I gotta develop more for em but here is Solly the Umbrella! One of my Dandy's World characters ☂️

In the show, she was a weather reporter, appearing occasionally in-between segments of Vee's shows in a sort of cutaway gag. He's always smiling and continuing on for the cameras, even if the situation is dire!

I'll talk more about her if y'all are interested!
