going against the game's chinese translation so that i can make the twins share the first two characters of their names
#obey me#something that surprised me: the sheer amount of characters asmo gets#like it makes sense in hindsight but when i first saw it i did a double take (艾斯摩迪尔斯 full name + 艾斯摩 for asmo)#and i know 梅菲斯托费勒斯 makes sense for mephistopheles but the very step-by-step phonetic translation makes me laugh#also fun fact! thirteen is the only one not translated phonetically - her name is still 13 as in the number (十三)#btw this isn't for anything in particular#well that's a half-lie.. i did have a reason for looking up some of the chinese names#and while i was there i just got everyone else's too#(*by look up i mean i switched to trad. chinese in game and looked at them in majolish + had to hunt for the s4 trio in-lesson)#the reason isn't something i'll start in earnest any time soon (not guaranteed i'll ever commit to it actually)#but i wanted to do this bit at least :)#obey me beelzebub#obey me belphegor
