing one in person as Georgia didn't have wolves. They had coyotes. Which are smaller and scraggly in comparison. The closest state to them that has a wolf population is Michigan and he's never been there. He hadn't ever left Georgia until after the Outbreak hit and they had to keep moving for one reason or another.

Sophia's favorite animals are horses. She has seen a horse in real life before the Outbreak. Carol took Sophia to the fair whenever she could and they had pony/horse rides. So she had ridden one before the Outbreak, but nothing at all like after the Outbreak when horses were a good way of traveling.

Why?: Charley remembers listening to this album on repeat in high school. Something about the way this one is sung just gave them chills.

Why?: Shane loves the instrumental part of this song more so than the actual lyrics.

I absolutely adore Stephy. We've been partners for a long time. Back when I had single muse blogs so we've been through a lot of plots and ships and all that good stuff. She's a sweetheart, and her Carol was one of my first Carol blogs that interacted with my Daryl (and my Rick if I remember correctly).
