“While yes we fast when the sun is up only, it does vary, if its daytime 24 hours then you will follow the time on the clock that you have set, or follow the closest country/timezone that DOES have a sunrise and sunset, these things aren’t too strict as long as you still follow the rules of fasting in general, if it has to be bent in this way it’s not a bad thing and it’s fine! If you are in space, follow the time of which you had left earth from, the time of launch, etc. Fasting isn’t as strict as you think, it’s more symbolic than anything, so you don’t have to follow the rules of ‘sunset or sunrise’ like its gonna bite you!
