#ramblings#i promise i have good taste in games im just gnawing at the bars of my enclosure#sunday hsr the man that you ARE#hsr is unironically kind of a banger game tbh#ive bitched a LOT about genshin's gameplay & approach to storytelling#and while hsr inherits some of these flaws it absolutely does its own thing and fills me with far less agony when i play it#(the absence of genshin letting you be stunlocked/frozen/bubbled being its best aspect)#(also the memes. i love when a game pulls a 'how do you do fellow kids'. this game is hilarious by virtue of making me go#oh my fucking god why would they do that#and it SUCKS#is this divine punishment. was i so awful to genshin impact that karma made me into the sunday guy#was it my cruelty to hoyoverse that led me to being unable to shut up about one of its characters.
