my method of playing botw and totk is to

1: do the most difficult option first so everything after that is easy peasy

2: do it in the dumbest way possible so when you figure out how to do it right, it's easy peasy

First time I fought a lynel in totk was when I stumbled upon the underground coliseum and had to fight 5 of them in increasing difficulty one after another 🥲

Then the first gleeok I fought was the King Gleeok because I didn't want to waste all the hard work I put into getting to its stupid island 🥲

The first time I fought Shadow Ganon, I just stood on a ledge high above him and shot him with keese eyeball arrows until he was dead, it took forever but I didn't die so 😎
