Choir instructor: *opens a Power Point presentation and prepares to give the most wholehearted explanation about the avatar cycle, the representation of the elements, chakras and chi, the way the show pulls a lot from Chinese culture and overall just how well structured the show is, surprisingly avoiding spoilers like a boss*

Me: Woah, that sounds pretty neat. I should give it a watch!

Also me: *puts it off for eight whole months*

- Cut to July 2020, where I have just given up on everything and “whatever, apparently there’s ATLA on Netflix. I’m not doing anything with my life anyway” -
