Ramen with enoki mushrooms and soup dumplings
#the soup dumplings were surprisingly easy to make?#i got dumpling wrappers at the store but the filling was pretty simple#just make the soup (bone broth or veggie broth + agar agar for vegetarians) refrigerate until gelled then chop & mix with protein & veggies#the enoki mushrooms were weird! i liked them. totally different from any other mushroom I'd tried before#food#my life#(made this with my sibling when their departure was delayed due to car trouble)
