What kills me is that the wwdits writers really decided to make the Guide a main character, just to give all the development to SEAN

I mean, good for me, but I feel for the Guide girlies yk

Sean was introduced around the same time as the Guide, but with the difference that at the end, he managed to create a meaningful relationship (with Laszlo)

We got undeniable character development for him over the seasons, the hospital scene from last ep officially adding depth to his character

Even Charmaine received more development in one episode than the Guide did in this entire fucking season

The Guide has not even been mentioned in a single ep synopsis in contrast to Sean who just had two episodes entirely focused on him (The Railroad + March Madness)

I don't know where I'm going with this post, but I'm dumbfounded, what was the point of including the Guide in the intro and photoshoots then ?

Anyway aside from the Parallels and their political position & their duty before hoes grindset I think they could learn a lot from each other. With zuko learning the gift of patience & diplomacy from yue & Yue learning that allowing yourself to feel anger and speaking up can actually be Good.

I've heard this headcannon once or twice saying that Hobbit's sleep in piles. So i had to interpret that but with Thorin, Bilbo and Frodo, in the end i had the fluffiest family feels doodle ever.

I think Frodo would definitely be a kicker when he sleeps. And when he's sleeping with Bilbo and Thorin and gets out of control with his kicking (Thorin being his main victim), he has to get carried back into his own bed.

Thorin would snore, especially when hes comfortable and is feeling safe. When he snores, he's probably also having the best sleep ever. Bilbo got used to dwarrow snoring while travelling with thirteen of them and Frodo's a heavy sleeper (he could sleep upside down if he wanted) so it never became a problem.

How incredibly THEMATIC would it be for the guy whose single defining trait is care for human life (and maybe even other forms of life) to be so disgusted by the Imperium and its actions that he turns his back on it? Only to be branded a villain and a monster? What if Vulkan actually did something with his convictions? How much depth would it add to the Salamanders as a chapter to have them continue to try and protect the people who rejected them? Even as it becomes increasingly painful and impossible? Hell, they already have the element of people being scared of them because they...look different (actually that legit makes me uncomfortable, seriously GW what the fuck? But a lot to unpack) Anyway, that's some actually grimdark shit.

And speaking of grimdark, yeah those guys playing Marco Pollo in the orphan-blood pit? Those are the Imperium's guys! Imperium loves their wacky antics. It's not like Curze didn't get away with all that when he was on team Big E (Vulkan sure objected tho). Isn't that so much more in keeping with the Lawful Evil Meat Grinder Regime the Imperium is supposed to represent? Curze being a traitor is boring. It doesn't say anything! Their color palette is so opposite but also complementary

Theyre both LITERALLY OPPOSITES OF EACH OTHER. Be it aesthetics, color, behavior, background, position, PHYSICAL LOCATION.

Like fr Palais Mermonia is on the TOP FLOOR of the Court. Neuvi's throne is ELEVATED so high above the stage. While Wrio's office is literally in the bottom of the ocean. THEYRE PHYSICALLY LOCATED ON BOTH EXTREME ENDS OF THE MAP VERTICALLY.

Which makes them visiting each other more sweeter because of how willing they are to cross that massive gap to see each other. AND WE SEE THEM ACTUALLY VISITING EACH OTHER (Neuv's story quest, Sigewinne's teaser trailer, that one Lantern Rite scene)

Even so theyre both so... understanding of each other, like take some time themselves to understand each other.

Theyre both badass. They both had cool fully animated cutscenes in the plot.

The expression 'it's lonely at the top' because they are both outcasts from society in a way. They both have extremely high social standings and is responsible for many lives. They are both at the top of their respective jurisdiction. But its lonely at the top.

But its okay they can be lonely together.
