i am going to blow myself up fr soon i am going insane i am losing my mind i am so bone-achingly exhausted and every tiny thing seems to knock me flat on my ass every time !!!!!

#frustrated w myself like. can i Please have some kind of bandwidth to deal w even the smallest of difficulties #i feel like i am floating today like i am so not tethered to the waking world at all #argghhh i just want to feel okay !! i have been doing good things !! why am i still feeling like this !!#(i know why dnkddl i just disagree w the brain and body on this is all)#pippen needs 2nd breakfast #vent /
