You ever see the way a fandom ships a pair and hate it based on that? That’s Haikaveh/kavetham for me. everything negative a fandom can do in regards to a ship is them. It’s everywhere. Artists I follow for other stuff ship them. I blocked their names on twitter and I still get art of them on my timeline. It’s like eimiko, but more basic and annoying. It’s Genshin’s klance and I hate it more than klance.
I know jackshit about either of them, but

Sorry you’re feeling sick, hope you get well soon! ❤️ Also, if you have a chance you should give Everything Everywhere All At Once a watch—it’s one of the best movies I’ve seen in a while and it feels like if a phase-4/5-whatever-they’re-at-rn Marvel movie was actually good lol (I think the directors were asked to do the newest Thor movie and turned it down to make this instead). Super fun and absurd but also so emotional and sweet, I cried when I first saw it in theatres 🥺🥺 of course no pressure tho if it’s not your cup of tea!
P.S. If you can’t find it on streaming and are okay with torrenting movies, I sometimes use the website soap2day (really easy to navigate, there are just pop up ads—most films are on there!)
Aww thank you, lovely! ❤️❤️ You're so kind! And yes!! I absolutely want to watch Everywhere All At Once, I've heard amazing things about it. The only thing holding me back is that I'm terrible at watching things, I literally have to force myself to sit down and watch a movie these days (and even short interviews are a struggle sometimes, sigh). BUT I'm trying to get better about it, and this wonderful sounding movie is definitely high on the list! Thank you for recommending it and providing a source, it's much appreciated 🙏🏻

When Everything Everywhere All at Once said "The only thing I do know is that we have to be kind. Please, be kind, especially when we don’t know what’s going on"
When the Good Place said "Why choose to be good every day when there is no guaranteed reward now or in the afterlife... I argue that we choose to be good because of our bonds with other people and our innate desire to treat them with dignity. Simply put, we are not in this alone.”
When Jean-Paul Sartre said "'Hell is other people' is only one side of the coin. The other side, which no one seems to mention, is also 'Heaven is each other'. Hell is separateness, uncommunicability, self-centeredness, lust for power, for riches, for fame. Heaven on the other hand is very simple, and very hard: caring about your fellow beings."

The fact that Everything Everywhere All at Once has the main character see that if she hadn’t gone to America with the man that would be her husband she would’ve lived a glamorous life of fame and fortune and her husband would’ve gone off and gotten very rich on his own rather than living together in an apartment over a laundromat struggling with finances every day and where so many movies would’ve framed that choice to go off together as a mistake, shown their alternative lives as some sort of “see? It wasn’t worth it” and had them “escape” to that “better” universe in the end, it instead all culminates in the line “Just so you know, in another life, I would’ve been really glad to just do laundry and taxes with you” changed my wholeass life
