so it's been more than a year now since my sweet cat, lily passed away. & having 2, my second has gotten used to being a physically only child but i can tell she's gotten lonely

it's because she's so used to acting already in her day-to-day public life where she acts as, as luna puts it, "the stoic vampire type." that's not really who she is just a public image she keeps with but it ends up making her actual acting feel forced, robotic, & with little range in emotion
