ah I forgot your box was opening today! if it's still open, could you do something with a freshly digivolved Exermon with his tamer? The evolution whiplash might not be as extreme as turning into Namakemon would be, but it's still quite different from Pulsemon lol

A freshly Digivolved Exermon and his Tamer

Examon is a relatively calm Digimon, not too big of a change from Pulsemon in a few ways but one that might leave their Tamer scratching their head. He's much more relaxed and always has a balance to him, but is quick in movements that can be a bit startling with how fast he is.

Exermon spends most the time in sunlight. It's how he can keep his electricity charged - his antenna converting it into the energy he needs. He doesn't need as much space as Pulsemon did, and he's usually content to sticking to one spot for hours on end! Which can be nice if his Tamr has school or work they have to do that was tough when he was Pulsemon, as the little guy was just so energetic and constantly wanting to do something.

Though, if the Tamer enjoyed playing with Pulsemon, and he is now this more calm and meditative Digimon, Exermon might lend himself to be like a jungle gym for his Tamer to climb upon. He will not lose balance, and he will remain perfectly still as they climb all over him. Exermon might even see it as a sort of challenge, and an amusing one as well.

Exermon mostly stays so still so he doesn't use up his energy before a battle. Charging up for the day for if something happens in the night, or a Digimon strikes for one reason or another nearby. He does not mind moving about with his Tamer if they want him to, he is quite nice to have to carry thins his Tamer can't.

There are a few times when he first Digivolved where his Rookie stage was still part of his personality, and at times he actually zipped around the house/apartment a few times before stopping and realizing that he was a little too big to do that properly anymore. But it didn't cause him to be sad, it felt rather nice to simply sit and meditate.

Before, as Pulsemon, he couldn't sit still. Now, Exermon does near nothing but sit still. He also offers his Tamer advice in little poems, and at times will tell them what he means, but also tends to let his Tamer figure it out by themself. Fun head-scratchers for them to decide how they want to take it.

Thinking about the Infamous Mono-Color Format

They dropped this on us today and is getting a rather harsh welcome.

this is not a new banlist, it is an alternate format and that's why we shouldn't feel intimidated by it. Having a critical mass of decks balanced out of the format is completely fine because it means unusual suspects will get a try.

And most important of all:

GOOD BYE FOREVER YOU STANKY BITCH AND MARBLE

Not only that, we also get rid of the very cringey Xros Heart deck that became stupidly oppressive on BT11 after a huge banlist hit... SOMEHOW

BWGX will have to now decide between playing Greymon X Antibody or Yuuya to protect it's stack making it extremely less strong too.

The specific banlist directly hits MelgaX, Grandis and MinervaLoop

Which is FUN.

This is a hit to the core aspects that make the strategies themselves annoying, It is most likely we wont see any of this decks now that they are escentially losing their wincon. But I like to imagine, a MelgaX deck that actually plays like MelgaX intends you to play, a big fucking blocker that controls the board. Or a Grandis that actually cares about combat instead of beating you in turn 3. Minerva losing the rusher completely is sad, when you take in count the other two decks only got a limit. Because having 1 lv5 rusher in the deck that uses the lv5 as a toolbox would have been very fun, but I am biased.

as well as generic good tools like Chaos degrade and DeathX which is an indirect hit to dead animals.

DeathX makes sense because it is a generic tool for black and purple decks that forces the entire format to be wrap around it... in advanced, here it just means black and purple have an upper hand, which they very much need lmao. The lack of a DeathX means that two of the decks I can see shredding in this format will have no checks, Bloomlord and Ulforce.

But Chaos Degrade is a weird choice, the decks that can utilize it the most have an inherent cap by the mono color format, decks that could use it will have to jump hurdles to do so, and then we have to ask, what are we checking with this? Alphamon and WargreyX? (okay those decks are scary) But for your consideration, we have already have a Chaos degrade replacement for monocolor. If you have any idea of the purpose behind this one just tell me.

Sadly Bandai dropped this one on us after the Ulticup slots have been purchased for most people, so lots of people were kind of trapped into it, and god forbid TCG players are forced to build a different deck.

I am really seeing Bloomlord-Hydra and Ulforce as a force to be reckon, specially after Mulligan has been confirmed, Thankfully Gallantmon is also there to keep Bloomlord in check, but without Zwart Defeat and a very hindered BWGX, tamer span is very strong, who will check ulforce? Darknigthmon? hell Merva and Bagraa army seem playable in this landscape even, I cannot think of any competent Yellow deck though, maybe there's a build for Ophanimon loop, but do you really wanna play a deck which relies on [on deletion] when the best deck can just bounce you back into your deck?.

This is my first post, I may have gone tooooo grazy, but I just wanted a place to ramble about my thoughts on this cardgame unfiltered. I hope is a nice read, I am not a great writer in the first place.

Who’s more romantically experienced? with Examon

I’m definitely way more experienced when it comes to romance than Examon. He’s a bit of an overly stoic and duty-bound individual, so in the past he’s had a difficult time finding out when he could actually find a romantic partner. Not only that, but he’d always make an excuse as to why he wouldn’t be able to date someone. He used pretty much every excuse under the Sun, whether it be being too busy, wanting to do an errand, not wanting to meet new people. The whole shebang.

I basically had to make the first move. Most humans and digimon alike didn’t approach him due to being too afraid of the large dragon. Fortunately, I’m a weirdo, so horniness and romantic desire definitely offset any possible fear I may have had lol

Since like 95% of tumblr doesn't pay attention to this, I want to establish what a big (and likely unintentional) troll this art was.

As part of promoting new card sets, the official twitter releases 3-6 cards a day, with more lining up on days with Ghost Game or youtube episodes.

The card #'s themselves follow basic patterns. Eggs have the lowest numbers, then Digimon, then tamers, then options then secrets. Digimon are then split by colour, evo level, cost and alphabetically (japanese).

Which is to say you can guess what's left byt looking in the gaps of what's been revealed so far.

This set is VS Royal Knights. It was confirmed to have all 13 royal knights, Yggdrasil. It's also a savers/data squad set, they are the ones fighting VSing the royal knights. And the four main characters were confirmed to get lines up to burst mode which means lvl 6 and lvl 7. It's a very busy set, considering there's only 12 'hit' cards.

Based on previous sets like this, it was very likely the two secret rares were Omnimon and something from Savers, most likely Agumon burst mode or Banchleomon burst mode.

Dukemon (gallantmon) is traditionally red (see above.) but within like 3 days of reveals it became obvious that there was no room left in red. Jesmon, Gankoomon, Shinegreymon and Shine burst were taking all the red lvl 6+ slots.

Ok, well none of the RK were purple before, but Guilmon himself had been purple much of the time, maybe they'd make Dukemon red/purple.

Except Lordknightmon and Dynasmon, who previously identified as yellow, slid into purple. which wasn't enough to kill the theory unit Belephemon sleepy and Belphemon grumpy and the two Ravemons showed up.

Well fine, but there were a lot of lvl 6+ slots in green, which would have 2 roses and probably Examon. it would be a bit of a stretch, but MedievalDukemon from the previous EX set was half green. and putting Dukemon there would mean the 13 RK + yggy could have precisely 2 in each colour.

Lol nope, Duftmon is now green, and also get's his leopard mode, so green is full.

At this point we could roughly correctly identify every slot left except 7, 1 white, 1 secret and 5 black.

So was Dukemon black? It had not one but 2 unrevealed and unknown lvl 6s.

And then they release this guy, in the Exact. Same. Pose. as Dukemon's first card. As if to say "You thought it was Dukemon, but it was I Etemon."

Anyway Duke is a secret rare and Saviors gets no Sec representation in it's own set.

The card of KingEtemon that has just been revealed for BT-13 VS. Royal Knights mirrors the one of Gallantmon from BT2 by the same artist, sasasi.

His inclusion in this set is likely a reference to this card from Hyper Coloseum, St-884, which mentions he is a "self-proclaimed 'Royal Knight'". It also has the ability to gain the group "Royal Knight" by discarding a card.

Duftmon has so much shipping potential. But I wonder if there is anybody who ships something like Duftmon and Examon. Like, I can ship almost whatever thing, but I can't imagine any remote way that would work... who of them would make the first move lol.

That would be a fun one, but it's also a hard mode one! It'd have to take just the right conditions for it to happen, since both Examon and Duftmon are socially unaware in different ways and Duftmon still has his prejudices towards Dramon somewhat. They do have a lot in common though. It's hard to know which of them would make the first move, and it'd probably come from one realizing that they're worried about the other.

yellow it's too late for me to be writing this again (I'm practically asleep) but I have thoughts I need to get out of my brain so I can properly close my eyes.

today was so intensely emotional for me. I was incredibly anxious for my neuro appointment and they were running late but I thought my starleaf app was broken lol

then afterwards I was so raging mad, I was ready to take the firstborn child of anyone who looked at me wrong. not bc of my neuro, but bc of everything else going on. I rescheduled my examone home blood draw for the HEDGE study and the woman was...... awkwardly apologetic and it came off just as unprofessional? if that's possible? she was basically groveling and it was very off putting. just mumbling "sorry sorry sorry sorry" as I was trying to get off the phone with her. it freaked me out tbh lol

I mean, I did email the HEDGE study and complain and ask why they are using a company that is unprofessional and creates a lack of confidence in the research, soooooooo. maybe they really ripped them a new asshole.

then I called about my fucking medical bill for the second time and found out the guy I spoke to yesterday absolutely LIED TO ME about multiple things, including telling me my account already got sent to collections! he gave me the debt collectors name and number and everything! but the woman today said my account is still with them and hahahhaa I got her to get a supervisor bc I started questioning their business practices and called them shitty and her supervisor Kelly is now handling my account and will be taking care of everything apparently. I was told not to worry anymore after I yelled about how I'm on Medicare bc I'm on disability "so either way, you're not getting money from me!" lmao
