how proficient do you have to be with software to be allowed to put it on your resume?

Like, I can't airbrush model photoshoots or make convincing 3D landscapes with photoshop. But those tumblr posts where you see an image response and you're like "lmao this post wasn't great but that reply killed me"? It's me. I'm all of those. I'm so fucking good at editing memes you guys.
