today i made the most garlicky, delicious allioli. all by myself😌
#yesterday was leg workout (did stuff in the garden) today was arm workout (making allioli by hand)#i find that making it by hand gives it a better flavor than w a hand blender.#i think its especially bc the garlic is mashed instead of cut up. I THINK. dont trust me on this ok#also we usually make 'mayo' with milk instead of egg bc its easier and doesnt go bad as easily#(also yes for us allioli and mayo is basically the same thing. we use the names very interchangeably)#so making this allioli was just🥰🥰🥰#z xarre
