the last time I built a new OC and actually got to play them in a campaign that actually got its feet under itself properly instead of helplessly foundering from the start was seven goddamn years ago so I dunno maybe it's no wonder I keep going feral over Fresh Meat Felix

#I mean that doesn't explain ALL of it considering I did also build felix knowing he was for a doomed campaign #like-- I'm not sure what's the difference in my brain between him and kethri for example #whom I DID actually get to play kind of a lot for a minute there-- especially compared to felix-- and whom I do also love very much #... I guess like. when I built kethri I was still having other campaigns play relatively regularly #whereas these days it's dried up SO much cause everyone's lives have gotten a lot busier/ schedules have gotten less workable #so I'm like... not just New Blorbo starved I am also just lowkey desperate for ANY blorbo content #AND a lot of the campaigns I'm in that DO still run are not only increasingly sporadic and infrequent but are also. limping. you know #I can't get Excited about elyss anymore when her campaign and whole situation have been actively bumming me out for ages #in other news. how is mel's campaign almost seven years old. how is she almost SEVEN.
