INTERTWINED Headcanons (Spidermen!ENHA)

HYUNG LINE'S IN DEPTH BACKGROUND:

"All right, let's do this one more time."

AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hyung line's personal background story! TBH, it's literally a summary of the Spider-Man movies. Heeseung's summary is based on Tom Holland's Spider-Man... etc. So if you've watched any of the Spider-Man movies then you get the gist of it! I added some twists though! I also didn't intend for Sunghoon's part to be that long but here we are LOL. This was actually because Gwen's background in spider verse was short so I wanted to fill in the gaps as I pleased!

HEESEUNG:

In Heeseung's universe, he was approached by Kim Namjoon (Tony Stark) and recruited into the Avengers temporarily.

He went through literal hell and back. He blipped the five years in his universe.

After the death of Mr. Kim, he did everything he could to be the friendly neighborhood spider-man.

Then the whole Mysterio scandal happened and his identity was revealed.

Nothing seemed to work out for him though. He lost his older brother, Seokmin, trying to save his universe from clashing with other universes.

That's how he met Jay. Heeseung's best friend Jeongin accidentally summoned the wrong spider-man from a different universe.

Yunjin, their other best friend (and Jeongin's girlfriend), had to take away the sling ring from him.

Heeseung's one-sided feelings for her didn't go unnoticed by Jeongin but Heeseung was nothing but supportive for his best friends.

Innie was so grateful to have a best friend like Seung.

Which is why Yunjin and Jeongin were devastated when Heeseung told him what he had to do in order to save the universe.

He had to make everyone forget about him.

After a few months, he finds Jay inside of his apartment. And Hee wonders how Jay managed to get back into his universe.

After a turn of events, he meets Jake and Hoon, along with a few others. Eventually the four of them end up in Y/N's universe.

JAY:

In Jay's universe, he lost his older sister Jihyo. She went out searching for him after they had a fight. She was stabbed in a robbery gone wrong.

He was is such a dark place after that. He went out every night trying to find his sisters killer.

His best friends, Sunghoon (Harry Osborn) and Jake [Gwen Stacy (platonic)], were so worried about him.

Eventually when he started to get more involved in crime fighting.

During the whole Dr. Connors trying to turn all of New York City into lizards, Jake catches Jay in his Spider suit without his mask.

With the help of Jake they saved New York City (because Jake was an intern at Oscorp).

At the end of graduation, they find out that Sunghoon is sick. Hoon asks Jay to get in contact with Spider-Man because he needs his blood. It doesn't work out though.

Sunghoon finds, what he believes to be, another way (a serum) to live but that also doesn't work out.

And Sunghoon becomes Green goblin.

Jay and Jake try to save Hoon, that's when Hoon figures out that Jay is Spider-Man.

They fight, and Jake gets in between them but he falls off the clock tower doing so.

Before Jay can save Jake it's too late.

Hoon's serum didn't work either, rather it intesified his illness and he eventually succumbed to his sickness.

Jay lost both of his best friends.

A few years later, when he's making his rounds of the city, a bright orange spark just randomly appears in front of him.

Then it moves in a circular motions and become bigger and then next thing he knows its a portal.

That's how he meets Heesung.

JAKE:

Jake is really smart. He earned a spot at Brooklyn Visions Program at NYU. His parents were so proud.

Was really close to his older cousin Felix.

Was bitten by a radioactive spider when he and Lix were messing around in the abandoned subways lines.

Was learning how to to get his powers under control.

Met Sunghoon for the first time in his literature class.

Sunghoon had a leaf in his hair and when Jake went to get it out, his hand was stuck to Hoon's hair...

Like his hand would NOT unstick and it resulted is hoon getting an impromptu undercut at the nurse's office.

Started off on the wrong foot.

Then Jake met Spider-Man!Christopher Bang from a different universe???!!!

Chris finds out that Jake is just like him (spidey-tingle and all) and then offers to teach him how to use his powers.

They also try to figure out what Chris is doing in Jake's universe.

In turn, they find out Hoon also has spider powers and is from another universe.

Upon learning how the merging of different universes started, Jake also finds out, the hard way, that Felix is involved.

Felix is the Prowler, working for King Pin. Just when Lix is about to off Spider-Man!Jake, Jake takes off his mask.

Lix pauses and panics and lets go of Jake and then next thing Jake knows, he hears a bang and Lix is falling into his arms.

Lix doesn't make it :(, Jake's cop dad spot them and Jake has to move quickly.

He goes back to his dorms, Chris and Hoon and are waiting for him with their other spider hero friends and they tell Jake that he shouldn't come and fight with them. But Jake is supposed to be the one that shuts down all the portals so that no one gets left behind and dies from not being back in their own universe.

Jake get webbed down to his chair, not able to move.

While he's struggling to escape, his dad comes to deliver the news about Lix. Cue the emotional and motivational speech from dad.

Jake gets free, powers are under control and he's off to save his spider friends!

Long story short (not really), he wins! Friends? Back home! Portals? Shut down! King Pin? Defeated!

Then a couple months pass of him being the friendly neighborhood Spider-Man when randomly, when he's in bed, he hears Sunghoon's voice calling out for him?

SUNGHOON:

In Sunghoon's universe, his dad is the chief of police.

Sunghoon was a well known figure skater!

Hoon just really wanted to make his dad proud.

Then he was bitten by a radioactive spider.

Thus becoming Spider-Hoon!

As chief of police, his dad DID NOT approve of Spider-Hoon!

This made Hoon feel guilty for his double life, so he kept it a secret so as long as he could.

Sunghoon was best friends with Lee Heeseung but because Hoon started to pick up Ice skating they drifted apart for a little bit.

Only talking and hanging out every now and then.

Heeseung would get picked on a lot by his school mates.

Hoon tried his best but Hee asked him not to get involved with his life anymore. This really upset Hoon.

The bullying gets bad and Heeseung snaps. He steals the serum that he and Dr. Connor's were working on at Oscrop and injects himself.

Everyone at school sees him (hee) as worthless and all his life he's just wanted to be seen as something more. Something special. Like Spider-Man.

Hoon was interning at Oscorp and on the day Hee injects himself with the serum.

Then there's crashing and people screaming and running.

Hoon springs into action and bumps in a 9 foot lizard. He doesn't know it's Heeseung.

Hoon gets hurt and Hee retreats. Hoon dips as soon as he hears sirens and his dad's voice.

Heeseung comes up with a plan get revenge on the classmates that have done nothing but torment him. He also planned to turn all of New York City into lizards just like him.

Meanwhile at home, Hoon's dad tells him that Heeseung's aunt contacted him. He tells Hoon that Heeseung and Dr. Connors have been missing since the lizard appeared at Oscorp.

Hoons panics. He remembers talking to Heeseung about the serum that they were working on. How it was supposed genetically repair the human body... like a lizard.

Hoon also remembers that Dr. Connors lost his arm in a car accident.

Hoon suspects that Connors injected himself with the serum to some how regrow his lost arm. He also wonders if Heeseung figured out what Connors was up to and as a result was taken by him.

Did Connors need Heeseung alive? If so, what for?

Too many questions race through Hoon's mind and he's off into New York's sewage system.

He stumbles upon the lizard's lair. He starts to dig around when he hears a groan. He runs and prays its Heeseung but he's shocked when he sees Dr. Connors, severely injured.

Connor's tells Hoon that he was kidnapped by the lizard to make adjustments to the serum and build a diffuser.

Hoon asks about Heeseung but all Dr. Connor's can mumble is "He's gone" to Hoon.

Before Hoon could press any further there's a crash in the lair and he see the lizard.

They fight and the lizard gets the upper hand. It takes the serum and diffuser. Poor Sunghoon is so stresses about saving his beat friend and the city.

Hoon asks Dr. Connor's where the lizard is headed.

That night Heeseung planned to use the diffuser as Oscorp. He thought it would be perfect because Oscorp was host a fundraising Gala to restore and repair damages the building had suffered.

Elite families and honorable guests would be there... includig his tormentors.

Hoon's dad, as chief of police, was an honorable guest and present at the Gala. Hoon was expected to be there as well and he shows up in his suit as a cover.

He's on edge and when his dad asks him what was going on with him their conversation is cut short by screaming and running.

Hoon's dad springs into action and tells Hoon to get out of there. When his dad is out of sight, Hoon changes into his spider suit.

Hoon is searching for the lizard and sees his dad fighting off, then his dad is knocked out by it. Hoon rushed his dad away from the fight then goes back to find the lizard.

Cue more fighting. Hoon manages to get the upper hand this time and web shoots the lizard. It loses it's balance and falls and with it the ceiling and roof falls too.

The lizard is crushed and Hoon watches in horror as the lizard transforms into human. It's Heeseung.

Hoon sprints and is on his knees crying.

"What did you do, Hee?" he's sobbing.

Heeseung tells Spider-Man, "I just wanted to be special like you".

Sunghoon tells Heeseung that it's him, that he's spider-man.

And Hee tells Hoon that he'll be okay. The Heeseung's eyes close and he stops breathing.

And Hoon lets out a heart wrenching sob.

At this point, Hoon's dad is awake again and worried about him so he goes to look for Hoon.

When he enters, he sees spider-man's back and face mask off but he can't quite see Hoon's face.

he tells Hoon to freeze but Hoon quickly grabs hi mask and makes a run for it.

His dad chases after him telling him to stop but then freezes when he sees Heeseung laying in a pile of debris.

Hoon and his dad are mourning. HIs dad blames spider-man for Heeseung's death and swears to get justice for Heeseung.

Hoon is just broken at this point. He feels so helpless and alone.

He doesn't really do the "friend" thing.

Jump to a year later and he's in a different universe.

And he meets Jake.

For ten years my shop endured in North Hollywood, CA not far away to our planet's oldest Sci-fi Club (a built in audience of friends and fans and computer fiends). This gives Peter Parker super powers--insect powers--if amplified a man could lift a truck and make it 20 miles as ants do. (Don't get me started system Henry Pym the Antman who became Giant Man in the Marvel's Avengers ((Capt. America, Thor the Thunder God etc.))). Additionally Peter Parker was yet another brilliant student who can invent an internet shooter along with great pioneering technological advances. And Spider-man was born as a bi-product with the bi-product since radioactive material (which Science still doesn't know acquiring rid of). (Try telling that for the Bush administration). Everything is energy! Remember Tesla rings. WP: The environments don't necessarily come in contact with the characters directly, they are cool. You will all types iterations from the Marvel and Capcom galaxies. We have X-men stages, Metro City stage from Final Fight. You will find there's really cool Resident Evil lab setting where products and solutions smash something then things will avoid their cages and start crawling inside of the stage. We also have a throwback to our old Ghosts and Goblins game with Arthur. There's all sorts of crazy backgrounds from both universes. Rather a lot is going on, stan lee marvel but additionally don't necessarily affect the gameplay experience. Other comics explored the murders of JFK, Robert Kennedy and Martin Luther King. Most comics aren't humorous. And History can effortlessly be learned, your enjoyment of comics. stan lee die Stan Lee's arrival in the Limosine exemplified the style and pizzazz in that they lived his life. He was the spokesperson, promoter and Publisher of Marvel Comics at the time. A group of 1970s Spider-Man newspaper strips from Mr. Romita will also be finally be arriving in stores. These strips that were thought lost for years have came and are usually now being issued in a hardcover edition that chronicles Spidey's daily-paper adventures from January 1977 to January 1980. The very of two volumes is slated hit stores in November.

“Unlike Peter, Miles was bitten at age thirteen, making him younger and more unprepared to cope with his powers and the responsibilities of being a superhero.”

 Is there really that big of a difference between being 13 and being 15 when it comes to risking your life by swinging from sky scrapers and  dodging bullets.

 15. TURN INVISIBLE/CAMOUFLAGE

 “One of the more notable uses of this tactic was when he disappeared from Earth 616 Peter and then reappeared on the side of the wall and kicks Peter in the face. ”

 You mean when Bendis jobbed Peter by deliberately ignoring the Spider Sense, one of his most iconic abilities?

 14. VENOM BLAST

 “This ability comes in handy in battle, especially when fighting high-powered villains such as the Scorpion, who was knocked out using the electric sting, and Green Goblin, who was badly injured by it.”

 In other words this ability enables Miles to cheaply and easily gain the upper hand in fights since it’s an electrical discharge which can even electrocute a guy who’s entire powerset is electricity based.

 “At one point, as Earth 616 Peter Parker and Miles are fighting, he even used the venom blast on Peter and briefly knocked him out.”

 Again through the power of bad writing by ignoring the spider sense.

 “Miles also was able to separate Venom from his host with a venom blast, which has notoriously been difficult for Peter to do.”

 Not really, Peter can do it so long as he has access to fire or sonics.

 13. ENERGY BURST

 “Closely related to his Venom Blast, Miles discovers almost accidentally that he is also able to release large bursts of energy that incapacitate those around him. When Miles is under extreme amounts of stress and or close to losing a battle, he can release this energy. This ability makes him a powerful opponent, and also gives him the upper hand as most villains are caught off-guard by it.”

 So again over powering Miles and making him a Spider-Man equivalent of a Super Saiyan. Lovely.

 “However, his energy burst does have two major downfalls; one being that it is incredibly unpredictable and he does not know how to utilize it in regular battle, and the second being that it drains him of most of his energy, making him useless for the remainder of a fight.”

 Well that’s something.

 12. COMMUNICATE WITH HIS BEST FRIEND

 “Ganke provides comedic relief, advice and builds Miles’ confidence up while also chastising him when needed.”

 In other words the exact same role Ultimate MJ filled except with less romantic tension. Also the same role 616 MJ used to fulfil. Not saying Ganke is bad but this is hardly something Miles has over Peter.

 “Miles allows himself to be emotionally vulnerable with Ganke, which is not the same vulnerability he has with his parents. Miles is unafraid to cry and hug Ganke while leaving himself vulnerable as he tells Ganke about his deepest fears of a “bad person” because of his family history.”

 See above.

 “Communicating his struggles to a close friend who knows him as both a boy and a superhero differs from Peter, who never had that immediate support while in high school.”

 In the 616 universe this is accurate, but putting aside how he did have it later in life, again Ultimate Peter Parker did have this in high school.

 11. BE PLAYED BY DONALD GLOVER 

 Outside of voice acting Glover is too old to play Miles.

 However in voice acting or in live action he could play an age appropriate Peter Parker.

  10. BE A TEAM PLAYER / MORE SOCIABLE

 “Though Peter joined teams, such as the Avengers, he was never a true part of them and had difficulty at times accepting help from other members. Peter also had self-doubts, which affected his relationships with members of these teams.”

 Yeah...not if you read New Avengers also written by Bendis or Spidey’s involvement in the FF. Then none of that shit applies.

  “This is unlike Peter, who before being killed in Ultimate Spider-Man, was told by Captain America that he was not ready to be an Avenger– in Ultimate Fallout, Cap admits that they failed to train him properly because they did not view him as a team member.”

 Doesn’t that mean Cap and the other guys were the people with the problem not Peter?

 9. WALL-CRAWL

 “Miles’ ability to adhere to various substances is slightly more impressive as he is able to use it to lift and throw literal tons of items as weapons, even though he is still a kid. ”

 That is literally no different to what Peter could do.

 “Miles’ wall-crawling, unlike Peter’s, is mostly centered on his hands and feet, and Miles also discovers that he can use this ability through regular clothing, such as his shoes.”

 See above.

 “Miles can also deactivate and activate the adhesion ability at will.”

 Also see above.

 Y’all know Spider-Man can stick to stuff with any part of his body right and it works even if he’s asleep or unconscious.

  8. MAINTAIN A RELATIONSHIP WITH GWEN STACY

 “Initially introduced as Peter’s first love, Gwen Stacy and Peter always seemed to be star-crossed lovers, as Green Goblin threw Gwen off a bridge and Peter attempted to save her, but she died from a broken neck. ”

 There was little star crossing those lovers.

 “Even with a clone of Gwen Stacy, Peter is unable to continue to maintain a relationship with Gwen because he and Mary-Jane rekindled theirs.”

 That’s not so much an inability so much as a choice. He didn’t want Gwen he wanted MJ.

 “Unlike Peter, Miles’s relationship with Gwen Stacy in Earth 1610 is a friend and confidant. ”

 Wasn’t that mostly exactly Ultimate Peter’s relationship with Ultimate Gwen and Carnage clone Gwen?

 “More recently in the Spider-Man and Spider-Gwen comics, Miles is transported to Earth-65, where she and Miles share a kiss in Spider-Man, issue 12. Like with her 1610 counterpart, Miles establishes an easy rapport with Gwen as they commiserate about being superheroes and having parents who are willing to sacrifice themselves to keep them and their secrets safe.”

 The author does realize 616, Ultimate and Earth 65 Gwen are all vastly different to one another right?

 “Miles is also able to save Gwen, which Peter was unable to do, in Spider-Gwen #16, when Doc Ock attacks and nearly succeeds in beating her.”

 Didn’t Peter save Gwen MULTIPLE times before the one time he failed?

 Like Miles saving her once = he can do what Peter couldn’t.

 7. LEARN QUICKLY

 “When Miles was introduced, it was established that he was an intellectually gifted individual with an aptitude for learning. Though Peter was also brilliant (he did create his own web after all!), Miles’ ability was beneficial to him as he could view videos of Peter’s fighting and analyze it for his own improvements, much like a sports team watching game footage. Miles translated that knowledge of Peter to improve his own abilities as a hero at the tender age of thirteen.”

 That’s not really learning quickly then is it.

 That’s saying an airplane pilot is better because he figured out how to fly faster than the Wright brothers.

 Well sure, he had all of the Wright brothers’ work to build upon, he didn’t have to learn via trial and error and figure things out from scratch.

 Really Peter getting so good at heroing so quickly with nothing to go on is actually more exemplary of his ability to learn quickly than it is in Miles’ case.

 “Because of this study, he was able to defeat Osborne.”

 Pretty sure his ability to beat Osborn (there is no ‘e’) had less to do with him studying him and a lot more to do with just shocking him over and over and over.

 Also

 “He utilized this same method of self-improvement through quick learning in Ultimate Spider-Man, #6, where he studied Norman Osborne before confronting him in battle. Because of this study, he was able to defeat Osborne. Miles translated his knowledge into an ability at thirteen that helped him be a better superhero, even if he stumbled a few times along the way. In Ultimate Spider-Man, issue #6, Miles also tells Norman Osborne that he studied up on him and knew his fighting style, which is why he’s able to defeat him.”

  Great proofreading there buddy.

 6. SPEAK SPANISH

 “Though Peter Parker was able to appeal to the residents of New York, he had some difficulty connecting to some of the residents in his own city and within his own community. Although Miles’ cultural background is not an ability, Miles can speak Spanish and English, which is important as it gives his character more depth and acknowledges culture and his community.”

 ...Peter Parker can speak Mandarin...

 “In Spider-Man, issue #2, Miles is still trying to figure out how to be Spider-Man, and his grandmother comes to visit him at his mother’s request, due to his failing grades. Though Miles does not speak Spanish in this issue, his grandmother does and it’s obvious he understands her. Being bilingual differentiates him from Peter as he is connected to not only family, but another community that would help keep him grounded.”

 I mean yes but Peter Parker doesn’t require a community (ethnic or otherwise) to keep him grounded.

 “During his time in Earth 65, Gwen Stacy makes a comment about needing a spy name and dubs herself  “Tigra La Muerteface,” to which Miles responds with an “Uh, you don’t speak Spanish, do you?” while grimacing at her garbled spy name. ”

 He doesn’t grimace in the issue because he is wearing a mask.

 5. SPIDER-SENSE

“Initially, Miles’ “Spider-Sense” seemed to be weaker than that of Peter’s. However, in Ultimate Comics Spider-Man, issue 3, Miles dreams of being attacked by Electro, who has come to kill Spider-Man. When he awakens, he is told that Spider-Man was killed. Miles knows that the dream was a warning that danger was coming, and this suggests that his Spider-Sense might actually encompass more than just immediate danger (like Peter’s) and may eventually develop into something much larger and more significant as time goes on.”

 Pretty sure Peter’s spider sense has been linked to prophetic dreams at least once or twice like during the Other.

 Also Peter’s spider sense does not merely warn him of immediate danger. He’s used it to track down loved ones and to find bad guys concealing weapons. He’s even linked them with his spider tracers.

 “This Spider-Sense also seems to affect him physically and comes across “louder,” depending on the threat level. In Nova #4, Miles’ Spider-Sense goes haywire, indicating that there is a serious threat and that he and his team need to escape from the battle or risk serious injury.”

 Peter’s does that too, see the original Morlun appearance.

 “Miles’ Spider-Sense also seems to work faster than Peter’s, as shown in Spider-Man, issue #2, when Miles’ Spider-Sense goes off before Peter’s as they are about to be attacked by a demon.”

 No Miles spider sense works period whilst Bendis once again underwrote peter in that issue to make Miles look better.

 4. REGENERATE

“Another of Miles’ abilities that differs slightly from Peter’s is his ability to heal at an accelerated rate. Though Peter and Miles are similar in this regard, Miles appears to be slightly more durable, and the limits of his regenerative abilities have not fully been explored.”

 So he has like Wolverine levels of durability and healing. Charming.

 3. (ALLEGED) IMMORTALITY

“After a lengthy battle where the Green Goblin escapes and then comes back later to continue the fight, Osborn alleges that the Oz formula that the strain of spider that bit Miles was from had one side effect, and that was immortality.”

 So again, making Miles over powered and on top of that less vulnerable and human like Spider-Man is supposed to be. Charming.

 “Given that Osborn initially created the Oz formula to cure disease, and Peter Parker died and came back, there is some merit to this madman’s ramblings which may pose a fun and interesting plot line in the future of Miles.”

 If this is so speculative how can it justifiably be placed on a list like this?

 2. TAKE SERIOUS THINGS SERIOUSLY

 “Miles Morales is no stranger to witnessing the unfair treatment of others and has been on the receiving end of unfair, biased and at times, prejudiced opinions of himself and his family. ”

 So has Peter, just not to as bad of an extent because it didn’t manifest itself as racism.

 “Peter has only had that experience as Spider-Man and tended to deflect his feelings about the issues by using humor, whereas Miles goes home and speaks to his father about it.”

 Didn’t Peter repeatedly brood, angst, beat himself up and feel bad about himself for failing the people in his life multiple times?

 And hasn’t he spoken about this to people like Aunt May, Mary Jane, Johnny Storm, etc on multiple occasions?

 It’s not like he just laughed crap off and moved on.

 “Miles himself becomes a victim of Ulysses’ visions and is almost arrested by Carol and Miles expresses his feelings of horror, fear, and disbelief by falling to his knees and crying, instead of making a witty remark like Peter would have done.”

 Peter wasn’t cracking wise when Gwen died and he was accussed of her murder.

 Nor when he accidentally killed Charlie in Berlin.

 It is a false narrative to suggest that something as serious as this would automatically or probably result in Peter simply cracking wise.

 1. STAY ALIVE

 “Considering he has been Spider-Man for less than two years, Miles has faced more than his share of near-death experiences. ”

 Miles has definitely been Spider-Man for longer than 2 years.

 “However, Miles’ ability to stay alive when placed in these situations speaks volumes about his awareness and adaptability, especially considering his age.”

 I fail to see how this is something he can do that Peter couldn’t.

 “When Miles fights the Green Goblin shortly after Peter’s death in Ultimate Spider-Man issue #7, he uses his energy burst to defeat him instead of being killed.”

 When Peter battled Juggernaut and Firelord he used his superior speed and smarts to avoid being killed...and owning their asses...

 Again...not seeing how this is something Peter couldn’t do. It’s not even like he intended to bring his mother back to life, that was a fluke.

 Hell between cloning, mystic ninjas and everything he’s seen peter could probably bring his loved ones back to life but opts not to.

Was that TOM HOLLAND? Oh no no, that was just PETER PARKER, a CANON CHARACTER from MARVEL. They are 19 years old and ARE aware that they are not actually from Washington DC. Too bad they can’t stray from this city for long.

a little background info for my peter: i take canon from the amazing spider-man 1+2, the mcu and little bits from the comics!

peter benjamin parker was born on may the 5th to mary &  richard parker. mary was a stay-at-home mom, and richard was a scientist who worked at oscorp.

when he was 6 years old, a break-in at the parker residence struck fear into the hearts of peter’s parents, and in a hurry, they dropped him off with his aunt may and uncle ben.

his parents later died, murdered by representatives of oscorp / norman osborn, and peter was left with a lot of unanswered questions - of things his aunt & uncle simply didn’t know, and things they decided he was too young to know yet.

as a child, he was best friends with harry osborn and ned leeds. it was unspoken, but harry was his first crush. when harry was sent to boarding school, it hit peter very hard, but he was glad to have ned around still. he’s also always been very close with mary jane watson & gwen stacy.

he was more or less an outcast in school. he kept to himself, worked hard on his school work, and was ultimately deemed a nerd by bullies who chose to pick on him. though he could handle people pushing him around, he hated seeing others being picked on, and always stepped in and stood up for the person if he saw this happening.

peter was bitten by a radioactive spider when he was 14/15 years old.

peter’s sassy nature seemed to best him in that when he refused to help out a store clerk that had been rude to him after the store had been robbed, his uncle was murdered by said robber. he tried to save him, and failed. thus, spider-man was born with the intent to find the killer and get justice for his uncle.

peter was unable to save captain stacy, and before he died, he made peter promise to keep his daughter, gwen stacy, out of trouble and thus out of his life. he ultimately broke this promise when he started seeing gwen again.

this backfired on peter, badly. while fighting the green goblin (  one big canon change for him here: harry osborn wasn’t the goblin for him, it was norman osborn, like in the comics ) gwen got in the middle of it, and ultimately died. peter tried to catch and save her, but her body hit the ground before his webs could pull her up in time. he can still hear the sound of her hitting the ground.

peter’s first interaction w/ most of the avengers was in civil war. looking back, he regrets his involvement. he feels that he didn’t have all the information to truly pick a side, and if he had all the information, his morals definitely fit more with team cap.

homecoming’s events still happened for him along with tasm stuff i’ve included !  he’s a pretty Stressed Out Superhero considering that makes his villain count be five: the lizard (  curt conners ) , green goblin (  norman osborn ) , electro (  max dillon ) , the rhino (  aleksei sytsevich ) &  the vulture (  adrien tooms ) . though, if you include thanos, that total goes up to six. he’s had his spidey abilities for about 3-4 years, so a bit different from the mcu there too.

peter’s healing tried to stop his death in infinity war. he could feel every single thing, and his body only slowed the process of death. his death was the longest and the most painful, seeing as no one else truly felt anything. he died in tony stark’s arms. he’s therefore set right after infinity war.

peter still has that voicemail from his uncle, and whenever he’s having a hard time, he plays it

absolutely adores may & ben, though he feels that he could’ve been a better kid to them

he misses his parents but like… he understands more now what they died for and what they were doing so he doesn’t hold a grudge or anger towards them for leaving him as he used to.  but he still gets upset from time to time. despite understanding their reasons, they still left him, and that hurts

peter’s got more suits than he does in the mcu. so basically, his first suit was goofy looking ( the homecoming homemade suit ) and he later upgraded it himself into tasm suit, which he used until he got the newer stark suit from tony, and then later the iron spider suit. the iron spider suit is what he still has on as it’s what he died in. ( he also doesn’t really have any other clothes yet unless what’s in his backpack counts, which he’d rather not wear in public seeing as it’s that pair of hello kitty pj pants, a shirt that says ‘ask me about my feminist agenda’ and a hoodie )

peter has ptsd from being unable to save uncle ben, gwen stacy and her father. in tasm, he promised her dad he’d keep her out of danger, and he tried his best to keep his word buuut eventually failed as she died in tasm 2. he’s also got ptsd from the stuff that happened in iw too.

semi independent superhero, semi avenger ?  he forgets that he’s an avenger though, like he has a bad habit of being like “ oh yeah i helped the avengers ” rather than “ oh yeah i am an avenger ”.  it’s all very new and exciting for him, though.

he has a dog named sandwich. he found him on the streets and named him sandwich because he jumped into a dumpster to fish out a sandwich that he then fed to the dog. sandwich is with him in washington!
