it hadn't been long since this roadtrip had started. sendai was supposed to be a quick rest stop, yet the jail had kept them there. akechi supposed he didn't mind, it was a way to get a break from the tense atmosphere of the van since his joining, and some space to himself. they say to never go on a road trip with people you don't trust... and well, he arguably only trusts one person here.

he couldn't understand why akira was so insistent he came with them on this road trip, not even trying to use the metaverse or the new threat of jails as an excuse. akechi was very well prepared to simply wait until akira had come back for a proper reunion between the two, but now? he had to try and navigate not only the awkwardness between the two of them but also the rightful hatred his friends had toward him. these thoughts keep him hostage, staring up at the night sky as he tries his best to ignore loki trying to egg him on into doing something he'd... not exactly regret, but knows is a bad idea.

"oh, kurusu." he comments, once he notices akira walking up to stand beside him, "what brings you out here at such a late hour?" his tone isn't mocking... but he sure is teasing him.

The news cut and across the television appeared the TAKE YOUR HEART logo of the Phantom Thieves. As if they hadn't been stigmatized enough. Goro looked up, his attention no longer on the documents in front of him. But it was only when Joker made his appearance did the pen in his hand fall to the floor. He'd stopped breathing. Shell shocked, he didn't move nor tear his gaze off the TV even after the display ended.

Where did he even begin with this?

Goro knew what this would mean for Akira, and, knowing that much, he knew the Phantom Thief leader also knew the risks of his reckless act; placing himself in obvious danger. The police would undoubtedly look into this. This meant that the METAVERSE had returned. Akira had multiple enemies, not just those in power gunning for him now. Of course it wouldn't have ended with Doctor Maruki and his insufferable reality. And what of the mad doctor? To Goro's knowledge he'd gone into hiding after his failure. He trusted Akira, but he could never believe a man with a heart so corrupt would change. Shido's heart changing may have come as a surprise, but Maruki was a different sort of beast. He wouldn't complain if Maruki had just ended it all. It was so rare when the trash took itself out.

Shion's small bark finally drew him out of his stewing thoughts. She pressed her front paws onto his leg, leaning up to push her way into his face. He'd always had a fondness for dogs, such intelligent animals. He'd never had the fortune of owning one himself. With everything his life had been, it would have been cruel leaving a dog alone after his passing. So much of himself had been geared around the pleasant prince image, too. A dog would have been caught up in the media attention and falsehood of his dual life. It wouldn't have been fair. But after awaking from his coma and the time he'd spent at the rehabilitation center, why shouldn't he adopt a dog of his own? A start at his new life. He hadn't wanted the second chance; he hadn't even wanted the FIRST. There were times he still struggled with accepting that. But he'd taken a step forward.

She bent down and retrieved his fallen pen from the floor, holding it out to him as she brought her head back up. Goro softened, taking the pen from her mouth and rubbing her gently over her soft head and ears. Odd how she had such a calming effect on him.

❝Seriously, he really IS an idiot.❞ And yet, Goro could see his cellphone lying on the table in the mess of files and documents scattered across its surface. He wanted to go to Leblanc and yell at Akira. He wanted to tear him apart and tell him what a dumbass he was being. But even with all the unanswered texts and voice messages, he'd never gained the courage to let Akira know he was alive. Wasn't it BETTER that way? Move on and just forget about him. Everyone else had.

Goro grabbed his phone from the table and turned it on, scrolling through his contacts. He'd reached a point where he'd muted Akira's messages so he wouldn't have to read them should any more make their way through. But if he called now, there'd be no going back. He couldn't seal that door again.

He pressed the call button.

SURVIVAL AU (tagged #survival au): mine. basic premise is akechi is resurrected by an outside force after the events of persona 5 royal, to fill a similar role to what he does in the game. he is warned of this by a separate force that is also a pawn in the game, and with that knowledge, aims to take control of his life and destroy the concept of fate, freeing himself and possibly future wild cards from being forced into the cosmic battle between Philemon and Chaos. takes place in Ireland, and has multiple parts. the first part takes place concurrently to Persona 5 Strikers, the second part involving Sumire happens 2 years after P5R. later parts skip in decade intervals. ik ik his death was warranted he was doomed by the narrative etc i just think goro akechi as a character would also out of spite refuse to die the way he did if given the chance to take it back, because he would want to die on his own terms and not under the influence or control of another, whether that be a person or a god. especially if its a god even. and kurusu got to kill a god akechi deserves to do that too its only fair. i do have plans to script and eventually turn this idea into a comic, because i've made a LOT of ocs and lore for it and i think about it often. the rough draft of the first 3 chapters were on ao3, but i deleted that because i ended up scrapping those parts entirely

Aisling originates in this AU, and arguably has a large role, but she was mostly made for a Persona thing that's more original, which i'm making with my friends. MONKEY'S PAW AU (tagged #monkeys paw au): created by me and @oatchi. basically akechi realizes that he's in a time loop (mimicking the nature of P5 as a video game/save resets) and gains the ability to remember previous loops from Yaldabaoth. he then proceeds to reset time A Lot to try and 1. escape the time loop 2. get revenge on shido 3. ruin akira kurusu's life. ive made like 4 posts for this and theyre all incredibly disjointed due to the nature of time loops but i figure if im gonna post some i might as well give people Something. its me and callies little sandbox tho i cant even promise how much more will get posted we are here to have fun

Amamiya Ren Verses

~Main Timeline Verses~

Getting Out There: The main verse. Encapsulates the period from the beginning of the main game to the end of Strikers. This is also the default tag for anything without a definite verse or for minor AUs without their own dedicated verses.

Life Keeps Changing (Post-Strikers Ren): What could be more stressful than saving the world from false gods? College. Having returned to Tokyo for university, Ren now has to deal with establishing himself as a functioning adult. Frankly, there are times when he’d rather be getting beaten up by shadows again.

Inaba Blues (Kid Ren): Growing up in a rural town sucks. You have to deal with puberty, school, bullies, a series of strange murders and kidnappings, and your favorite department store getting a new mascot that creeps you the fuck out.

~Alternate Uni-Verses~

The Devil with 22 Faces (Palace Ruler Ren): An alternative course of events for Royal’s third seminar. After defeating Yaldabaoth, Ren inadvertently absorbs the god’s power into himself. Overwhelmed, Ren suffers a mental breakdown and manifests his own palace over Tokyo. In his corrupted mental state, Ren believes that control and order are the source of all suffering, and that true happiness can only be achieved through absolute chaos. He seeks to create a reality with no rules; where anyone can do or be anything and no one needs to hide their true self. 

His palace manifests as a brightly colored, cell-shaded, comic book-esque Tokyo that twists and warps at random. Areas he frequents, like Yongen-Jaya or Shibuya Square, are more stable than places he doesn’t, since he has a clearer image of them in their mind. Also present in these places are fragments of Ren’s shadow. These shadows all wear full-face masks that each show an expression relevant to their location (ie a customer service smile at places where he works)

A Not-So-Gentle Gentleman Detective (Justice Ren): An arcana-swapped version of Ren, taking Akechi’s role in the story. After a series of unfortunate events earlier in his life, Ren ends up under the thumb of Shido. He plays the role of the friendly Gentleman Detective on the surface, but acts as the Black-Hooded Assassin behind the scenes, all while secretly plotting his revenge.

What's a King to a God (Pride Ren): A part of the larger Another Story swap au, Ren takes the role of Shido. He's the head of a large business empire, and now he's turned his sights on becoming prime minister. He has the whole country under his thumb, but he wants more.

Two Pair (Twin Ren): Twin au with @learcarum's Akira. Between the two of them, Ren always found himself being second best. While he loves his twin dearly, he can't help but resent and envy him.

Reflection of the True Self (Demon Ren): Due to the strange inner-workings of the Metaverse, Ren finds himself physically fused with Arsene. While to the average person, he looks no different than before, to those aware of the Metaverse, the giant pair of wings and demonic horns are unmistakable.

Welcome to the Velvet Room (Attendant Ren): It’s stated that anyone who enters the Velvet Room must first form a contract. Doing so grants one the power of the Wild Card, but what do you have to give up in exchange?  After the Phantom Thieves plan to prevent Ren’s assassination fails; a new attendant appears in the Velvet Room. This attendant, Adrien, looks suspiciously like Ren, but has no memories prior to awakening in the space between dreams and reality.

Just Call Me Lupin the Fourth (Real Thief Ren): Palaces? Metaverse? Never heard of her! The Infamous ‘Kaitou Joker’ is too busy stealing stuff in the real world (with the help of his talking cat) to worry about changing anyone’s heart. After all, there’s no need to make someone confess their crimes if you just steal the evidence. Plus he might get a chance to swipe their rare jewel collection while he’s at it.

A Prince’s Loyal Knight (Traitor Ren): Instead of going through with the Phantom Thieves’ plan to outwit Akechi’s November assassination, Ren makes the choice to betray his friends and team up with his would-be killer. Under Development

Dancing in Starlight

So, I just got back from work and, for some reason, I was reminded of an old shippy headcanon during my shift.

See, I consider P5D to be canon to Aaron. At least in the closer-to-canon continuity. This doesn't typically mean much, as the entire game takes place in a dream that none of the cast will remember upon waking up. But it's that exact scenario that makes this little headcanon possible.

That being that in verses where Aaron is crushing on one of his fellow Thieves, I like to think he first confessed at the end of their particular confidant. Contrary to pretty much every other Joker, Aaron doesn't have much confidence outside of the mask, and that goes double for any affairs of the heart.

Generally, he assumes that whatever crush he has is one-sided, no matter how much evidence there is to the contrary. He genuinely believes hell will freeze over before anyone on Earth finds him attractive. As such, 90% of his confessions happen because he accidentally hinted at his true feelings, and feels like there's no point in hiding them any more.

But the dream/Velvet Lounge or whatever its called (I honestly can't remember), is one of very few exceptions to this. Because he's getting to spend a lot of time with his crush, he's encouraged to flaunt his powers and truly be himself on the dance floor, and that combined with the fact he knows none of them will remember this, gives him the courage to actually tell her. No accidentally spilling the beans, no need for her to make the first move, he just tells her because even though he is almost certain she'll reject him, he just wants to be honest with her.

And even though they won't remember it, I like to think the emotions of the moment, and the dream as a whole, stick with them all. Which in turn will lead to him having more courage when it comes time to tell her for real, or give him more reason to keep it to himself if she doesn't feel the same way.

I also like to think that Ryuji (and Ann in cases where she isn't who he's crushing on, because just look at the way she reacts during Makoto's confidant when they talk about Sae and tell me she wouldn't) plays a key role in helping him build up that courage. Not necessarily playing "wingman," but just kinda being in his corner, encouraging him, and cheering him on when he finally makes that move.

Also also, this does apply to Sumi too because she would totally be included if the game had released after Royal. They even gave her a dancing outfit, you cannot convince me otherwise.

And she and Akechi should've been DLC for Strikers too, gosh dangit

Why Akira / Raven ( Joker ) would never race Adam / Ainosuke Shindo.

It’s not because he’s scared of the top racer, even though there are sometimes when the Matador can be a little extreme. More concerned if you will. With S, it’s a everything goes free-for-all, so Akira knows what he’s getting into when he does his own races with random no name skaters. However, he’s just there to have fun. Not to hurt or injure people, and certainly not disrespecting his board by hitting someone with it in their face. And for the most part, Akira is an average skater and knows it. Not good or bad. Just normal. And for him, that’s all he needs and going into races with random people makes it so it’s challenging but doesn’t make the skating seem like a job than a hobby. 

He’s there to alleviate his boredom before he leaves back to Yokohama. Wants to hang out without getting attached because he will leave everything behind once again. He’s a wanderer pulled by fate’s strings. Drifting in the ocean all alone. Going against the / another supervillain is what he’s tired of. He’s been there done that. IT’S BORING. And also, miss him with that bullshit God / Eden and Adam allegories because that’s also been done before by a better madman. Akira also know that there is limits to being reckless, something he has been trying to work on, it being one of the negative traits he possesses, although going to S doesn’t quite help this but it’s a reason why he doesn’t really want to skate against anyone major. Snake / Tadashi is still the only one he would actively want to skate against, mainly to test if his resolve in saving his best friend was honest and true. To see the man’s convictions with his own eyes and somewhat decent skating skills. A person who has awakened to his own justice and doesn’t mind being chained to hell because of it. The someone that has the makings of a good phantom thief. 

With Ainosuke Shindo, he sees a lot of Haru Okumura, Goro Akechi, Takuto Maruki, Akira Konoe, Kuon Ichinose, and himself rolled into one and doesn’t really know what to do in this situation. Because the more you feed something, the more it gets out of hand. Keep changeling this man who has forgotten everything that he holds dear to chase after something that he’s had all along, breaking and destroying those he claims to ‘favor’ and he won’t stop. The cycle just continues unless no one takes the bait. But people keep taking the bait. That’s what is happening, at least in his mind since he’s mostly an outsider ( or that he talks to Shindo’s shadow self which would be interesting to say the least ). Besides, this is not his fight but knows whose it is, and that person is the reason why everything has gone down this path and now is going to put it all to an end. 

Plus, it’s hilarious to him when he denies to race the man. Akira can feel the rage boiling underneath the maskly appearance. Akira is just here to skate by his own rules and way and is not here to impress someone who claims to associate love with pain.

You know, it's really hilarious to me how differently emojis are displayed between interfaces. These are still all books, but they look COMPLETELY different between my phone and my laptop XD Anyway!

📚 (a stack of books on my comp): So i might have mentioned this one here, and i KNOW i've mentioned it on my discord server, but.. a P5R+Strikers/Bleach crossover, where Persona 5 MC is related to Ishida Ryuuken, and the PT place that Ryuji goes to after P5R is done is in Karakura, and P5-MC's parents see that MC is missing his friends, have a quiet talk with each other, and decide that, while they can't impose on Sakura-san again so soon after doing so, they CAN arrange for Ishida Ryuuken to be parental-stand-in so that they can send MC to Karakura to be with Ryuji and (significantly closer to) his other friends that he made. The story itself starts after P5R is complete, and ends up covering bits of Strikers and Bleach's first arc, with some timeline finagling to make it all work out because lol that's a LOT for a single summer break.

Also featuring Joker making the Karakura folks go ?????????????? a lot (especially Kisuke), Akechi being Actually Dead But It's Okay, We Find Him Within Ten Seconds Of Breaking Into Soul Society (and make the Karakura folks go ??????????? even more), and Hoo Boy There Are A Lot Of Palaces In This Here Seireitei, Let's Fuck Em Up Team (making the Karakura folks go ???????????????????????????????????????????????????)

📔 (a book with a parchment yellow cover): I have a sort of "swan-bride" AU with Erich/Ukitake/Kyoraku, except it's less "fae captured by person wanting partner" and more "Erich is a dragon that can shed his scales into a cloak and look human, and Ukitake and Kyoraku have to occassionally go into the fae-woods just outside the city in order to collect special herbs for Ukitake's illness, and they've managed to capture Erich's attention and his curiousity and they REALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT THIS, OH NO, WE'RE DOOMED, WHY IS A DRAGON PAYING ATTENTION TO US AAAAHHH and Erich's just over here like "i am gifting you things, do you like them? have i pleased you? i think I might start courting you two because you're Interesting" and no one realizes that they're talking past each other until way late in the game.

📖 (open book): And in a completely different fandom, I have two whole time travel AUs in the Code Vein verse that I want to write. One of which is Jack being sent back (or getting visions? He's not sure and neither is the author!) to the moment he first gets his relic and fucking shit up from there in an effort to make fewer people die this time. The second is Code Vein MC and crew going back in time to the moment that the first mistle is created (so before even Operation Queenslayer starts, when the only thing everyone has to worry about is the Horrors) and being end game badasses in pre-pre-PRE-story territory and absolutely fucking shit up on purpose and with malice aforethought. MC's kinda along for the ride since he remembers none of this, but he's down to make the world a less horrifying place.

P5 Strikers Verse || Straight Up Devious

At the beginning of the summer, Akechi is currently working at the rehab facility that helped him and his mother out when he was younger. Most of his time is spent helping around as payment for his residence as well as attending therapy sessions (both private and group). He holds minimal contact with the outside allowing the public to think that he either disappeared or died to whatever conspiracies they came up with. Anyone he meets at the facility is bound under a contract of not speaking personally about those in the care of the rehab allowing his cover to remain a secret.

All social media and other ways to keep in touch with the outside world are removed from his phone. It’s only through some workers at the facility that he learns of EMMA. Then he hears about it on the news that they keep on the TV in the common area. He pays it no mind until the mention of the Phantom Thieves catches his attention. It rattles him, but he tries to play it off as indifference or a lack of caring towards the group so he can get through the rest of his day.

That night he finally digs around on social media for the first time in many months. He pulls up several articles as he finds himself unable to satiate his curiosity. Keeping up with the news for a few weeks, he finally decides to check out the situation himself. His therapist express great concern when he tells them of his decision. Much to his reluctance, he told them about his time as Shido’s hitman as well as his brief excursion with the Thieves. It leads to them questioning whether his choice was out of a sense of duty, genuine curiosity, or a way to hurt himself.

For the rest of the night he thinks on it, and finds that he doesn’t have an answer. A past he’d best forget came back to haunt him. That chapter of his life left open like a raw wound. So without a clear answer in his mind he sets out the next morning. Through the changes of heart he tracks the Thieves down to Kyoto, and when he continues to hear about EMMA he downloads the app himself.

He finds it incredibly foolish for the population to be so infatuated with a damn AI. Could they really do nothing for themselves? It seemed like everything that happened all those months ago was pointless to the public.

It’s only when he spots a lone Futaba looking like a frightened deer does he finally make contact with the Thieves again. And despite his better judgement, he forces his involvement because now he finally finds his answer. He owes the Thieves, and he’s always one to repay his debts.

kill your darlings and skip town (persona 5): post-canon akechi is alive fic, wherein he fakes his death and accepts fate as a department store employee in some hick town until he gets his shit together. akiren meets someone quite familiar when returning home to his hick town after the game's ending.

Four rooms, four guests, a few more deaths (witch's heart): sirius gibson character study. How did he assign those rooms so perfectly anyways? (and were there some times he didn't?)

cyborgs versus superheroes (azure striker gunvolt x my hero academia crossover): izuku finds a cyborg vigilante while cleaning the beach. copen finds out he's been unconcious for 300 years and shenanigans ensue as his brand of justice is unleashed on the world once more (featuring lola becoming a pop idol). mainly self-indulgent nonsense.

insulting foreign ambasadors is always a good idea (kirby): this fic is SO close to being done but i have 0 motivation. anyways, triple deluxe if it was in the kirby anime, starring taranza and dedede as enemies to friends, tiff, tuff and kirby as not that enthusiastic heroes, and sectonia as herself. set in the same verse as keeping enchanted mirrors in your basement is always a good idea. i almost forgot this fic existed again.

one step behind for every step ahead (kingdom hearts): one eye on the future sequel, a future seeing sora, now stuck in the past, tries to figure out how to self his past? future? alternate? self from meeting his doom. there are sacrifices that must be made.

bye bye, phantom thief butterfly (LiEat x miraculous ladybug crossover): LiEat 3's climax, but set in ML's paris instead. Teo gets akumatized, chat noir and ladybug discover that lies are not really an option anymore as mud covers the city. Efi is not a dragon in this au but she tries her best. no i have not watched ml season 3 yet, i probably should.

See you in eight years (1bitHeart): fourteen year old nanashi meets a seven year old misane, is a cryptic bastard for a bit, and leaves. 15 year old misane reflects on a strange encounter she had as a kid, and thinks "goddammit."

anime hair logic (kingdom hearts): riku reflects on his great-uncle, a mysterious family member who managed to leave the islands long before riku even dreamed of it. yes this is a "what-if riku and xehanort are related because they both have white hair" thing

2b.  Role-playing is a hobby, not a job. Do not pester me for replies or asks to be answered. I am not obligated to owe anyone anything on this website. I am human and can’t cater to everyone’s needs.  Being persistent here is not going to make me answer yours faster than other people.

4a. Original Characters are allowed to follow me. However, they need to be a little flesh out before I make a decision to follow them back or not. Just a small backstory or biography is all that I need. Headcanons also work if there isn’t an about page but must have about one page worth for me to consider following.

4b. Crossover Characters from other shows are allowed to follow me but I must know about said muse or else I’ll have a hard time whether to follow or not. Few fandoms I won’t interact with because I have no interest in these series are: Avatar the Last Airbender, Avatar the Legend of Korra. ( more to be added ).

5. I am a multi-ship blog. All ships are separate in their own standings.  I am open to all kinds of ships, not just romantic ones. I also enjoy platonic, rivalry, and familiar bonds. All ships are open to discussions through my IM(s) or otherwise known as Instant Messenger.  Chemistry is key. As long as we interact a little, there’s always the chance that both muses can be in a relationship.  

6. Things for you to tag for me are: BIRDS, CHAIN LETTERS, ORGANS, DOGS. For the birds and dogs, just irl ones trigger me. I am fine with cartoon / art / video game ones as they are not real.

6a. This blog will contain sensitive themes from time to time. However, I will tag common things like those mentioned below. 7a. If I see any form of hate and I find out it was you that sent it, I will immediately BLOCK you. No questions asked. Life is too short to send unwanted hate, anon or not. All anon hate and hate towards me and my characters ( s ) in general will be reported and then blocked, no questions asked.

8. My pen name on here is SERE. Obliviously, that is not my real name but it’s what I go by. It’s short for ‘Serena’, the English name that DIC gave Usagi Tsukino in the Americanized version of Sailor Moon. It’s pronounced; SIR-REE.

9. I am not a meme source. If you need to reblog a meme from my blog and don’t plan to send me anything, reblog from the source. I hardly get asks as it is, and for you to just use me as a meme source puts a bad taste in my mouth and I feel like I’m being used, which isn’t a good feeling. If you wonder if you should send in a meme to me, please do. I love getting asks. I do hoard them from time to time like a dragon hoards treasure but I do get to them eventually. The more memes / asks, the merrier.

9a.  Feel free to turn inbox replies into threads. Just remember to make separate post when replying. Do not reblog threads not meant for you and don’t reblog my headcanons. It’s okay to reblog my asks though if you want them to be keepsakes on your own blog. Also, it’s alright to reblog musings and images from me.

10.  I usually am not considered spoiler free. However, I do tag recent released games, which is Persona 5 Scramble / Strikers. All other games in the Persona 5 series ( original game, dancing in starlight, pq2, and royal ) will NOT be tagged. Follow at your own risk to avoid spoilers.

10a.  Knowledge in the Persona series is about ABOVE AVERAGE, please don’t keep pointing out mistakes. I know and will correct them due time.

10b. Please tag the popular ship AkeShu / ShuAke ( Goro Akechi x Persona 5 Protagonist ) / ( Persona 5 Protagonist x Goro Akechi ). I am not a fan of this ship at all and would request it to tagged at all times. Tags can be as simple as ‘akeshu’ and ‘shuake’.

11. I rather not be bothered by callout posts and any potential drama that might accumulate. I am just here to have fun and I hope everyone else can too. Life is too short to spend on certain things that don’t matter in the long run. If I see multiple call out posts from you in a single day or that’s all you post, I will quietly unfollow you.

12.  Out of character posts will be on here from time to time. Mostly talking about life in general or me venting once in a great while. If this annoys you, please remember that this is my blog, not yours. You are welcomed to unfollow / block at any time.

12a.  The best way to interact with me is to send memes / asks / inbox things. I am always up for unprompted things in my inbox. Also, my instant messenger is always open if someone needs to contact me out of character or to plot something. Don’t hesitate to talk to me. I will try my best to respond.

12b.  Not interacting after a month or two with me and my blog will make me silently unfollow you or result in a soft block. Or if you don’t interact with me at all, even out of character. Also, if you are gone for more than 6 months, I consider your blog inactive and will probably assume that you aren’t going to return.

SKATE INFINITY VERSE ( not finalized and will be added to more later when I learn about more things please don’t kill me ).

Set after Strikers but before Akira graduates high school. He’s 17 in this verse. Katsuya, Akira’s father, gets transferred to Okinawa to help the local detectives there solve a string murder cases that is basically unsolved and takes the whole family with him since everyone now lives in the same household. Luckily there is a branch for Maya’s workplace in Okinawa but Akira has to either take classes online or transfer to a random school in the area. 

Away from most of his friends and family back home, he roams aimlessly after school with basically nothing to do until he hears rumors about a certain extreme skateboarding tournament held at 12 am in the morning among the abandoned mines at Crazy Rock of the Okinawa providence. Only problem is, besides Morgana telling him to go to bed and not stay up until then, Akira only has SURFBOARDING experience that he had picked up while growing up in Yokohama. While he has used a skateboard in the MetaVerse or played games that used that mechanic, Akira just hasn’t had the time to explore that sport. 

Not to mention, no one that he knew specialized in it either. Ryuji had track and Sumire had gymnastics. And he himself had darts, pool and his little league team he was in until the incident squashed that beloved sport from him. But nothing like Skateboarding. Still maybe his proficiency and guts could be useful to help him out, not to mention his Joker persona as the leader of the Phantom Thieves of Hearts. He was the jack of all trades and if this didn’t pan out well, it wasn’t the end of the world. Akira had nothing to lose.

Goes by the name RAVEN during races and doesn’t really skate anyone with major reputation for the most part and is neutral on his wins and loses. But due to him laughing hysterically and without pause while watching a certain race involving someone T-Posing ( in which it was the Love-Hug technique ), those around him now call him JOKER, which he hates because of reasons abound but can’t fix it. Now even the mods who made this race possible have this written as his codename. Will probably leave S when his father solves the string of murders that has plagued Okinawa so he doesn’t really get attached to anyone but still accepts to hang out after school if asked because hey, Akira has nothing else better to do.

Sometimes is found hanging out by the lab on a certain beach that was used for experiments for cognitive science and other paranormal things. Still is trying to process what had been done there and the horrors the locals might had been forced to do for creating EMMA and how that led to everyone’s downfall. Sophia, now finished with her journey with Ichinose, is now living in Akira’s smartphone once again.

*After School outfit is his Dancing in Starlight one without the headphones. *Racing outfit is his Joker one without the domino mask, making his permanent resting bitch face more noticeable. *Wears the Gecko pin received by Iwai on his After School outfit. *Carries Akechi’s glove in one of his pockets during his races.

Spoilers for P5S under the cut! I honestly just have some thoughts while dealing with the Osaka Jail.

I find it so interesting how similar the situations are with Konoe and Shido. Now, I haven’t gotten to fight Konoe just yet, I haven’t even seen his Trauma Cell yet either. But it just gets me thinking about how much Akechi would end up despising Konoe just from the similarities alone. He’d see just another higher up asshole messing with the Metaverse for their own personal gain. It doesn’t matter what the reasons.

Sure, Akechi knows what loss can do to you. He knows what it feels like to have the power to do something (even if it’s not with the best of intentions). He knows how easily you can abuse that power. So I think if he knew about the Jails and what’s really going on with EMMA he’d be mortified. Perhaps not in the way the rest of the Thieves are, but it just makes him think that anyone that has power is exactly like Shido. It’d be like an itch underneath his skin that he can’t get to go away. I imagine it’d also easily bring up a lot of harsh memories for him as well.

I just have some thoughts as to how Akechi would act in this, is all. I’d like to make a verse for him in Strikers once I beat the game. So for now I’m just musing.
