(I can understand not mentioning it for Writing Flow Reasons. I write period fanfic a lot, and there's just very seldom a chance to organically mention body hair. I'm not going to be like "she put on her stockings over her HAIRY LEGS" in a dressing scene, for example, or "her ball gown shimmered like starlight as she whirled around the floor AND ALSO THE SHORT SLEEVES SHOWED HER UNDERARM HAIR WHICH SHE TOTALLY HAD." but. it's not on the same level as disgusting wasting diseases guys)

Either way I was long overdue for an upgrade to my prescription and holy SHIT when I tell you my jaw dropped when I put my new pair on. You people see like this? Crystal clear? Every day? You can read signs from really far away? And not have to squint?

When I was driving home today I could see all the way to the mountains I could literally see all the little details of the snow and the trees and I was like YO DUDEEE this is INSANE. It took a whole lot of begging convincing, but Y'shtola eventually agreed to match Arsay's costume on the condition that she could pick the colour of carbuncle.

Far less work went to talking G'raha into dressing up. All that was needed was a few bats of her eye, asking "pretty please", and a genuine article of an ancient Allagan's summoner's outfit for G'raha to warm to the idea.

The syndicate are all in awe over this medical anomaly that is Scully when it’s Mulder who’s got some Michael Phelps bionic swimmers. Homeboy even got her pregnant a SECOND time in her 50s…

Like I need Secret Season of Sex as canon bc it looks so stupid making it a key point that she can’t have kids for how many seasons, just for it to fly out the window with a cute lil romp in Mulder’s bed.
