I finally finished my project. It’s one of the most ambitious rooms to order I have ever done. How ambitious? Get ready for some B roll (cause my camera skills still suck.)

I fixed her very knotted hair. I took care of some pain mess-ups. I added a touch of high-tail (which I love) to give her that lovely teen-collage look. The commissioner asked for the room to match the doll color (which is purple/pink) but not to make it all one color. He was involved with every step. Even the accessories.

Love this. Love it so much.

Such lovely details. Make up, toys. Everything a Jr. High student might be getting into, and already knows.

Yes. That light works. Sadly, the headset does not fit, but it’s a nice touch.

Look how it adds ambiance to the scene. Now, on to wardrobe! Remember that rainbow wall? Well guess what? SECRET CLOSET! (There are surprise mini toys in that gamer bag!) Currently, she’s in her work out gear. With custom peridot earrings made Just for this doll.

I was supposed to make a swimsuit, but honestly? That’s both very hard and a little basic. I understand the child this is for is a little more on the edge for clothes. So we have this. An old-fashioned swimsuit, with a modern edge. The straps cross in the back, then snap in front. There are lace-up sides to add excitement and fit.

This is a summer outfit. Shorts, T-shirt, socks, and some shoes I had to boil to fit the doll. But man! What an outfit. I didn’t make the shoes, but I made the rest, and I am kinda proud of myself.

A winter outfit? Any chance to make a warm sweater! Oh, and some jeans, socks, and another set of re-fitted shoes. I didn’t make the shoes.

Some details. Socks! Knit! So warm and fluffy.

Pajamas! I had such a hard time picking the fabric for this. Fortunately, the commissioner said: I like this! And wham! Decision made! So happy he picked this one. It’s so perfect!

These are the Real Littles shoes that the commissioner picked out. He picked out others, but when fitting them to the dolls, the souls came off, so... Guess I have some shoe parts to work with now!

Windows? One look? Oh No, no, no. No! Four seasons!

Computer has a changeable screen as well.

More details? Okay! Each of these bags has doll sized toys, and snacks. Even the boxes. This way, the recipient can have the fun of the Holiday with their new doll.

Even more details! Yes, all the posters are moveable, in case they want to put them in other arrangements.

And yes, it does still fold up into that small bag space. With room to spare.

And yes, I can still pick it up and hold it with two fingers. So, it’s light enough for a child to carry. I did add a tie, just in case someone is rough with it.

So, we have a whole room with custom furniture and interchangeable parts, four outfits, a hair doo, gifts, and all the details. Happy holidays to you all.

It’s a strange thing that you can feel such a confusing and even unpleasant emotions for someone by don’t even realizing why cuz you see them as a very nice persons you wanna hang out with or even something more. It’s weird, but you know, weird is good, at least for me. Now I can see clearly, some of that kind of relations I couldn’t maintain is not because I or that other person did something wrong, it’s just because I wanted to last something that is unsustainable. Cuz you know, everything you can see is changeable and also temporarily art we livin’ but what we really are is not changable, it’s already whole as it is, it’s not temporarily, it’s eternal. So if you feel in your body you live in some negative states of emotions about someone or something, it’s because that’s not good match for you, for you as a soul that you are. And you see, life makes favor to you by sending you signals (emotions as discomfort) for you to see when someone/something is not for you and you just need accept you deserve something better, and you really don’t need to do anything about it, only relax and start giving you that kind of peace by accepting good feelings; people and things you can feel that are right for you.

5/10 BDSM ranking. Aesthetically interesting but pearl strands are not very sturdy. 6/10 transparency I love transparent fabrics but those looks stiff as hell. 8/10 slutty clown for the collar.

8/10 for not being a black suit. Still sort of a suit but at least its not generic tux. 6/10 stance he looks like an awkward kid at prom. 7/10 tubular those pants are tubes but probably not very sturdy so only usable for legs and maybe tennis balls.

6/10 for not being black or white. Not a fan of how the yellow is used though. 3/10 parka either go for winter fashion or don't. 3/10 decorations they're half covered, if you're going to have details show them off.

8/10 tits we love a tits out look. 10/10 not a black suit. 9/10 lacey loveliness. 10/10 for being the guy disguised as the bride for the undercover operation and having the outfit under the dress still be wedding themed.

8/10 long cape, long capes are good. 1/10 design who wants that guy's face on a cape. It's not even a good facial profile. 2/10 for having what I assume is a boring dress under it.

7/10 hood nice new take on strange hooded figure. Should have covered the whole face if you're going that direction. 8/10 changeable again, nice contrast.

4/10 kilt we love kilts but why do you have jeans on under it. Everyone knows you don't wear anything under kilts. Freeball it or nothing. 3/10 black suit coat over it. 7/10 laziness looks like someone just threw on whatever before going to the gala.

10/10 glitter, went all in, incredible. 10/10 tits out look. 9/10 demonic twunk I would have liked to see a headpiece added but I'll let it go because of the claws. 10/10 for being a booty ass out look too. Lil Nas X always wins.

4/10 long train but a boring dress design. 1/10 word that is an UGLY addition of Karl. 0/10 Karl choice, apparently this designer was a horrible guy. Should have picked Karl Marx instead. Or the llama from llamas with hats.

The issue i have with defining people genders by biology is, besides yanno respecting trans identities, that there is incredible variation and it is also changable. Its not true that amab people need testosterone or the reverse, most characteristics she described cant be seen til puberty if at all, its basically just penis or vagina + hormones which is changeable by surgery + hormones. Like... ok you have a definition but is it really what we should be defining genders as rather than the people?

They have this definition that’s not enforceable nor is it true for everyone…but they use it to regulate who can or can’t call themselves women or men.

It’s needless gatekeeping. They think they have some authority to decide who else can identify the same way they do.

At the end of the day - identify however you want for whatever reason you want.

If you identify as a woman because you’re an adult human female, that’s certainly a valid reason.

But it is not the only reason.

And not everyone else identifies as a woman for the same reason.

I need help finding these shoes my dad was telling me about

So my Dad was telling about these shoes he got (around the 80's) and we cant seem to find it. It had a changable converse star that came in diffrent colours(black,red,blue,orange and possibly more) but there was plastic vinyl window in front of the changeable star. The closest thing we got was this LINK. It didn't have the vinyl window but he said it was in the same style and the star was the same anybody know if this exsist or perhaps has a photo.

Inspirational Artist for photoshoot  - Luca Laghetti

Inspiration for photoshoot 2 - Exploring depersonalisation disorder.

Luca Laghetti was born in Bari (Italy) in August 1985 where he currently lives. Laghetti has used photography to explore many different world topics such as political movements and Mental illness. In 2 resent photoshoots, Laghetti explored Bipolar and Paranoia.

What is the photographers motivation for being a photographer / Taking these types of photographs? 

There is a great focus within Laghetti’s work on using photography to capture and express theme to his audiences that then audience are not normally able to relate to or grasp a clear understanding of this. I do feel that this aspect of motivation behind his work follows over into the series of ‘bipolarity’ that this piece of work has been taken from. I feel personally that Laghetti has  been motivated by wanting to use his photographic to portray how the mental ilness bipolar effects the sufferer and has therefore used natural substances (the sea) to convey the emotial changes that are commonly known as the main symptom of bipolar disroder. 

What is the landscape?

The landscape being explored by this photographer is the sea. Altough throughout this entire series of photographs, Laghetti captures the sea in his photographs there is more of a focus on the changes occurring in the sea (such as it crashing into a wall) rather than the sea itself. 

Why has this landscape been chosen? What is the photographer trying to communicate by this choice of landscape?

This photograph has been taken from a series that Laghetti has produced called ‘Bipolarity’. This series of photographic work explores the mental disorder of Bipolar. In mental illness, the sea is very commonly used.     There are many connotations with the sea and it being linked to mental illness. Firstly, people with mental illnesses such as bipolar or depression where extreme low moods occur, describe the emotional feeling as feeling like they are drowning  drowning in the middle of the sea with no one around to save them. 

What is the most striking visual aspect of this photograph? 

In my opinion the visual aspect in this photography that stands out as being the most significant to be is how the way in which Laghetti has captured the changes and movements that are taking place in the sea. I feel that the reason behind Laghetti making the changability of the sea as the main focus of the images as the sea is known to have strong symbolic links to feeling stong uncertainty surrounding, the sea is extremely changeable and can go from one extreme calm to an extreme storm. Much like the emotional changes occurring in personality disorders

What is your personal response to this piece of work?

From my perspective, when looking at this specific piece of art work i feel i have a lot of quite overwhelming and also very contrasting emotions. When I First look at the photographs my first reaction is anxiety and fear. The open and endless spaces in the sea cause me to feel very nervous and uncertain. Physically my heart drops in a beaut slightly. However, when i really focus on the work it begins to really calm me down. I feel that this is due to deeper inspection of how the sea its self has been captured returning to stillness after the splash enables me to mimic what is happening. I Feel that this is therefore very effective in communicating the emotional changes to the audience as not only does it symbolically present the emotional changes through the change in the sea but also can physically cause the audience to have the experience.

Response to a statement? 

‘There arent many new and innovative ideas in traditional landscape photography’

I do agree with this statement to some extent however i also do not feel it is true in some respects. On the first hand, I do feel that in terms of simply photographing straightforward landscape areas, there inst too much scope for individualisation or innovation from photographers. I personally feel that in terms of photographing landscapes, in order for the outcome to be of a very high quality the photographer has to follow quite standard methods to achieve (such as focusing on the main object such as a tree in the landscape) high standards, meaning most work is fairly repetitive. This therefore means that if the landscapes are not being presented as Abstract there isn’t that many different techniques the photographer is able to implicate onto to their work and still have very high quality landscape photographs.                       However, on the other hand I do believe that the context and meaning behind the photographs can be extremely innovative and therefore give the photographs a deeper and more unique meaning. For this reason I do feel that this enables photographer capture landscapes the ability to be very innovative with in their
