Are you still looking for questions about Hyrule? Does your Hyrule have two Zelda’s in their world or one? What’s their relationship like with them?

They have Two Zeldas. I see no reason to merge them or only have one. Here are their portraits. Look Hyrule has a big giant forehead <3

Dawn is much older than Hyrule, between 15-20 years older. Idk, I've never seen a Zelda and Link who are so different in age. Before this, I hc'd that Dusk was 2-3 years older than Twilight, and maybe Valkyrie is older than Wars too. But it's nowhere near this. Aurora and Hyrule are closer to the same age. She might be younger than him by a year.

I can imagine the Era of Decline being a lot darker than the Chain expects. Because Hyrule is so bubbly. He's not broody like Wild, or grumpy like Legend. So they never expect Hyrule's era to be that bad. But when they meet Dawn (most of the Links have, save for Wars and Wild) and see his kingdom it's like "Damn bitch you live like this?"

When Dawn sent Impa to find the most courageous man in the kingdom, she didn't expect to be saved by a ten-year-old amnesiac the size of a toddler. But that's what happened, and she's less than thrilled. If they ever let her, she would officially adopt Hyrule. But Hyrule's a traveler, hates being stuck in one place for long. Hates etiquette even more. Getting adopted by the queen? Absolutely not. He still likes her though! Whenever he does visit the castle, she treats him as if he's her own child.

Aurora's own brother placed a curse on her for keeping her father's secret. Now, she's alone far in the future with nowhere to go... Is what I would say if Dawn wasn't stoked to adopt another child (even if she's her Greatx5 Aunt) and officially have an heir. Hyrule also acts as a substitute brother.

Maybe Koroks being curious if you’re feeling like LoZ art? Otherwise I wouldn’t mind seeing some Chrono Trigger characters in your style. I’m any case, I hope one of our asks inspires you. Your art certainly inspires me.

I drew Hyrule w/ some koroks. The guy's got a lot of magic running through their veins so I wonder if the koroks think they're some kind of fairy.

Is this a good time to kinda explain my ideas behind the ALUW elf ears?

(Wild is around 6-7, Twilight's around 10-11)

So first off: Only Hylians' ears start out soft enough to be so floppy when they're young. Not all Hylians' ears grow super long, it all depends on their genes. Basically their ear genes are the most diverse, compared to Sheikah and Gerudos.

However most ears, no matter the race, usually set either upturned or flat against the person's head. I wouldn't say it's rare, but it is uncommon for someone to have downturned-set ears. When they do, they're Hylian.

Whenever someone does have ears that are meant to be set downturned, it's possible that their ears don't set at all. The cartilage never hardens, and their ears are heavier than average. That's why Wild's ears are so floppy as a older teen/young adult.

Longer-eared Hylians may have better hearing.

Warrior's ears are quite weird because nobody's ears set like that. They're literally crooked at the tips. I don't have an explanation for this yet. The captain's never met their parents and their extended family don't have that trait. So I don't think it's genetic.

for aluw hyrule: i think sleeping preferences says a lot about a character. number of blankets, heavy blankets, light blankets, on bed, on futon, on floor, in tree, hammock, inside, outside, nocturnal? nightmares? multiple short sleeps per 24h or one long sleep?

I think Hyrule's sleep notes are completely different from the other Links in ALUW. The others are able to connect with each other (some of them have precognitive dreams, most of them have vivid nightmares, half are insomniacs). I don't think Hyrule has any of that.

Here are some of his sleep notes.

Will sleep anywhere and feel completely fine, no matter how uncomfortable the location or position.

Will sleep for 8 hours in one sitting, or will take naps throughout the day, depending on the others' sleep.

Would choose either a light blanket or no blanket.

favorite place to sleep is a dry cave or a fairy fountain

No matter how much or how little sleep he gets, Hyrule looks and feels well-rested.

Probably doesn't dream

Some Links, like Twilight or Legend, have circadian rhythms that are completely differ from the norm. Others have a harder time working around their needs (and they have to meet at least Twilight's sleep needs because if they don't, he'll start getting migraines). But Hyrule is very good with change.

Hyrule never took care of his hair before he met Twilight. So he'd like it short, as it's easier to maintain.

curious about something; you'd made a couple sketches of Roolie's fairy form like a year? or some back (it might have been longer, time is an enigma), and I was wondering, now that you're revamping their design, is their fairy form going to change as well or will it stay roundabouts the same? Either way, their design is MEGA AWESOME and I love seeing the sideswept look with dreads, it's just so cool

I'm glad you like the hairstyle I'm planning to give Hyrule soon. However, I should clarify that they're twists, not dreads. If I ever decide to change Hyrule's fairy design, it would only be the hair style so it looks the same as their Hylian form. So.. greta oto wings, huge (compared to fairies you're used to in ALUW), still green... yea
